Def one of the nicer hotels in Vegas. Room felt very luxurious and clean. The decor was modern/up to date. Bathtub was super nice to use and filled up with water quickly. Wish I could afford staying at this hotel all the time. I also really enjoyed the breakfast at Jardin. The massage at the spa was incredible (my masseuse was named Jesse). I think it was hands down one of the best massages I've ever gotten in my life. Unfortunately I didn't know the spa closed at 7 pm so I didn't get to use the sauna/jacuzzi much since my massage was at 6 pm. read more

With breakfast done on my last day in Vegas, I decided to visit the Wynn, since it has been a long time since I have been here. At the entrance, there are majestic pieces of art, sculptures if you will. Upon stepping inside, you cannot help but be captivated by the floral displays, a mini botanical garden with a splendid display of colorful flowers. There is also a moving carousel adorned with more flowers (see my photos). The initial impact is that of elegance and high class. As you walk past these arrangements, you enter the shopping area where, both sides are populated by high end designer stores. All the big names seem to be here and their windows (and entrances) have spectacular and magnetic displays. It is wonderful just to walk through this corridor, take in the sights, while listening to the superb selection of piped in tunes. After much sensory stimulation, it was time for a refreshment, at one of the lounges in the resort. Nicest hotel I ever stay at. I'm never disappointed with this place. The structure is well-built. AC and heating are great. Bed and sheets are comfortable. Shower and tub are nice. Room service is great. Service is great. The sound insulation in the rooms is great. The gym here is pretty nice too, on par with the gym at Venetian. Drinks on the casino floor are one of the best. To be fair, the games, except for the table games, are the most 'generous' (if it can be called that) of any casino in current times. The table games, like Blackjack, have pretty bad odds (6:5 payout with $25 to $50 minimum). Personally, I just like playing the cheapo slot or video poker games, have a few free drinks (though I always tip), and a few weeks later you'll get offers in your e-mail, from Wynn Rewards, for free and/or discounted rooms and other amenities, like credit toward more games or food. Given that I live less than four hours drive from Las Vegas, might as well take the drive to the "real thing," and go to the Wynn, than get even more ripped off from the nearest Indian casino (like Yaamava or Pechanga). read more

I stayed at Encore on a recent trip to Las Vegas so I was in and out of The Wynn every day. This was the third time I've stayed here and, in my opinion, it's the nicest hotel on the Las Vegas Strip with a casino. I haven't been to any of the non-casino hotels. I sat at the pool, I ate at the restaurants, and I left a deposit in the casino. I'll leave my 1 complaint in the footnotes.* *I already know every single choice here is intentional from the way the lobby smells to the way the path curves on the way to the restaurant but I do have one complaint. Numerous times in 4 days we got dessert at Caffè Al Teatro and coffee/breakfast at Espresso. There is nowhere to sit and eat your $10 ice cream cone. There is nowhere to sit and eat your $22 yogurt bowl and cup of tea. There are a few tables at each place but they are all full all the time. It's maddening to spend $22 on yogurt and tea but have nowhere to eat it. read more

This is A Huge Wynn in my eyes! Get it lol! No but really! What a marvelous hotel and casino. I'm so pleased with this property. From the moment I parked to walking through the doors, the signs overhead work wonderfully to direct you to exactly where you want to go. It is a beautiful esthetic and really inviting. As I got to registration I met the most wonderful employee I've encountered in years! Her name is Gayle. My grandmother and her share that name together! So I knew it was going to be a marvelous interaction, and it was nothing short. Bubbly, kind, attentive, descriptive, and patient, everything you would want in someone at registration! Management, if you're reading this... please do something extra for this employee! She was the perfect start to my trip, and deserves it! As an AMEX member I feel very well taken care of at this property! The benefits are abundant and noted. Each detail specific and relevant. Needless to say I'm very pleased with my decision. A panorama dbl queen is where I landed with some friends in for a show at the sphere! The room is gorgeous! The beds comfy! The accoutrements are abundant and fabulous as well! New age electronically controlled heating, cooling, blinds, lights, etc all at the tip of your fingers! Marvelous! Close to the strip just to the north but not out of it! Literally a hop and a skip to the sphere, perfecto! Easy self parking, taxis, Ubers, etc! I will absolutely be recommending this property to others and returning on all future visits! For years, everyone including yelp and chat gpt has said the Wynn is the best of the best. I beg to differ. People have been rude and unaccommodating to us. We have asked for 2 things on this trip and both were denied. We asked for our mini bar to be restocked. We asked the front desk, then we left a large tip and a note for our housekeeper, opened the fridge, no booze refill. The second thing we asked for is a 5:15 buffet reservation. You would think that would be easy for 2 people paying full price at over $1000 per night, but no. They couldn't do better than 4:45 which is what the website was offering. No big comps or special treatment here! We even went off property for our amazing meals here in Vegas. The Wynn was Smokey and nothing special to us. Treated us like second class citizens. We will not be returning. Aria and Waldorf were by far better! read more

Wynn is simply THE best luxury hotel in Vegas! Although Wynn opened in 2005, all of the interior spaces - including our room! - appeared to be brand new. The public spaces are dazzling and inviting. I especially love the beautifully woven, thick carpets in all the public areas. Our spacious room on a top floor had a commanding view of the Strip and the mountains to the west. The bed and the seating were very comfortable. The noise level on the sleeping floors is VERY low. Service and security at Wynn are top-notch. All the staff whom we encountered are highly professional. The housekeeping staff do an incredible job; every day our room and bathroom were thoroughly cleaned. This was our fourth stay at Wynn, and we will be back! read more

Dont get me wrong, its a beautiful hotel. Upscale in every way. Beautiful grounds, magnificent to walk thru. Yet, why 3 star? Well, why does one come to a casino? To gamble. And sorry to say, Wynn has the same bad odds as the rest of the strip. Triple zero roulette. 6/5 blackjack. Awful video poker pay tables. They do sport one of the better buffets. But, why is it if I pay $150 for two to eat, I'm stung with $20 parking charge. Eek. If you're a gambler, avoid, go off strip where the 'old classic Vegas' odds are still offered. read more

This could have been a decent stay aside from the room NOT being registered and our party not being able to make outgoing calls or accessing the WiFi. The initial check in process was tediously snail's pace and the staffs faces were horrendously miserable. Great way to kick off your stay right?? Came here and stayed at Wynn hotel for a good 4 day stay. My family, consisting of 2 adults & 1 toddler, opted for a king sized bed to share. The bed seemed a bit small to be a king but we managed nonetheless. Our room was spacious, clean, and very modern. One thing worth mentioning is the very tight fit of the toilet setup. I could totally see the room being an issue for anyone who is claustrophobic. Mini refrigerators are available upon request but deducted points for the staff who brought up a broken one and immediately took off with the tip. We had to request for a 2nd delivery/pick up. My stay ultimately resulted in a 2 star rating but I know The Wynn is capable of so much more!! Great hotel for gambling, dining, and taking some of the most beautiful images... but staying here, ehhhhhhh. read more

I spent a small fortune to stay here for 2 nights and now no pool for my kids which was one of the main reasons along with the proximity to the sphere I chose this place. I was hoping for a perfect weekend, all I got was disappointment from my kids. The encore pool is not close and a long walk through a smoked filled casino maze with two little kids. Wynn closed it after I had already booked/payed a deposit for my room and then supposedly posted it online but I never received any notice until I showed up with kids, wtf I expect better! The Wynn is one of our favorite hotels but it's not perfect. Take the five star rating as rounding up. First, sound insulation between rooms is insufficient. Second, be prepared for zero perks and complimentary nothing. If you have status with a normal hotel chain like Marriott or Hyatt from extensive business travel and stay at the Wynn, you might get a little frustrated. Check-in: Arrived around 3:30 and amazingly the check-in line was not long. So we had a speedy check-in. Room: Spacious and clean king room. Carpet and furniture was very clean. All room controls are handled through an iPad (TV, curtains, lights, etc.). The room comes with a nice desk, king-sized bed, and a little sitting area near the window. The mini-refrigerator is only used to sell stuff (note- don't touch anything in it or you will be charged just for moving an item temporarily). Normal items you'd expect in a hotel room like a mini coffee maker are not provided at the Wynn. Bed: A good bed but slightly on the firm side. Feather pillows need fluffing and were completely flat. Good linens. Bathroom: Excellent, spacious bathroom with fantastic oversized tub and separate shower. Good lighting. One gripe is the hairdryer was a low end, low power hair dryer. Good toiletries. The shower head was low tech and low volume for such a fantastic bathroom. Room service: Slow and expensive. Resort Fee: Resort fee is "bill bloat." Service: On this visit the employees we interacted with were polite and helpful Overall cleanliness of facilities: Superb Conference facilities: Excellent. Conference catering: Above average catered meals. Catering staff was generally excellent. Misc: If you like cars, check out the small O'Gara McLaren dealership in the Wynn. read more

I've come to the Wynn in the past and have loved my stay, and knew I wanted to come back. This review is geared towards my recent stay with a toddler. I was borderline yes and no coming to Vegas. With the long 4th of July weekend my husband and I decided to drive out and stay here again. I have to say that it did exceed my expectations. I never realized how many families stay here, which I realized when we were down at the pool. You'll see plenty of families walking throughout the casino as well. I want to say the Wynn is cleaner compared to other resorts/casino's (at least from what I've experienced). Although it is not extremely family friendly, it was enough for my family and I. There is no need to ever leave this resort since it has it all .. splurge for the room upgrade and make sure you try all the great restaurants and casino bars this place has to offer. We watched the "Awakening" and were in awe at the spectacular production, clearly setting the bar for vegas entertainment. Make sure to use the concierge for your show bookings, restaurant reservations and all other accommodations .. this really is the difference maker in making sure you get access and ahead of the line, trust me! read more

I'd first like to say I'm late to the Las Vegas party scene and must have hit a pre-mid life crisis because I decided now was the time to experience Vegas and all its grandeur. We came during the busiest time of the year - NYE for three nights. The hotel was fully booked. We had some events planned at Sphere (10 min walk), XS (1 min walk within the hotel) and LIV at Fountainbleu (5 min drive): The Wynn was the perfect landing spot for our itinerary. We also needed to do last minute shopping and there's every store you need within a few minutes' walk. Besides the designer shops inside the hotel, there's the Fashion Show Las Vegas which has every major department store (Nordstrom, Saks, Neiman Marcus, Macy's), not to mention many restaurants outside of the hotel. Now, back to the hotel: For it being the busiest time of year you wouldn't know it in terms of lackluster service because they didn't miss a beat. Our room was flawlessly clean and I'm extremely particular. We did room service everyday and it was superb (all the best restaurants within the hotel were fully booked, so room service was all we had available to us for a decent meal that wasn't fast food, plus how can you say no to Negronis in bed). I also appreciated access to Urth Caffé for healthier alternatives when you need something quick and easy on the go. The one dining reservation we were able to book ahead of time was for NYE dinner at Mizumi which offered excellent sushi and Japanese cuisine. I could write so much more about my admiration for Wynn but they have enough of a reputation I don't need to beat a dead horse. There's still so much I have yet to explore within the hotel but we will be back, as Wynn won my loyalty! read more

Wynn Las Vegas DESTROYED my Ferrari and then LIED about it. On August 19, 2025, I made the mistake of valet parking my just purchased Ferrari California at Wynn before dinner at Red 8. The food was forgettable, but what happened after is unforgivable. When the valet brought my car back, the driver-side power window button was ripped out. Their excuse? "It was already like that when you arrived." Wrong. I have both photos and video from earlier that day showing the car in flawless condition. Proof doesn't lie--but Wynn's employees did. Instead of fixing their mistake, Wynn wasted over an hour of my time, dragging in management who offered no resolution. Just stalling, denial, and dishonesty. Here's the reality: * Wynn damaged my Ferrari. * Wynn's valet tried to cover it up. * Wynn's management did nothing to make it right. This isn't just bad service--it's theft of trust. If they'll lie to my face about visible damage with proof in hand, what chance does any guest have? I've conferenced here many a time and feel like Wynn is one of the nicest casinos on the Strip. The property is huge, with a golf course onsite and immaculately manicured grounds along with ultra high end shopping options. Overall, it's geared towards high end gamblers and conventioneers. Don't expect to win on the penny slots and don't expect anything to be reasonably priced. That said, you can expect high quality both in food and service. It's not a party resort at all - definitely more for the older set with plenty of cash. I wouldn't stay here in my own dime but if I get to expense it? Hell yeah bro! Edit: stayed, loved, very posh. This is the best show I have ever seen in Las Vegas. We were jaws dropped the entire time and even cried in disbelief! The music, amazing costumes, choreography, stage... worth every penny! Still a gorgeous property and probably one of the most extravagant on the LV Strip. The exterior grounds are always well manicured and always well kept. Interior is very plush with gorgeous colors. There is a carousel in the lobby decorated with flowers next to the atrium with its live plants, trees and flowers. They have a full 18-hole golf course in the back of the hotel and the top ranked buffet featured at this hotel. read more

Overall, a good stay with a few important things to watch out for. We stayed in a 2-queen with sofa suite on the 28th floor, and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The food options were excellent. If you're traveling with kids, Charlie's Sports Bar is a great option -- the food was very good and family-friendly. We also tried the buffet for breakfast, which was amazing and definitely a highlight of our stay. That said, there are a few things future guests should be aware of: * Billing issue: I purchased tickets to the show "Awakening" directly at the box office, but the hotel later charged me again for the same tickets. I had proof of payment from my credit card company and was asked to complete a dispute form. I'm confident it will be resolved, but guests should double-check all charges before checking out. * Check-in experience: The check-in line was very long, and there were not enough attendants assisting guests. There are four self-service kiosks meant to speed up check-in and check-out, but unfortunately none of them were working during our arrival. * Smoke ventilation: Although our room was on a higher floor, there were moments when smoke smell entered the room, likely due to casino ventilation. The casino ventilation did not seem strong enough to clear out the smoke, and at times it was difficult to breathe. The pool was closed due to weather, which was understandable but still a bit disappointing. Despite these issues, the positives definitely stood out -- especially the staff, food, and room comfort. With better attention to billing accuracy, check-in staffing, and smoke control, this would be an outstanding experience. read more
