These clowns are going to charge me 1200 bucks. I almost fell out of my chair. I felt like they were price gouging me. Im on a fixed icome and CANNOT afford these rates. I paid the 500 bucks and left there feeling violated. I dont think Im going back. Im going to have to call my insurace and find another dentist that takes my insurance.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, efficient, and on top of everything insurance, paperwork, and scheduling all handled without stress. The waiting area is clean and calming, with that subtle spa-like vibe that makes you forget you're about to have dental work done (well, almost). Dr. Purewal is thorough, kind, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable before starting anything. His hygienist was also fantastic, gentle but meticulous, which is not an easy combo to find. I'll definitely be returning and recommending them to friends and family. Great care, great people.

I went to another dentist who then told me I have zero cavities (not even a tiny one). This definitely feels like a scam. Separately, I wanted my two temporary veneers to be replaced and they suggested permanent veneers, but they said I could not get two (I had to get four) so that they would be cemented together to be stronger. They got me all the paperwork I needed as a new patient and informed me that they would be able to get me in to see the dentist today. I had been fighting an issue with a toothache for 4 days which was causing me extreme headaches. My fear was that I was going to need to have that tooth pulled and they weren't going to be able to help me today. I was able to get in to see the dentist get an X-ray of problem tooth and have the tooth extracted. I was so relived that they were able to fit me in. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and listened to my concerns. I am extremely pleased with my visit and I already have another appointment set to come back in. I was greeted upon entering the office and was introduced to all members at the front desk. I was given what was basically a pricing sheet for services the office provided as they relate to my particular insurance. I appreciated this to circumvent any questions or surprises. The dental assistant called my name, introduced herself, and provided an introduction to the practice itself. She showcased the accreditation of all three doctors (also father , son and daughter) as well as a photo walking the family. There was a little welcome gift bag in my exam chair with some small person hygiene items. The dental assistant took the time to ask about me and made me feel valued. The cleaning and exam was done by the patriarch of the practice. His mannerism and knowledge is precise and comfy at the same time.
