We did not receive our food! 5 minutes before we were due at the theater, they started bringing out some things that we didn't have time to eat. We told them that we would just like a refund. They had us put our phone numbers and the last 4 digits of our credit cards on the back of our receipts and told us that they would refund us. Imagine my surprise when the charge for food I didn't get appeared on my credit card. It's so sad because I truly thought this was an amazing restaurant, but I cannot bring myself to go back. *Update*. I was finally refunded, but still won't return!

You can go outside for some fresh air, to the bar area for a low key vibe, or a more traditional dining experience at a standard table. I have noticed that their prices listed on the menu are stale (to the detriment of the customer). On multiple occasions, we are surprised by a higher charge on the receipt than what was listed on the menu, but I let it go. Frustrating regardless. They really should update their menu instead of this nickel-and-dime approach....leaves a bad taste in our mouths.
