On July 26th, Xenoscapers claims in their response to my one star review that I wasn't a client and that I have not attempted to contact them. I've attached my communications with Orr and Novin. Work began in October 2019 and they stopped responding to my phone calls and texts in November. After posting this review, I received a message from Xenoscapers. I attempted to communicate to them through Yelp in July. They stopped responding. Either they are lying about not knowing they did work for me or they honestly don't know if they did. I had initiated a "curb appeal - front yard project" when I realized I would need help with the labor for demo and installation. Having used Yelp to find local resources and generally trusting the reviews, I searched for help with my project. After submitting requests with a few different companies, I knew right away Xenoscapers was the right company for me. Novin and Orr were the first to reply to my request, the first to schedule an appointment, and first to submit the best bid for my project. They were prompt, polite, always professional, and instilled the 'right vibe' to work with. That in itself is perhaps most important to me, because if I don't get the right feeling about a crew or company "It ain't happenin' baby." ;-) My project was fairly simple - demo 'grass' from the front and side yard, install DG (decomposted granite) pathways, and update existing irrigation, with new valves and drip lines. No plants needed, as that is what's fun for me. Berna, Carlos, and the crew are very dedicated and hard working, pleasant, efficient, and actually quite fun ( Si Ud. habla español !) They were able to take my fairly simple design and 'translate' it into my new front yard. In less than a week I had my new, curb appeal front yard, ready for me to get my planting on. My neighbors are extremely complimentary, and I couldn't be happier. I whole heartedly recommend Xenoscapers! They did great work for me, and I'm 100% certain they will do great work for you. These guys are scammers. I contacted them via yelp, they had a lot of good reviews and a lot of bad reviews. OR and his team came out, and told me they are licensed and professional, bonded, insured, etc. I paid them $6,900, and they don't pick up their phones and are avoiding me. Under no circumstances hire them. I will file a law suit ASAP read more

We had a big landscaping project just finish with this team and we are thrilled with it! The owners were very kind and easy to work with and regularly checked in via text to keep us updated on progress, any delays and updates. Bryant, the main guy on the project was very professional and really showed tremendous care for our back yard. In a matter of three weeks our backyard transformed to include 82 15-gallon ficus trees, grass and a tropical garden. We initially said we just wanted grass and trees for privacy and they came up with the idea to add in a garden and lights on our palm trees, which we were excited about and was still in our budget. Absolutely terrible. Do not use these guys. They came in and gave me what seemed like a good deal and made a lot of promises on quality. They left a mess, didn't properly level lawn as promised and never responded back for maintenance. The owner continued to talk and make a lot of promises and never followed through with them. When I reached out they said " you get what you paid for" you set the prices don't you?? You give the quote and you make the promises. DO NOT USE. A lot of promises not followed up on PLUS they broke my driveway when they're guys dropped off dirt, promises to have it fixed, then ghosted. read more

I am so happy we hired Xenoscapers to do the concrete for our driveway and backyard. It was all sand and the house would get so dusty. We finally decided to get this project over with.
