I would have given this company 5 stars but no longer will and this is why. We don't have many…read morechoices of internet where we live and came across this company and signed up. They run off of cell phone towers kind of like a hot spot but using a MoFi Router Antenna system. We had them for a year and a half and the service was great! We could stream whatever we wanted, the kids could play on their X-Box and when Covid hit I had two people working from home always on the computer. No problem... until recently they had to change our service, they took away our unlimited data and put us down to 300GB told us they were sending us a new SIM card plus they were going to charge us an additional $20/month. What the heck!?? But what other options did we have besides At&t (we heard it's horrible downloads speeds are at 5mb/s) and Satellite? NONE!. We are unable to get any type of hight speed cable/fiberoptic at our locations. So we installed the new SIM card and couldn't get a connection and tried several times! I called and left messages, they said they would call back and never did. I emailed and they sent out a big letter stating if you are still having problems with connectivity then you need to get another plan depending on what cell service you have. We have Verizon so to get that one it was going to cost us even more $. So we went from paying $89/month now up to $129/month an additional $40/month. Another SIM card was shipped out. I tried installing it. No connection, I tried calling the company multiple times, put on hold for over 40 min emailed and they told me that my card wouldn't be activated until that night which was on November 12th, 2021 so we waited and we tried again on the 13th and again on the 14th and no connectivity. So I emailed the company demanding a refund on service and equipment. They only refunded the service because of course the refund policy on the equipments only goes up to 14 days after purchase. Even thought this was their screw up changing service on us and not even calling to try and help us out. And I'm so tired of companies saying "Unlimited High Speed Internet, oh until you reach so many GB then we are going to reprioritized you and slow you WAY DOWN. That's a flat out lie, you can't say unlimited high speed if you are going to slow us down. Such crap!! I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time. I don't know if they changed ownership. Before this big switch in service I could call any time and get a hold of someone. It's unfortunate that companies don't treat their customers with respect. We are the one's making you money.

Had to return to store to have device activated and connected. More recently, my brother-in-law, who is on my account, upgraded his phone. Against my advice, decided to "UPGRADE" his package, cancelling his previous unlimited package with perks, to a new unlimited package with "pay as you go". Long story short, his new package costs more and they screwed up and cancelled my wife's phone service. After returning to the store and spending a total of 3 hours, I was able to get my wife's legacy plan reinstated and my brother-in-law's more expensive plan activated! In July we traveled out of country and added international calling on our package, at the cost of $100 per line for 1 month, an additional $500. After we got home they tried to charge us an additional $500 per month as a recurring charge. I called and made sure they cancelled the international plan as it was only needed for 1 month. My November bill, they doubled up my international plan and charged me an extra $1000! WTF, how does canceling a service get you charged double??? After hours on the phone, I think it may be corrected, only time will tell.
