The most ridiculous cell phone service ever. I have had an account with them for over 2 years. Recently I started having problems with my Samsung A50 making and receiving calls (and I purchased it through them). For 2 weeks I have been trying to get ahold of a single customer service/ tech support person. Not only have they not responded, but they claim that they cannot access my account information and that my account was deleted (though they are still charging me btw). They claim that because I ended my xfinity TV service a year ago they cant help me (even though they were not bundled). They told me I should switch to another mobile service, because they cant do anything to help. Bizarre. Its not the staff im sure its the draconian way this company is run. Well not only am I switching to another cell phone service, but I am also changing over my business internet from them. Its been a huge waste of time trying to deal with this company. They are obviously not focused on customer service in the least. read more

Xfinity is a total scam, I did have a service for 60 bucks a month and was terrible, supposed to be a 40 or 60 MB and I was getting 10 - 15 and sometimes dial up speed, I asked for a faster service and they sold me this 200MB service that rovers bettween 50 and 100 (when I call to complain) and they never be consistent, I think big law suit should happen so they return all the extra money that we all pay for this crap service. I try AT&T and they were even worse. Next time I move ( this next May) I'll look for a place that has other internet service so I can cancel this non-sense xfinity. I try their cell phone service and is exactly the same, they promise one thing and deliver another. How a company on this time and age survive ? I went to Brazil to visit my brother and he has a faster phone service and faster internet compare to the one I have, and much cheaper too. And you call them a 3rd world country. read more

This review is specifically regarding my recent experience with Xfinity mobile staff. I went to upgrade my phone and was asked if I wanted the protection plan and I said no, reiterated that I did NOT want the protection plan. Guess what ? When I walked away from the store and looked at my receipt, it says that I had enrolled for the protection plan. When I confronted the staff they said I could not remove it until my phone arrives (backordered for a month) and gets activated. RIDICULOUS. My advice is, make sure to read everything before you leave the store because there's a good chance they probably lied to you. read more

I decided to come to this store after having the worst customer service experience over the phone with Comcast xfinity. All I wanted to do was upgrade my box to one that could output '4k' resolution. The employee that helped me had no idea about the services and tech comcast has to offer. I had more knowledge about their products and services than he did! He even denied stated facts sourced from the xfinity website! I was pleasantly surprised -- very surprised -- at how easy it was for me to get my new iPhone onto xfinity Mobile, and have my number ported over from AT&T. I'm not sure if I'm responding regarding the correct location but my internet went down this weekend and I was desperate to get it back going for work. After some extremely frustrating auto response phone looping I ended up speaking with a very helpful rep. The technician arrived the next day and was fantastic. He replaced my very old router quickly and efficiently. In addition, their covid protocols were thorough and respectful. read more

Xfinity blows in general. Anytime you have an issue go to the store and they'll help escalate things. Really liked the manager - he was able to get us some answers on why service was out for 1 week and a credit after several unsuccessful attempts with customer service. read more

Worst service ever! Did not help with resolving our issue about the internet. It has been terrible for months now and we still haven't got any solution, even though we come to this location to try and ask for help every month. Beware of your contract renewal they will send you text to approve and when you check everything they try to scam you after saying that you did not sign for this channel so you need to pay more. When I try to go back and check on the text it is no longer available. This company want to get more for the amount they already charge you which is outrageous. Is there a government agency that can check on them? We can't just let them fool us. I have been with them for the past 27 years and they treat me really bad. Suggestions are welcome. read more

I don't know what kind of shady business they're running. I came to this store just wanted to talk to a rep to know a bit more about their xfinity home product. They guy who helped me was Sean. First he asked me for my ID. I thought he was just wanted to check my address. Then he asked me for my social, otherwise he wasn't able to give me the pricing and stuff. I was like, no, I came in just for some information and what kind of packages they have. I left with some basic info. The day after, I got a notification from Equifax that Comcast has pulled my credit. I specifically told Sean that I was just inquiring info, not signing up, and I definitely did not give my permission to check my credit. WTF!!! read more

RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! We were 'helped' by the Manager (think his last name was He). He greets customers with 'what do you want?', so I knew it wasn't a good sign. I spoke with Xfinity customer service and they said I can exchange my current modem and pods with new ones to see if it improves my wifi. The manager gave me the older version modem even though we gave him the newer version. He said it works the same and is compatible with my pods. Got home and my pods wouldn't sync. Spent many hours on the phone with Tier 1, 2 and 3 support. The next step was to have a freakin engineer call me to see why the pods wouldn't sync and that wouldn't be until 48 hours later. I decided to go to Xfinity Stonestown and was helped by Joni and Sebastian. They solved the problem immediately and said I should have gotten the newer modem. They gave me the newer modem and I went home and connected the modem and pods and now my wifi is fine. They were also extremely pleasant to work with. Granted, Customer Service also didn't know how to solve either. It's hit or miss trying to get correct information with Xfinity. read more

The Comcast technician came to my house and pulled wires out of the wall from the cable outlet. And then told me it doesn't worked anymore. It is unacceptable to have your technicians to pull wires out of your customers' cable outlets and then claimed they don't worked anymore. He proceeded to install another cable outlet from wires from the outside and a different side of the house. read more

Terrible Service. If I could rate them lower I would. They emailed me to update my modem, went in, the service girl signed me in and told me to wait. after 1/2 hr waiting and watching 2 people that came in after me get service, i went and asked the girl when i would get service. she acted like i just walked in, didn't remember signing me in because she didn't, and asked me if i had an appt? i told her the situattion, she stared at me with a blank expression and just said I'm sorry with no explanation or idea when i would get service.
