Staff was very informative and friendly. I would definitely recommend this store as a go to. Also very clean and spacious.

Showed up here to pick up my equipment that I got a confirmation text for at 6:30pm and the gates are down and the store is closed for the day. Why even have your store hours listed or on the door if you'll close early? We all know there isn't a line out the door for xfinity, but that sounds like the store managers problem. You stay open for the hours listed. That's it. What a waste of my time to need to come back during the workday to catch them open more than 2 hours before closing time. read more

Honestly this Xfinity here in Serramonte is horrible, unprofessional and unhelpful. They deserve a negative star. I have been under this company since 2004 and ever since Serramonte opened up in 2017, the people that work there think they know it all and will not make you feel comfortable at all when signing for Xfinity. My few experiences with them have not been good, they are only interested in commission and they're not there to help and inform people with the brand and technology they are simply there to benefit themselves. Being a costumer and under their wing for so long and since they opened a closer Xfinity to help the locals with promoting Xfinity and their goal and mission should be helping us instead of worrying about their own commission. Beyond the pale. Today an in store rep acknowledged their offshore customer service team has been setting up plans by promising people free phones that they are then charged for. In my case it was supposed to make my bill cheaper and I'm now paying them significantly more both for base service and now the phone + mobile service (that I never asked for or needed!). I have spent literal HOURS on the phone trying to rectify a phone I didn't want and still haven't gotten a return label. I'm going with AT&T Fiber and not looking back. read more

Kai, the manager of the store problem-solved the issue with the Xfinity app on my phone so that I could install a new modem at home. The manager was knowledgeable. I went to this Comcast store to get their xFi pods. They took my name and told me to have a seat to wait my turn. I found the item I wanted on the shelf and brought it to the cashier to check out, but they made me wait instead of just ringing up my purchase on the spot. 45 minutes wasted. The cashier literally told me "I understand what you want, but there are people waiting ahead of you." No one was waiting for the cashier - terrible customer service. Parking in front is scarce for that area. So disappointed. I had an issue with my xfipods. I received an email that I had to plug in my xfipods in to an outlet and connected in February. Except I was abroad and couldn't do so. I tried to connect it when I returned but nothing. It won't work. I brought it in and asked what can I do? The guys answer...it should work and update as soon as I plugged it in. Otherwise I was SOL(Shit out of Luck) he didn't say I was SOL but he said there was nothing he could do. Anything done online has to be done online. Everything at the store has to be done at the store. I showed him the email and asked what help could be done and he just repeated there was nothing he could do. Cmon Xfinity. They're your wireless mesh system upgrade them again. I'm waiting. To top all of this off? Online they transferred me to (India I think) each one of them (3 different people) lied to me. Worst customer service ever. I went in to resolve an issue with my phone. Got there at 10 am left at 2:30. The assistant manager was Semhar Andy, she was helpful but the manager Jim was a total jerk he was rude dismissive disrespectful. I would recommend you see her not him if you have issues. This review is specifically regarding my recent experience with Xfinity mobile staff. I went to upgrade my phone and was asked if I wanted the protection plan and I said no, reiterated that I did NOT want the protection plan. Guess what ? When I walked away from the store and looked at my receipt, it says that I had enrolled for the protection plan. When I confronted the staff they said I could not remove it until my phone arrives (backordered for a month) and gets activated. RIDICULOUS. My advice is, make sure to read everything before you leave the store because there's a good chance they probably lied to you. read more

Contracts saying "up to so many megabytes" then giving much less -- they use tricky wording. We DO NOT HAVE OPTION but Xfinity in this part of SF. ARGH! The citizens in this part of San Francisco have started a huge petition drive again Xfinity as our only provider for Internet. Comcast/XFinity do not offer us adequate service. I only have Internet and no TV at all. Still the price keeps going up -- I have my own equipment but even during a crisis. $54 for something as vital as basic Internet access when our business is downed. I've been here several times since the pandemic and their protocol is very efficient. I've alway made an appointment but not sure if that is really necessary. The ground outside the store is marked off for social distancing. There's a person at the entrance checking people in. This person will go down the line and check in as many people as possible to expedite matters. Customers are called into the store when an associate is ready to assist. I have not spent more than 15 minutes at this location during any of my visits and that includes waiting in line. Awesome service! Now if they can lower their pricing, it'd be perfect! read more

This is more of a review for the Xfinity Mobile than the store. The staff tried to help but the system doesn't work. The mobile phone billing, which is separate from cable service, is a nightmare. The automatic monthly payment was charged to the credit card, but not credited to my account for two months. Phone was cutoff. I got into the online account and it demanded $190 in payments when it was just missing one month of about $17 at that point after the autopayment stopped by Xfinity. I paid the $190 but the phone still was not working. I called and after many hours on the phone was told to go into a store to resolve this. I went into the store, was told to wait a few days while the manager resolve this. A few days later my entire online account disappeared. So I have to keep going back and forth between the store and the phone support. At this point I paid $230 into the system that disappeared, don't have a working phone for several weeks, already spend many days and many hours on the phone. Over 3 hours on the phone today until the phone line was cut and she didn't call me back. read more

I went to this place on a good day, with the exception of the parking lot. I went there to return an internet modem. There was practically no wait. The associate helped me right away. Also gave some helpful advise of how I can save money on my bill. It's strange, you don't find many salespeople finding ways for you to save money, instead of tricking you into paying more. The office was clean enough. They had a television, and comfy couch to wait on. Hopefully my next experience at a Comcast store will be as easy and as pleasant as this. read more

xfinity service people suck. The service people lie to you, right to your face. i went to buy an iphone and i was just going to pay Cash. Ad... recommend to take the $400 discount. i told him i wanted to keep my number. He said no problem. Well i said who does not want $400 dollars discount on an iphone pro. When it was done I noticed on the screen i had an extra phone number added. he said it was a requirement BUT not to worry because the extra line will be only $20 and after 3 months it will get drop. So now we are at $320 discount. we notice on the bill the extra line was not $20 but $30. hard to read their bill. I tried calling but i gave up. After 3 months went back. well Adrian lied. Now the phone cost me $90 dollars more. I had to pay for the phone cash to cancel the number or the extra number will cost me $720 to get the $400 discount. Apparently because I am of low income and receive Internet Essentials to help with my Internet I cannot get choice TV which just includes basic local TV channels through Comcast. Because I am on the Internet Essentials program and may I add again because of my income they want to charge me $70 a month for just the local channels. Because their computers are set up so that if you're on the Internet Essentials program they cannot combine it with the choice TV which is local channels. Now does that make sense to anyone? Because it sure does not make sense to me. If I am of low income I should be able to also get choice TV which starts at $10 a month. But apparently Comcast wants to get their money somehow and so people like me a low income with the Essentials Internet package are getting screwed through Comcast by charging me $70 a month for a $10 a month package??? Went to this location to attempt to renew my internet contract due to my fee coming up after my contract expired. Short wait, but when I saw the representative and told him what I was in for, he just started to do something on his computer without letting me know what he was doing. I was paying $60 for the last 2 years, though they temporally raised it to $65, for a few months. Though inwas on contract, and could of fought to get a refund, I didnt have time to contact them. Im sure they made a bunch of money on people like me because I'm sure I wasnt the only one the overcharged. Anyway, a few minutes go by, without any conversation, and he throws out a price a monthly price of @ $87 for a new 12 month contract. The thing is is that its higher than the already higher price which was $80 that's stated on my online statement, which was contactless. When I told him this, he showed no emotions and just went back on his computer and blows out $70 after another few minutes. I mentioned there was an offer with $10 less with paperless billing. He just stared at me until I felt uncomfortable. I just said thank you for your time and left. I called the xfinity to hopefully get the offer. I explained to the person that I tried to switch plans, online, and it kept saying "this will take a few more monents" and the transaction wouldnt go through. Her very next sentence was that I could switch plans on my online account.... I'm getting tired of updating my inflated monthly fee every 2 years and am going to explore another internet company. This review is for this exact location in Serramonte, the store. I had some unused cable boxes, cords, and remotes to return to receive credit. When I arrived there were three people before me outside waiting in line. A nice guy came out got my name and the reason I was there, he said it would be just a moment. The line moved very quickly and it was my turn, he called me by name and asked be to come inside and put my equipment on a table and step to the side. I did so, and he scanned each piece and verified my address then printed me a receipt for the return. This may seem like a simple transaction, and it was, I was just super impressed on how it flowed. During this challenging time, they are exercising all precautions, distancing, masks, gloves the whole bit. All, while being super professional, courteous and organized. I actually dreaded making this stop after a day of work myself, but I had to and I was surprised it took under 10 minutes total. Great system, service and efficiency. Thank you! read more

Sucks Customer Service! Went in just to talk about their new WiFi services. Took my name. I was looking at their products and reading about it until one Chinese person called my name. After calling my name TWICE, he called another name. I was about to answer and dropped what I have on my hand, another person was being helped! I should've just totally dropped the package I was reading and go at the counter right away! I guess he did not hear me say HERE. Comcast in general SUCKS and this store is constantly out of cable boxes. So when your shi**ty cable box stops working and you have to replace it you drive all the way out here to find out they don't have any. You can't call stores directly either to ask if they have any in stock because there's NO direct line so you have to call the STUPID 1-800 number and be put on hold for 29 minutes!! RIDICULOUS!!!!
