I would give this store and their employees zero stars if possible. The employees appear to have zero training at this location. After trying for two weeks to get my mobile service connected they still could not figure it out and everyone had a different answer to the problem. I disconnected my service within 14 days because they were not able to provide the service and I have not been refunded. Again for unknown reason!! All their employees have a different answer for this problem. The cable side was no better!!! They came to install and ran cable from my neighbors yard over our fence through our dog kennel across our lawn to our house and never returned to fix it! read more

I stopped in late yesterday afternoon to explore switching over my TV and internet services to Comcast. Ashley was awesome to work with! Quick, efficient, and friendly; she had me set up with the best deal for my needs within about 20 minutes, and gave me her contact information if I had needs or questions in the future. My installation appointment is tomorrow, which is about a week sooner than I expected. This storefront sucks! If you have to go there make sure to sign-in but don't believe the part where they need your # to notify you when you'll be helped next - doesn't work! They are constantly understaffed so it seemed like a good idea but hasn't worked for a while, according to them. This company constantly plays games with offers it won't honor (I had their mailer in my hand and they couldn't come close to the offer described). Alexander helped me a lot! He made everything very easy and I was able to be in and out in under 15 minutes with everything ready to go.

I had to go into Xfinity to receive a new remote as my old remote wasn't working and even when I first received that remote it would freeze on me all the time. Frustrating to say the least. The associate that helped me was Nate Matsoukas. Not only did he get me a new remote but he also helped me get a new receiver which has DVR. I love all the new products I received but what stood out to me was how thorough Nate was in explaining the process of hooking up my receiver. I don't know about you but I am not technical savvy so the fact that he took the time to explain and make sure I was comfortable with the information was service that went above and beyond. This is a rare trait in the service industry these days and I was impressed. I highly recommend attending this Xfinity Store for all your Xfinity needs. read more

Today I had to go to the Comcast store in Belmar for the second time in a couple of months and had the great fortune to get to speak with Ashely R. again. The first time I was in, I was not in a good mood (not due to Comcast) and was being a little short tempered. Ashely was absolutely wonderful. Very kind and patient while she figured out the best plan for me and didn't take my mood personally. Today I was in a much better mood, but had a problem with my service. Once again she was friendly, helpful and professional. It really is a pleasure to work with her, no matter what the issue, and I always leave feeling like she's taken very good care of me. This is NOT how I expected to be treated by a BIG FACELESS CORPORATION, and, yes I'm a different Peter S. than the other reviewer. Jordan D. handled me perfectly. I'm not an easy customer, just ask the Xfinity Rep. in Longmont CO who's assigned to the company I work for. Not ONLY could Jordan D. handle me as a customer, she follows through and does what she promises. When my bill arrived in the mail it was for more $ than I expected; I went back to the store and Erin found that Jordan had indeed caught the billing error already and fixed it, my next bill should reflect a credit. I should point out, my installer (sub-contractor) was GREAT too, but I'll hire Jordan D. away from Xfinity if they're not careful! read more

I THOUGHT this was a great store. I took the time to visit with an issue I was going to have. An associate there (K) told me not to worry and that he "would even give me a credit". Next cycle, what do you know?... my bill goes up $30... exactly the issue I went in for (that apparently I was not to worry about). I try to call. Turns out, even though they publish a number for the store there is no way (mind you this is a communications company) to contact this store. Of course, calling that number you get the call center, and those folks are NEVER helpful. I asked for the store number..."they don't have one", I asked for the manager's email.. "we don't have that."... "So there is no way to contact this store?" ... "Not unless you go..." - GREAT - a lot of good that did the last time. I was so happy with the service I received from Ashley Rodriguez at the Xfinity store in Belmar, that I spontaneously hugged her when we were finished! I had to try and sort out a complicated internet and Tv situation for my elderly parents in Assisted Living, and she was thoughtful, compassionate, helpful and didn't rush me through the process. She also went out of her way to help them streamline their service and save money (which is so important for people on a fixed income) rather that upsell them. I would tell you to go to this location and talk to Ashley even if you live all the way across town. It is worth it! read more

Bad bad customer service. Not only have we been dealing with slow internet due to an outside conection problem for months and months that no one knew how to fix. we were also having a problem with credits on our bill. Was hoping to clear it up in person with out being on hold forever. Unfortunately the guy at the counter didn't want to hear it nor hear the recording as to the credit we were supposed to receive since it was incorrect. The guy offered no further help nor directed us to talk to a manager. When I asked to speak to a manager he said "he'll be in tomorrow" he appeared like he could give a shit and hated his job. He acted like since we had already had credits on our account we didn't deserve any more. As soon as we left I called the 800 service number. He found the problem immediately and gave us our refund that we were supposed to receive. WTH how come this guy couldn't see what the customer service found in 5 min. As soon as my 1 year new contract is done. I'm done with xfinity!!! read more

I stopped in to ask the difference between Comcast and Xfinity. Ashley was very clear and precise and I walked out of the store with a new On Demand box which is like a DVR but also has access to other services. The store in nicely done and everyone was pleasant to deal with. Ashley did a good job of explaining and in order to make the On Demand work, took a cable from her locker (she evidently keeps one there for emergencies) so that I didn't have to make a return trip for an HDMI cable. Above and beyond kudos for Ashley. Didn't give 5 stars because if they are going to provide On Demand, they need to pair the boxes with the proper cable. read more

We went into this Xfinity store because our bill was all the way up to $235 and we had no idea why. We got an amazing person to help us. Her name is Ashley and I highly recommend that you ask for her If you need help with anything. She made my fiancé and I love Comcast again like we used too. She changed our bill to where its not bad at all and made sure that we had all the updated equipment and updates. Walking out of that store, we now have DVR, an amazing price for our new bill, updated XF1 equipment and a huge smile on our faces because of the wonderful customer service we received from her. Do not sign ups for any of their services. It took 7 months to get my business billing correct. They out source and the information given is incorrect. The average wait time is 40 min and don't even try for a supervisor, it could be another 40 min on hold. They cost me more time and frustration than any company I have ever felt with. While I appreciate that the customer service rep was trying to be helpful, what she did was so, so not okay. So what happened... I had complained to a friend that I only have a few TV channels but I don't want to pay the huge amount that xfinity charges so I went down to the lowest channel package. This friend decided to go to the xfinity store and up my package to one with a lot more channels...and MORE money! He thought it would be a nice gesture (he's a whole other story) to do this for some reason. Anyway the point is that he is NOT on my account and has never been associated with my account in any way. Yet he was able to convince the Rep to go into my account and change my package without ME being involved!! That is insane!! All he had to do was tell her my phone number and she upped it to over $100 per month. Of course I have canceled it (as well as gave this friend a piece of my mind). At least they didn't try and charge me for cancelling the contract. God that's the least they could do!! read more
