The service was fast and friendly and they were fully staffed as soon as the doors open, which I appreciated. A star is lost because appointment times are more of a general suggestion, you're placed in line by arrival time since walk-ins are still allowed, which makes the experience less than perfect. It would be great to know you'll be seen at the time you booked and walk ins would be placed into open slots but the complaint is minimal as I waited less than 10 minutes and was fully served in five. read more

Walk in before 11am on a Thursday morning, and there is a line of 9 people waiting for service/help. Unbelievable how much time of your customers waste waiting. Arrived at the Monroeville store at 5:00 for help transferring my old iPhone to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max I just bought. I was directed to a man named Jason for help. He informed me that I would need to pay to upgrade my iCloud storage to do the transfer. Having very little knowledge of how this works (the reason I came in person for help), I asked how I do that and what was taking up so much space on my phone? I was informed by him that it wasn't his job to figure things like that out. He stated he is there to sell products and not help people with them after they are purchased. I tried to show him that i did everything I could to remove pictures and downloads to make the switch easier, but he continued to be rude to me. I noted his name and told him to just forget it. I found the store manager and told him how I came for help and received not only a lack of help but a person who was rude to me. I know there's going to be a wait when you go to these stores. What i don't expect is after over an hour long wait to be turned out the door and told they won't wait on me and to make an appointment for tomorrow. That's not how it works. If I am in the store before close you have to take care of me. It shouldn't matter if it's past close. That is your job to serve until the last customer is done. I witnessed an employee name Jason yell at an elderly lady he couldn't help her because she was too old and stupid to understand and just walked away and yelled someone else needs to take care of her she doesn't understand anything and walked I'm not wasting anymore time on her. The poor lady left in tears. I was there to upgrade my package...after witnessing such disgusting behavior toward a customer and clearly elder discrimination I canceled my service with them. I have never witnessed such abuse toward a customer. He was so loud everyone one in the store was staring but no one but Jen offered this lady any assistance. JASON is an ignorant human being in every sense of the word and has no business working with the public and should be fired for elder abuse and discrimination. The store is always packed with customers just waiting while only 1 or 2 reps actually assist them. There are usually 4-5 reps present, but one simply takes your name and tells you to wait, and it's unclear what the others are doing. Despite always thanking me for being a long-time, valued customer, they never offer competitive prices or deals that reflect that loyalty. They take advantage of the lack of competition since the only other option in town is Verizon, which is even worse. Online and phone support is equally unhelpful. Service at this location is absolutely horrendous. I was sent away just as fast as walked in. When they asked how they could help was seeking to purchase two new phones and denied me with no further questions to understand the situation or fulfill/ accommodate my request, telling me to either go online, purchase over the phone or go to another store. explained that the authorized user is handicapped and would not be unable to come into the store they did not take that into consideration even though I am an authorized user on my account. Observing customers that were ahead of me, it seems to be the same case that they would just rather not go the extra mile, do their work, and pawn it off to someone else ultimately to send customers away. I went to this location about two weeks ago to exchange an older cable box for a newer one. I was greeted at the door and put into the work queue. The manager who eventually waited on me said about 15-20 minutes for the exchange. He was courteous, professional but acted like he did a special favor for everyone who came thru the door. The exchange went smoothly. I wanted to drop my sports package and HBO max ( increased from $9.99 to ~$18.99/ month). No problem. I inquired about any specials that would include STARZ, HBO or other premium packages. He said the promotional would raise my bill from $258 to $270. I declined. Now the caveat. My most recent bill was increased $12 a month to $270. I called XFINITY to reverse the charges. However, I was not able to speak to a live operator and had to do a text chat to correct the situation. First, I talked to Kamal, (somehow disconnected) ,then Peter ( disconnected again), then back to Kamal who eventually was able to understand that a $12 credit was to be applied to my account. It took 30 minutes to complete this. Remember, Xfinity is one billing cycle ahead (you cancel your service, but will be charged that amount for the month) ? The Pennsylvania attorney general should look into all the extra service fees they charge and see if they're legitimate. If this happened to an elderly senior citizen they may give up with trying to speak with someone and just absorb the charge. I hope this isn't the statu quo. read more

Only good thing here is if you have a phone to trade in talk to the store manager Josh I believe he gives the hook up on trade in on phones. He just credits your account since he is store manage other than that their service isn't the best or customer service. read more

Robert who works at this location is a swindling liar who will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you devices. He offered us a "promotional" free phone intentionally misleading us into a contract where the phone was not free. It took a month to get xfinity to agree to what we were promised. When confronting him at the store he acted as though he had never seen me before. Do not trust anything he says to you!! read more

Stopped into today to switch from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile. Made an appointment prior but was early and they helped us almost immediately. We were bringing out iPhones with us. We had John who was new, and Dan, helping us out. The process took 15 minutes max. Painless and much cheaper than Verizon. The two guys were so friendly and helpful. Dan is a proud Navy Veteran! We appreciated his service at the store and his service serving our country. Thanks guys! We will definitely be back if we ever need anything. read more
