There are no words.The closest i could find: Raped in the Face! so Channel your inner Lucille Bluth and have your Air Horn(aka. Rape Horn) ready whenever dealing with their customer service,its cathartic. Because who dosent love 8hr service windows and having to explain the issue to every new person you talk to because there is no record keeping. Resulting in everytime you get transferred or have to call back, your talking 20 mins of wasted time just to get them up to speed. I was with Comcast for 5 plus years and the service was never great but when I moved the last time it hit a new low. Lets start 5 years ago when I settled on Comcast, a friend suggested I pay the deposit and not give them my social security number. So I did ($150 deposit). Over the years I would have issues and the representative would blame my router. Of course I never bought a new router and by the end of the week the issue would resolve itself after seeing a comcast van down the street. This was annoying but I lived with it. Fast forward to my move. I call and arrange to get my service moved and of course they have to sell me a different package. I go with it and arrange to have my new service installed the following week on Tuesday. The Friday before my move I stop by their store and turn in my old box, pick up the new one and confirm my appointment. The service representative does not see my appointment on the books and unfortunately there are no available times Tuesday, so I book a new appointment for Wednesday. I tried to have a technician come and set up the box as well as turn on the cable but the service representative insisted everything was included in the kit and it was easy to install. Wednesday comes around and I set up the box the only way I can with what was in the kit. All I could get is static so I call, they sees the service ticket is open, that the technician has not closed it. I try and get them to trouble shoot the issue but she refuses "the ticket is not closed!". She puts another appointment on the books for Thursday, I insist at this point that the technician comes to the apartment and confirm the box is set up correctly. I'm told this will cost $80.00 and I say fine because I need the internet for work. Thursday no technician. The internet is not working but at some point in the day I do get basic channels, which pisses me off more then if it didn't work because I'm paying for HBO and a larger channel package just to get the 3 channels I actually watch. I call but the TICKET is still OPEN! (well F***) I do get the women over the phone to walk me thru installing the box and surprise the kit doesn't come with everything, its missing a cord. I'm promised someone will be by on Friday, I still insist that I want the technician to stop by the apartment before they leave so I can confirm everything is working correctly, I am informed I will be charged. I call on Saturday morning before work after no one shows up on Friday and the internet is still not working. The woman on the phone is rude. So I let the customer service representative know just what they can do with their service window and cancel. Monday morning I head to the office and return my box and modem; they try and sell me another package. I don't really appreciate this, I've had to take time away from unpacking to find a new service and feel their just wasting my time. Once I refuse they finally cancel my account and tell me that my deposit will be mailed to me in 3 weeks. 3 weeks go by and no check, but I do receive a bill for the service I used at my new address and the $80.00 for the technician to come out and set up the box. I go back to the office after several phone calls end poorly. To date I have been told about 10 different flat out laughable lies about where my deposit is. The 4 most consistent lies are: 1) Its in the mail. 2) You didn't put down a deposit. 3) I see we have sent you a refund (but when asked for details you never get that call back). 4) Its being held because you didn't pay your bill (the bill amount always varies). When you call them on the lie they get nasty or hang up. To date I did get a refund check for a total of $13.50. That's right, after not giving 2 shits, then lying to me for 4 months about my deposit they decided to send the ultimate F*** You gesture. I'm sure they feel I'm ungrateful, they took the time out of their busy day to cut me that check. That's right when I called they basically called me an ungrateful bitch. But they felt I deserved another chance to come back to the fold, or so they said when they called and tried to sell me the same package I canceled then refused to give me the 3 months free for missed service calls because according to their records someone did come out and I'm lying because their technicians are above reproach as is their record keeping. I shudder to think what would of happened if they had my social security number. They could have held my credit score hostage indefinitely. read more

I think the comcast is a horriable company , employees are rude , all about sales , (because they have to be) they do not want to assist the customers and instead of helping them they say we can do it on our own , Because they are pushed to get customers in and out due to there in que system , which they add fake customers in just to remove them before they are actually out of the store so they can get a better score for there store . Sometimes people do not have the time or means to deal with all that. I used to be a employee , and we got treated like crap , the pay was horriable especially living in the Bay Area , the customers where crazy , yelled , disrespectful, throwing things saying threats and corporate and maganmet makes it ok because we have to treat them with the up most respect , Wile we are getting bashed all day long by hundreads of customers via email , phone calls , and in person , So no wonder employees treat there customers like crap . The company acts like its top notch , "just because you get business does not mean ur a quality kind of company " would not recommend XFINITY as a company . And yet I have to stay because of a contract . Everybody fights for commission and have to somehow swindle there customers to find a add on In order to even stay employees , because if u don't meet your goals 3 months in a row your fired .. so of course u have employees that are worried that there going to get fired so they add extras on to accounts just to ensure there longevity without telling you . So make sure you check your account ladies and gentlemen! Such a horriable company ! Management sucks , all they do is sit in there office in the back , on zoom calls "all day" and get paid the big bucks for not doing anything to improve customer or employee experience. Asst mangers are great , and do all the work to help customers and keep customers and employees , it's the store mangers and the district manager that lack what it takes ! They only promote there friends, and when all the employees actually do a good job they find a reason to keep them on the floor just to try and make the company money. Just a add on , but they change there rates , or taxes and fees , or free equipment without telling the customer . Which brings in angry customers because there bills change ! Let me start on a positive note, the many of the services provided are pretty cool and they give you a good introduction price. BUT WATCH OUT!!! Once our 2 year contract was up our bill went up $60 + for the same service we have now had for 2 years!!! So we go into the office to see of they can help with these pricing issues and it seems we will have to pay close to $200 a month for the few perks we had gotten used to from xfinity. Sorry but TV is not that important for $200 a month! So we decide we will continue service while looking into other companies on a month to month basis which of course is more expensive but whatever. So a few months later now we have found a more reasonable service and I cancel Xfinity take the products back to the store and am told we are all good and owe nothing else have a great day :) NOW a month LATER I'm getting called that I owe $80 for early termination fee!!! On a month to month contract??? What?! I call customer service in all my frustration and the lovely "customer service" person named Nicolas threatens too hang up on me because I am not willing to pay and so I'm Livid and hang up on him (I know I should have controlled myself better but I am now very stressed!!!) I call back again later and ask for a manager but of course there were none... through all of this I was given no help with the situation and never given the opportunity to speak to management. So I will now have to go back into the store for the third time to try and physically find someone to help with this headache NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE just for trying to leave the company. And the cherry on the top the internet cuts out and slows down often SMH never again Xfinity. read more

Do not sign up with this company they are complete rip offs, take zero responsibility for there mistakes, send drug addict techs to your house, then say it's a disability issue, say they call to resolve matter with no follow up! The CEO is out playing golf while you pay astronomical fees to watch tv. This company has tanked, gone down hill. Suggestions for another cable company are welcome. read more
