    After four calls to offshore customer service which I totally loathe and some remedial " let's send a signal, unplug, wait 15 seconds" I know the drill c'mon dudes! I can handle level one tech support myself. I never-ever phone customer service because why? After schlepping all the way over to their store and waiting, the nice guy sealed it with a crisp high five promising zero agita. Wrong! I am very perturbed. Not only did they give me a refurbished modem they swapped out, it has someone else's user name and password. I totally do not have the warm fuzzies right now. The bonus feature; the employees don't greet you, you have to seek out the person compiling a list of names and wait, and wait and wait. No at all cool. Shame on you Xfinity. 6/05/2018 Had to return as I was given the wrong modem. Pro tip: don't employ yourself in an area where you clearly don't like the customers. St. Louis Park is a very white, Jewish area. If you can't be nice, walk away mean girl. Counter as you walk in rude and argumentative.

I had been using them for almost 5 years and then one day I got a complaint that said I was "attacking other computers". Now I am a computer and programmer but I am also highly ethical about it and find hacking for malicious purposes utterly reprehensible. So after the accusation I searched my network top to bottom, checked for malicious programming, rootkits, Trojans whatever and found nothing. So I thought nothing of it but I became suspicious about it. Then I started using a vpn and I got another complaint, this was a dmca. I thought this odd that they were able to tie a dmca to my ip when I am using a vpn and not downloading things. So I went on, tightened security, checked all computers and did a reformat of every computer well then I got another apparently. They did not notify me, they just cut my service off at home. The first communication from them was that they cut off my service after I was forced to contact them. They said I had to call in to talk to them. Next they locked my account so I could not remove my credit card number so they could continue to charge my cc while not giving me service. So then I called in angry. The first guy said I had to talk to customer service and he would put me on hold and transfer. 30 minutes later no one so I hung up. Called in again, this time the phones are unable to transfer me but someone would call back....they never did. Then I called in later, this time they cut me off because I went to a website they did not approve of so they cut me off and I was supposed to get called back and again they did not...and still they have no problem charging my credit card. Even worse now, they have changed their story 5 times about why they cut off my service. They will not give me service nor will they give me my money back nor will they stop charging my credit card so yeah...crap A or crap B!

    I called this store ahead to see if they had a particular color in stock and they confirmed they…read moredid. Upon arrival we find out they don't have it in stock and the color is only available online. This is where the frustration starts. Then instead of using the store tablets or computers to get the phone ordered, they used our phone to go into the tmobile app and order it for us, which seemed to entirely defeat the whole reason of going into the store. Why would I come to the store to do something I can do at home? Then I asked for the activation fee to be waived because it shouldn't apply since we were at the store, but the worker just threw up their arms and said it wouldn't let them without even trying. I had to chat with customer service when I got home to get them to credit us back the activation fee. Then the massive screw up comes along. The new phone arrived and I'm getting the old phone ready to trade in. Turns out the worker selected the WRONG phone to be traded in. I call the store and they said they have to cancel the entire order and do it again to change the trade in phone. This is after I already have everything transferred to the new phone. They said I would have to return the new phone and the system might not even let them give it back to me when it's reordered because the box has already been opened and they can't override the system. I again had to call customer service and they were able to sort it out without having to return the new phone, but even they said they've had this happen before and stores will get it wrong. Needless to say we did not have the painless experience we were expecting to have by going into the store. I do not recommend coming to this location unless you're ready to triple check what the workers are doing to make sure it's done right.

There could not have been more than half a dozen customers there yet I waited a good part of an hour just to hand them money. Just me and my groceries. I could have mixed them up a salad or something... The company itself does a pretty good job. I normally do not have any issues with them. I am aware that there are other ways to pay. Apparently they are not sending out statements anymore. Still, c'mon! With more businesses moving out of Uptown than are moving in, they really need to be at the top of their game. Three employees to six customers? Really?
