I've always had a good experience with Comcast and this new location is large with a great staff. I just needed to drop off an old router and get some help. Very fast and efficient today. Comcast has always been able to fix any issues. I've had some dropped calls and problems with the system over the years, but that's expected with technology. I recently updated my service and was able to get a better channel lineup and internet speed.

My mom's old flip phone was getting an error message regarding her sim card. Originally went to…read morethe El Camino location that is apparently closed now. Not wanting to go to the mall during chaotic xmas week, I opted to try the Sunnyvale location. David was working alone and I must say, he handled the situation pretty well considering there was a homeless woman ranting about her personal problems. He had the diplomacy to respond to her questions without engaging too much. After about 15min, he politely interrupted her spiel and informed her he needed to help his next customer (me). Very professional and polite. He struggled with popping the back panel off my mom's phone and even had more of a challenge trying to get the sim card out. I appreciated how careful his efforts were so as not to damage the sim card. Turns out the sim card had been slightly dislodged from the slot and the phone was unable to read the sim. Perhaps my mom had dropped the phone at some point. Once he reinserted the sim card, the phone worked again. He also informed us that the sim card can be replaced if we have any future issues. Lovely and respectful gentleman. Wonderful customer service!

Why list it as your open time when you're retailers are not here at the open time. And im talking over 15-20 minutes past open time

They had the nerve to ask me if I've been paying my phone bills like would I be here if I haven't been? I almost considered changing carrier because that's how bad this place was. This review is for the young, brunette, long haired gal working on Tuesday afternoon 9/17/19 around 5pm. She needs to work on her delivery and how she communicates with customers. It rubbed me the wrong way the tone she was using. What's your name?!! Is this your phone?!! What's your date of birth?!! Why don't you want to buy a new phone?!!! That didn't bother me so much until.....I asked her to show me how to do something on my phone and when she was showing me, she had the nerve to ask, "Why do you have a lock on your apps?" WOW! None of your g'damn business! I wanted to say, STFU but I restrained myself although I wish I didn't. She also said, Why is this on and why is that on? It shouldn't be on! Young lady, if it was a problem, I would've addressed it! It's fine to be confident and assertive when trying to make a sale but you crossed the line. Manager needs to train you better or someone will tell you in your face what I should've said.

The SuperBowl football dish/tray turned out to be a favorite. I'm definitely going to make use of it this weekend. It was easy to pick up/no hassles or long lines today. Looks great and fun to use for Superbowl weekend! In general, this Safeway plaza can get very tight and packed with cars throughout the week. 3/5 rating for plaza design. Exit/entrance area in the parking lot is narrow on Maria Lane side. Yes, it's a very busy lot here. This T-Mobile location only had two staffs inside this morning and there were a few customers already in line for service, but nobody was lining up for the free T-Mobile Tuesdays gift. Interesting. Store was actually more spacious inside than expected. Clean and organized though. Staff handed me the free gift right away while assisting customers. Overall, it's good to have a T-Mobile store here. I hope the plaza remodels someday because parking spaces aren't great around here. Getting in and out can be stressful at times since lot is shared with other businesses and Safeway grocery store.

Some arab/middle eastern lady helped me get settled. She brought out accessories and started telling me how screen protectors had free lifetime replacements and cases had lifetime warranties along with everything being 30% off. I decided to get a case and screen protector but NOTHING was ever mentioned about phone insurance. I walked out happy with my phone but realized it was too easy of a transaction. I checked my account and saw that she added a $19/month insurance on the phone and the accessories were NOT 30% off, and there is no unlimited lifetime replacements unless you sign up for said insurance. Thankfully I registered the screen protector with the manufacturer and they offer their own replacement policy. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE SCAMMERS AND CHECK YOUR BILL TO MAKE SURE THEY DIDN'T ADD ADDITIONAL CHARGES!!!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at an AT&T store, and it was…read moreentirely due to an employee named Chris. From the moment I asked for help, his attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly inappropriate. He acted as if helping me was an inconvenience and made it very clear through his tone and behavior that he did not want to be there or assist me in any meaningful way. I came in with the intention of separating from my step father's account and opening my own AT&T plan. Instead of receiving guidance or basic courtesy, I was met with rudeness, impatience, and a complete lack of professionalism. No customer should ever feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when they are trying to give a company their business. Because of this experience, I will not be opening my own plan with AT&T. In fact, I'll be switching carriers altogether. One employee's behavior was enough to cost AT&T a customer, which speaks volumes about the lack of accountability and customer care at this location. Chris, if you're reading this, I genuinely hope you find a job that you actually enjoy, because taking out your misery on customers is unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, and AT&T should do better.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this Metro by T-Mobile location. I was…read moreinitially approached for what was presented as a simple phone purchase, but later discovered additional services, charges, and lines that were not clearly explained to me at the time of the transaction. I also had difficulty obtaining proper receipts and documentation from the store. After spending weeks dealing with customer service, disputes, and multiple follow-ups, I finally received my refund. However, even after the refund was resolved, I attempted to return the devices professionally and responsibly. I went back to the store with the phones and simply requested a written return receipt or acknowledgment showing the devices were received. To my surprise, I was told they could not provide any return receipt, written confirmation, or proof of return at all. Because I was being asked to leave expensive devices without any documentation, I did not feel comfortable leaving them there. At this point, I am not asking for additional money or compensation. I am only asking for professionalism, transparency, and basic documentation that any customer should reasonably expect during a return process. My advice to customers: * Carefully review every charge before leaving the store * Ask for printed receipts immediately * Read all agreements carefully before signing * Keep screenshots and records of all communication * Use a credit card when possible for additional protection I hope management improves communication and customer transparency because no customer should have to spend this much time trying to resolve basic billing and return issues.

Worked out a deal for 2 phones below sticker price. Guy kept trying to sell us the higher phone. Tried to upsell me higher service for data, took 20 mins to get everything out the door so that was fast. Gave a free phone case and screen protector. Would have gone 1 star for the business making it into sales environment and misleading instead of a retail but since he came thru with the product quickly which I wanted, I left fairly happy. No $50 dollar phones, it's $70 min. They will show you a $50 phone tcl when you transfer a new line and then say some random higher price if it's just the phone without service. I guess I should have tried to buy the phones without the service which they are obligated to do but I didn't have the time to screw around.
