Jason was very kind, patient, helpful, and generally a good human being. He explained the upgrade…read moreand trade-in processes. He also patiently sat with me for over an hour to make sure all the data from my old phone transferred to my new phone. I didn't feel rushed and was able to complete everything on my phone. If anyone has questions about the phones or service plans, I can't speak to other representatives from this store, but I highly recommend asking for Jason to help you. He also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese if that helps.

I can't say enough good things about these guys…read more After spending more than an hour on a disastrous Customer Support call with AT&T corporate regarding correcting an incorrect area code that they erroneously assigned to a newly-added line on my account, I was ready to cancel my AT&T cellular & broadband service, which I've had for more than 15 years. On the phone call with corporate customer service, I had been treated very rudely by a supervisor who would not even acknowledge the problem and was trying to charge me double the cost of adding a new line to fix AT&T's mistake, after proposing a very complicated "solution" involving purchasing a second line and cancelling the original line with the wrong area code after 60 days and two billing cycles. Since I was in the area, I decided to stop into this store to seek advice from the professionals there, and I am so glad that I did. The representatives and manager listened patiently as I explained the problem that I encountered, and though they couldn't help directly due to their indirect relationship with AT&T corporate, encouraged me to call back AT&T corporate customer support and coached me on how to handle the issue with them. Armed with this information, I contacted the AT&T telephone support line again, and this time I spoke with a different representative who was able to quickly fix the area code without any fuss or fees, and without even needing to speak with a supervisor. It seems that there can be a world of difference in your AT&T customer support experience, depending on the particular staff members that you speak with on the telephone support line. Next time I need to add a line to my account, I will definitely stop in here first and save myself an hour on the phone with AT&T corporate customer support. Thanks again!!

Apple Enables App Subscription Scams -- No Refunds, No Accountability…read more I was charged $129.43 for the "InStories" app through Apple's App Store, which falsely advertised a 7-day free trial. I never even opened or used the app before Apple charged me immediately after download. Despite canceling immediately and submitting multiple refund requests, Apple denied my refunds and refused to take responsibility. The developer of the app said Apple makes all billing and refund decisions, but Apple just shifts blame back to the developer. This bait-and-switch is happening to many users. Just check Apple Support forums, Reddit, and the Better Business Bureau -- there are dozens of complaints about this exact scam. Apple's customer service is unhelpful and evasive, refusing to investigate or refund despite clear evidence of deceptive billing. They profit from these charges but won't protect customers from fraudulent apps on their platform. I'm also suspicious about the legitimacy of this Google Business listing/location for Apple. Large companies like Apple often have multiple or misleading Google profiles, making it difficult for consumers to find the right place to get help or leave feedback. If you're thinking of buying apps or subscriptions through Apple, beware. Apple's platform is allowing scammy apps to bill you unfairly, and they don't offer proper support or refunds. This is a serious consumer protection issue that should be investigated by the FTC and state attorneys general. Just as fake this is , for this account is with 52 reviews, with amount of products they sell all over the world and this being their main address , location, you can see how none of this is authentic. This account probably gets deleted and someone starts a new one over and over again. Not sure why its aloud.
