The store has opened late multiple times, which is very frustrating when customers make the effort to arrive during the posted business hours. On top of that, the staff did not seem interested in helping and had an unwelcoming attitude. T-Mobile - Mobile Phones Near Me - Cupertino, California

This is a review of T-mobile coverage in this area and not this store itself. I had no issues with this particular store or the staff. I switched from the blue circle guys because I was being forced to a higher priced plan and T-mobile had more attractively priced plans. What a mistake -- coverage has been terrible at many places in the Cupertino area, including important places like schools. I don't mean slow data; I mean aboslutely no connection whatsoever. Consistently unable to even send a text or make a call. I was on the cheaper unlimited T-Mobile Essentials plan (that's all I needed, and if I were going to pay more, I wouldn't have switched to T-mobile in the first place). It's possible this problem was because my traffic was being deprioritized for higher price tiers, but the provider needs to make sure every tier is able to get at least basic service. If you can't do that, don't offer the product. I have since switched to one of the other two big providers (also on their lower priced plan) and am much happier with very consistent coverage. read more

Came in here today with my wife and 2 kids. It was a great experience. Came to upgrade my phone to the 17 pro max and my wife got the 17. We ordered them to be mailed out to our residence. If you have one of the older plans you are likely paying much lower than any of the competition. They have some good promotions to get new phones as well. I recommend trying a different T-Mobile location if you need help/service. We came into this store wanting to transfer our service from another provider and had a specific plan in mind. Wenbow immediately tried to upsell to the most expensive plan they offer and tried to make us think we were stupid if we did not accept. We tried many times to indicate that this exorbitant plan did not fit our needs and when we made that clear, their response was to tell us that we do not understand our own needs. Went to the T-Mobile website upon returning home and confirmed that there are many other plans that we probably would have accepted. But we never got there you are not valued or even respected at this store unless you want to buy a brand new iPhone for every member on your plan. read more

I had a problem with my Apple Watch that hadn't had signal since my plan transitioned from sprint. For about 2 months I had been working with remote support to try to solve the problem and nothing they suggested helped. They finally told me I should go to an in person location to get help and I'm so glad I did, I was about ready to go to another company. Christian and Cameron were super helpful. They tried a few things that had been tried before just to make sure they went through all of the necessary steps but then Cameron had the idea that it might've been an issue with the transition from sprint and was able to fix the issue quickly. Purchased a new Samsung approx 90 days ago. Nothing but problems sending text messages, eventually was a warranty replacement. Second SAMSUNG same issues, have visited store 5x occasions, Manager reconfigured system, replaced SIM card, but text issues still an issue. Went back to store today and was informed : 1) I must be in a dead zone with no coverage which prevents text messages from being sent - not true as I can receive messages but at tines takes 6 hours to send a simple message 2) Was informed by an employee today - Moustafa that I had purchased a cheap phone and what did I expect after all? Wenbow, chris, and some lady who had no business being a manager there started an argument over a bill they messed up on. My grandmother was a first time customer and she was under senior discount and also had a discount for on time payments. The bill came in to 204. They said tmobile doesn't bill until 2 months out - liars and scammers. I called customer service and the bill was fixed to 80 a month. Do not come here.. they take your money and then don't try to help when they mess up. They double charged my grandmother and then wouldn't help her. After more than two years of problem-free mobile phone service, I went into this office again to ask about trading in my phone for a new model. I was helped by Customer Service Mobile Expert, Rolando Martínez Guillén. Mr. Martínez was very professional, patient, and helpful, in addition to being affable. His customer service way is so generous that I could not merely say "thank you" to him. He deserves that his supervisors and/or superiors know how well he represents T-Mobile. In real appreciation of Mr. Martínez Guillén's customer service, I let him know that I wanted to send a message to his bosses so that they would have a decent idea of how especially well he represents T-Mobile while performing his duties. I am going to wait a while (for prices to go down) before purchasing a Samsung Galaxy Z5 Fold. Came into this store confused as to the reason of and early payment. Turns out was charged $.10 on my account. They cut my phone off for 10 cents! Wendo Li, helped out with and uncomfortable costumer. He displayed patients and a great work ethics. Even Wendo became, "bothered" with the idea of loosing service over $.10. DUDE' went above service, called multiple numbers, to figure out what was the charge (C. service could not account for the charge). Spoke to his manager then came out and made one more call. Not so at this T Mobile location. Marcel had me in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes with a promise of a warranty phone arriving in a few days. I had purchased the iPhone X from the T-Mobile on Cottle road in San Jose yesterday and when I woke up this morning my phone went completely black and would not turn on. Turns out I had a defective phone. Cameron went above and beyond to make sure I left the store happy today (unlike my visit on cottle road the prior day, I felt as if I was being rushed out). What an exceptional customer service experience!! These guys are great, they go above and beyond every time. Cameron has helped me in the past, he is so precise and lovely, working to get the screen cover on just right. Super patient and willing to show me different features on the phone and ways to utilize it. When I needed to buy a new phone, a tall, lean gentleman was helping me. He explained exactly what features to look for and never seemed frazzled even though it was the holiday season and some customers were being rude. My old phone had done a spontaneous factory reset. Although I did not have did not have another play, there was no hard sell just patience, expertise and helpful information. The last few times Hugo assisted me. Like his colleagues, Hugo demonstrates courtesy, kindness and he is a fantastic conversationalist; Hugo keeps things interesting while the phone is doing is doing its factory reset, etc. Technology can be a drag and it is more intuitive for some of us than others. The new rep said that the T-Mobile store never carried a 256 fb store ever . Shipping in 4 days is the only options . Me walks out ! How do they even see anything in this store ! It was not hectics .
