It's bright without being stark and I don't think I've seen a single speck of dust. The staff are all consistently friendly and unobtrusive. I don't know if I've ever been helped by the same person though. You can take a couple of classes at Total Wine, but I have yet to try it out. It looks pretty fun from what little I've spied on.
