I wish I could give you a better idea of a broader menu, everything looks great, but my husband and I both get the vegan Pho with tofu every time and we wouldn't think of changing it. They do have other vegetarian and vegan options on the menu and of course the regular items for meat eaters that seemed to be being enjoyed by all the diners around us. They also have amazing spring rolls also with tofu which is an ingredient that is extremely hard to find in North Texas so we're very very happy that we found this place and it's delicious.
