There's a small building which houses the kitchen and where you place your order. The menu is written on several chalkboards. There's a larger metal barn with wooden picnic tables where you can eat, very Texas. It's a bare-bones choke-and-puke in an open field between Mildred and Corsicana where the family can eat if Mama don't feel like cookin', or if you want to grab some grub when driving between Palestine (or Beaumont) and I-45. The menu is surprisingly large. Sandwiches, burgers (including build your own), fish, a kid's menu, and sides that go far beyond fries (includes onion rings, coleslaw, chili). Cokes are in 32oz styrofoam glasses. They sell quarter-pound burgers, and you can pay extra to put another patty on it. That's what I did for my Christmas present (I buy myself a cheeseburger for Christmas). I ate it a few days later, so it wasn't as fresh as it could have been. But it was *big,* well cooked, and just the right amount of condiments. If I ate it on the premises, I think it would have tasted muy bueno. Tucker Town is worth the drive off the freeway, and it's much better than those franchised fast food joints. The Tuckers would love you to give them the business. And happy new year.

The coleslaw looked watery and mushy, so I chose not to eat it. Even the slice of bread included with the meal was hard and stale. I also tried the egg rolls, but for the price, I did not feel they were worth it and found them lacking in flavor. Overall, the food seemed overly greasy, and the grease itself tasted old, which affected the taste of everything. Considering the quality of the food, I do not feel the meal was worth the $40 price tag.
