Have had delivery dates and appointments pushed out 4 times and no one from RXO calls to inform, I only learn when I call to get my 4 hour window the day delivery is supposed to arrive. The delivery was almost perfect. The guys themselves were awesome, but the system for notification was not. The problem is with being unable to identify who the caller is with the notifications. As a result, my phone marked the call as a spam call and I almost missed the delivery window. Suggestion: either change the delivery window to a longer than 15 minutes or find a more reliable way to send delivery notifications via an app. Otherwise everything was perfect and the package is safe and sound. read more

Just horrible. Have had 7 deliveries cancelled of my gas stove order from november. The RXO team can not install gas appliances, despite my paying for install and haulaway. They then fail to show on days the install team is scheduled and cancel either the day of or late the night before. Avoid at all costs - I'm cancelling my order at this point and going elsewhere. Delivery guys themselves were great - courteous and careful. My issue is with the organization and customer service. When we received the delivery window, my boyfriend arranged to be home at that time, plus 30 minutes on either side to make sure someone would be there. When they send the delivery window, they say you'll receive a notification 30 minutes prior to the actual delivery. I NEVER received this text. Instead, I got a call from the driver over an hour before the delivery window started telling me they were at my door, and they couldn't wait as it was the last set of deliveries for the day. I had to rush home from work unplanned. After the delivery was completed, I got a text asking me if I was satisfied with the service. I said no and got a text saying someone would be in contact. No one ever reached out. It's been 7 weeks. I understand that stuff happens and drivers may be off schedule. However, receiving NO NOTICE that the schedule has changed is unacceptable and shows a disrespect for the customer's time. And why say someone will reach out if they won't?? read more

Customer service is dreadful! I've tried to contact this company to get my fridge that was supposed to be here last Thursday. Have had no real help finding out where my fridge is or when it will be coming to my house. It shouldn't be this hard to find something. Makes me think that there are some communication issues within the company and people not wanting to do their job. I've worked for logistics company you work for the customer not what works best for you. The grapevine branch doesn't even have a number is automated during work hours and will send you to an answering machine. Highly doubt anyone is listening to messages. Bryan...I have now contacted customer service 5 times without any assistance. I have also done as you requested and emailed your company. I'm not one to complain or do this but it is very discouraging to pay hard worked for money on something and not be able to use it because of the incompetency of your company. I am at a loss of words for this experience and I hold both RXO and Samsung accountable for the challenges. Samsung W/D purchase online with no issues. I ordered installation, paid for haul away. Appointment was scheduled and original team arrived on time (albeit to the wrong house). To start, they were clearly bothered by our stairs. They then indicated they couldn't install due to old brass faucets and we needed a plumber. We had a plumber arrive within an hour, test and clarify there was no issue with the pipes and recommended against anything other then a cleaning. We called the driver as instructed, he refused to return. We called RxO for over 1 hour of back and forth hold, they refused to do anything but reschedule for 5 days later. On the new day of install the window was 830a-1230. At 1220 I reached out to RxO to determine where the drivers were. The agent told me they would call me back. Shortly there after my online record showed it was canceled en route. I called back and they told me no one was home. I had 3 electricians, my husband and I, and another handyman at the house ALL day. So this was a blatant lie and one that just so happened when I called to verify status. A clear lie with no consequence. So I've paid for installation that hasn't occurred, haul away that hasn't occurred, 2 days of work out of the office, and approximately 2.5 hours of total call and chat time. I've also had to pay for a plumber without cause, and I am now having to find and installer because I have no trust this will be resolved. I am a brand loyalist. I won't be purchasing Samsung and I will ensure I know the delivery company of the future. read more

I purchased a mattress from Amazon, the mattress is great, the delivery service was the worst experience I have ever had. RXO was the delivery service, they first scheduled the delivery for Feb 24th, a couple of days after that message, I got another stating my delivery date had changed to Feb 28th between 12-3pm, reason; customer request. I did not request a change. It was only 4 days later so I didn't refute their statement. Delivery day rolls around 3:00 comes & goes & no mattress. At 3:30 I had to leave to go pick up my car that was in for repairs. At 4:30pm the driver calls to tell me he is 15 mins away with my mattress. I tell him I will be home in 30 mins & will he wait? According to my communications he was supposed to be there between 12 & 3pm. He gets all blustery & basically calls me a liar. His tells me his orders say deliver between 4 & 6pm. I ask him if it's possible to make his next delivery & come back? He tells me I'm his last delivery & he & his helper were wanting to get off early. That's all well & good, but aren't customer needs supposed to come first? Apparently not! A neighbor tells me the driver waited about 15 mins then left. The driver could have called me & ask how soon I would be there. But he did not, he chose to let me know he was far more important than me, a customer. My mattress was finally delivered on March 2nd. The second delivery team was here when I was told they would be. They were super nice & accommodating, exactly the way the first team should have been. I think there was surely a miscommunication between the scheduler & delivery people but that does not excuse the rudeness & lack of accommodations to a customer by that driver. Delivery failed again today. Your driver is stating we refused the delivery. They didn't even try because they only had a dolly. I'm sorry but not everyone's house is flat. This is no excuse. Your delivery people are not doing their job. All they had to do was lift up the refrigerator as with all deliveries from prior purchases have done when delivering a refrigerator to get it to my door. Your employees refused and said "you want us to lift the refrigerator up?" Um, how else were they thinking of getting it in my house? It's ridiculous how they refuse to their job and blame it on the customer who paid for said item to be delivered. I'll have to contact an attorney already at this point because there's already an extensive file on this matter which started last week. There is no resolution with your company which has no intention of remedying this situation. You're holding on to my purchase and not attempting to get this unit in my home, which is smaller than the previous one we've purchased. Utterly ridiculous. What is your plan of action now??? They have been the absolute worst with customer service and getting actual answers about my product. Nobody knows what they are talking about. I never review companies however this company is AWFUL !!! I will never purchase any items (from Amazon) that contract with this shipping company or ship any items from their stores. I received 1 of 6 boxes (also notes on the shipping - packaging form) ONE damaged box was received, FIVE are still missing. I called the RXO delivery company, they will open an "inquiry" and someone will contact me at some time. This shipping company has lost a THOUSAND dollars worth of materials and they have no idea where the additional 5 boxes are, how to contact anyone, when someone will contact me (if ever) or how long this process will take. I spoke with a representative who is (clearly) working from home (children SCREAMING in the background) and has no idea how to help find these boxes. I was given her name as "Jet" and her location is "off shore". Steer clear of anything being shipped by RXO, being received by RXO or patronizing any store front RXO !! read more

These Men were amazing. I ordered a washer.n.dryer from Samsung. Samsung gave me an arrival time between 4pm and 8pm. The Men called me at 3:20pm and gave me notification that they'd be arriving within the hour. Both Men were professional, courteous and so helpful. They installed everything for me and even went out to check if the brakes were working because the washer wouldn't start. Can't thank them enough. AVOID IF YOU CAN! I have had 2 deliveries cancelled on the day of appointment. First time they said I wasn't home (which was a blatant lie). Second time they said they can't locate the product. How do you lose 4 appliances? It's been a month since I placed my order (and paid for my appliances) and nobody at XPO can provide me with a delivery date. When ordering from a major supplier like Samsung, we generally don't get to choose our delivery company. But if you do get that choice, save yourself the aggravation of dealing with XPO. read more

The day before my delivery I called 866 881 2228 (this is important, you'll see why later on)to get some updated info as the tracking was not updated. Spoke to a sleepy person, or maybe just not interested in his position as a customer service rep.-Johnny or Kenny or something like that as he was mumbling...Before I was connected with him the automated system recognized my phone number and told me that the address connected to my phone number-wrong address and I can only assume wrong phone number..."Johnny Kenny" mumbled something about unable to do updates, *FUMING* ..So I called Wayfair spoke with Casey who assured me everything was corrected. Next day-delivery day! I texted "Deliver" to 97656 as instructed in the email sent to me. Got a text back "Thanks for registering for order updates!..." Hours later I get an EMAIL that the delivery people have been trying to contact me. I called the "LOCAL"(important)number on the email and was told by Kendrick (actually very nice, but at this point, I just want my mattress!!!), who told me that they didn't get my text and that my phone number was wrong. Well that's because mumbling Johnny Kenny didn't update my number which was attached to another address. Kendrick then told me that the reason I missed my delivery was because I didn't call the LOCAL number (The local number was NO WHERE in the email I had received regarding this delivery which is why I had to called 866 881 2228 and spoke to Johnny Kenny and the reason I texted "DELIVER" to 97656 ) Back to Kendrick who told me I had called Customer Service and not the local number AND the text number is just some automated service...*MY GOD...that's why they didn't have my correct phone number. So I'm confused at this point because isn't Customer Service, CUSTOMER.SERVICE??? Who knew the employees of XPO at the local office and the employees of XPO Logistics customer service were estranged?
