I ordered a new Samsung washer and dryer. XPO Logistics is the company that they selected to do the installation. I received confirmation that the appliances were going to deliver on 8/7, but they never showed up. The order got rescheduled for 8/10, but they didn't show up. Now, on 8/11 the tracker shows it is out for delivery, but when I called I get someone in the Philippines who tells me that someone will call me within 4 hours. I reached out on 8/10 and their customer service said the same thing, so I know better than to receive a call back. Samsung has escalated this issue twice, but still no one has contacted me. I uninstalled our old washer and dryer to repair the floor based on the timeline I had for our confirmed delivery date. Now, I have a family of 5 that hasn't had a washer or dryer for over a week without any idea of when the order might actually deliver. I posted this same review on Google, and the owner of their Google reviews responded to this review before any response has been made through any other normal channel. The request was that I email another email to get help. The crazy thing is that I have already emailed them at that email and they haven't responded! They care more about their social media image than actually providing customer service. This company is completely horrible! they have made me reschedule 3 times. Each time I have called them, they have not contacted me. I purchased a Peloton bike as a gift in November. Today is January 27. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is unacceptable. Instead of helping and answering questions, they repeat a script to you. The actual delivery went smoothly and was on time. The reason I graded them down is that the lost my first order. It took a lot of wrangling between the seller and the shipper to work out getting us a refund and placing a new order - took almost 30 days for the refund to be processed. We had an original delivery scheduled Nov. 5, it was rescheduled without prior notice. We were again scheduled for November 10; the delivery company called me Nov 9th at 5:30pm, confirming the window from 3-6 for the following day. I saw on their tracking tool, they aren't coming, and will reach out to me "whenever". I took off an entire day of work and moved furniture to clear a path, only for them not to show up. XPO Logistics delivered and set up our Peloton bike. Yesterday, I got a message giving a 3-hour window for delivery. Today, they called to say they were 30 minutes away which was accurate. Wow, this has been a frustrating and maddening experience. I ordered through Amazon and scheduled my drop off date and time to be today from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. I have four confirmations from Amazon of those times. At 12:30 when I had not yet seen my shipment, I called XPO. They said my window of delivery is from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Evidently they didn't get the memo from Amazon! Apparently my time is not valued by XPO. I've missed two appointments today because of their incompetence. I usually don't leave reviews after a bad experience but I don't feel like anyone at the company cared to listen to what I had to say over the phone. Let me start by saying the delivery team was excellent, professional, and had my bike put together and set up within minutes. I have no complaints about the delivery team. I was told by Peloton that I would receive a call the night before the delivery with a 3 Hour delivery window. I did not receive a call and so I called them around 8pm the night before. I was informed that they had until 10pm to call me and if I didn't hear from them I could call first thing in the morning. I did not hear from them so I called at 0620. I received a recording that said my delivery was matched to my phone number and that I had a delivery window of 7am to 8 pm. I tried to speak with a representative but the recording kept saying that the company's hours were 6am to 8pm and to call back during normal business hours. Finally around 0645 I was able to reach a live human who said he would contact the delivery hub to find out my delivery window and then call me back. He never called me back so around 2pm I called and spoke with another representative. She said it looks like they'll arrive at 4pm. I had to leave my house for an appointment at 4pm so I called my husband to leave work. I ended up having to take an entire day off of work for a 5 minute delivery and I would think that for such wan expensive piece of exercise equipment, I would have better customer service. They ended up arriving around 3pm but I never received a 30 minute heads up call. read more

Like most of the other 1* reviews on here, I have been jerked around on delivery and have had about 10 different delivery days. Also per the other bad reviews, customer service really does not seem to care at all about these issues. Repeatedly set up for "priority" delivery that doesn't really seem to prioritize anything. Very little communication, poor customer service. If I have the option I won't ever be using XPO again. Worse than FedEx, and that's not a bar you want to be under. read more

I ordered a treadmill from Peloton in May and still have yet to receive the item. I've had two no shows and once they delivered a BROKEN treadmill and left it in my basement. . . and has been sitting there for two months, taking up space. This week, the XPO driver that said he came to my house to deliver my treadmill did not show up. He was supposed to be there between 10:30-1:30. I got a call at 2:11, missed it and it should have been my 30 min heads up. When I called him back no one answered and it was marked that no one was home. We had someone waiting at the house ALL DAY. He sent a "picture" saying that he was at my house but the picture he sent he literally took off Google Earth and sent it to XPO. I have paid for this item and am considering contacting law enforcement and reporting as theft. No one will give us answers and continue to make me wait a month out for a new delivery date. I then had another person from XPO tell me that the item was not even on the truck. This is unacceptable and the 4th month in a row I have had to take time off work or get others' help for 4 deliveries that have not been made. I would give negative stars if I could. read more

Got a Peloton tread mill delivered by XPO last mile. They delivered it during a blizzard warning. They came after the snow had stopped but the wind was still whipping it around. They could have cancelled, but they timed their delivery when the conditions were safe. They assembled the tread fast and tried to minimize the amount of snow tracked in our house. i was given a delivery date of 12/10. it came and went without the delivery and no communication. i had to call RXO to be told i needed to call Home Depot. The HD store said they dont have anything to do with online orders. I ended up calling THD.com and was told Simmons is not open and I would hear from someone Monday 12/12. No one called till 12/13. I received the text 12/13 to confirm my new delivery of 12/17. Again, it came and went without communication from from RXO till 12/18 rescheduling my delivery to 12/23. 12/14 update: I was given a new delivery date of 12/12 for my order on 12/01. I called the night of 12/11 and the morning of 12/12 prior to 8am to verify my delivery window and date and both times my delivery date still showed 12/12, along with the tracking information. I called back after 8am and was immediately transferred to a representative. I asked about my delivery window and was advised by the representative that a text message was sent stating that they would be unable to deliver my order on 12/12 and it would need to be rescheduled again. I never received a text message and was told that the earliest delivery date would be 12/20. I stated that the date of 12/20 was unacceptable. I followed up with the corporate email I received in my previous review and they responded advising that other deliveries were occurring that day and it was odd that my order was not on a truck to be delivered on 12/12. There were several calls between RXO and their support specialist and we told them that we needed the order delivered this week or I was going to pick it up myself. I received a text message from RXO stating my delivery was scheduled for 12/20 then 10 minutes later received a message stating 12/13. The support specialist did call back and confirmed a 12/13 delivery. I also received a text message confirming my 4 hour delivery window. On 12/13, I FINALLY received my order and it was undamaged and my saga is finally over. I still will not use RXO in the future as I never received a call back or any resolutions until 12/12. read more

I have had my delivery rescheduled around 10 times since the initial delivery date of April 23. I have called customer service several times and have gotten different answers each time. I've been told that my concern is top priority and assured it would be delivered at the next scheduled date - more than once. It has yet to be delivered. When I call to check on my order, they are not able to look it up by my phone number. I have received no answers from anyone. I was scheduled for delivery on May 10. Received an automated text message that I needed to reschedule for May 12. My tracking link said it was scheduled for May 12 but upon clicking the link to the actual tracking information, it said May 19. I then got an automated call from XPO today saying I was scheduled for May 16. Then got an email shortly after that I needed to schedule a new delivery date. I am not sure what to do or where to go from here but I will not order from a company in the future who utilizes XPO as their delivery service. RUN AWAY. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I ordered a desk for my office on October 1st from a company in Texas. They shipped it immediately and it made it to RXO's Des Moines warehouse by October 14th (80 miles from destination). RXO scheduled delivery with me for November 3rd. I waited around all day, and finally got a phone call from them saying they would not be delivering my desk that day because they "didn't have any other deliveries in the area". They rescheduled delivery for December 1st. I've been fighting for a faster delivery all month without success. Tomorrow is December 1st. Today I got a text message from RXO stating that my delivery will not be arriving tomorrow without explaination. I called the phone number provided and could only get a recording that said my desk is now scheduled to be delivered December 22nd. This is ridiculous. Got a message that my order was delivered. I was quite surprised as did not receive the phone call 1 hour prior to delivery. Surprise turned into concern as the delivery was no where to be found. It would have been in a large heavy box, so it would have been hard to miss. I called the 1800 number, which after several minutes of going through the steps to verify that I was who I said I was, the call was dropped. Gave up on that and tried to get ahold of the XPO dispatcher. Once I got ahold of dispatch, they told me that "Last Mile" is another division, and gave me that number. That number goes to voice mail. No one answers that number. Tried the 800 number again and talked to someone I barely could understand. Eventually the CSR said that the drive took a picture of the delivery in front of the white garage doors. The problem is that my garage doors are brown. The CSR said that I should expect an email. Email has not arrived and XPO has not reached our to me that they are working to resolve it. read more
