It originated at a Ford dealership where he was a Master Technician. It was obvious he was knowledgeable and CARED about the work he performed on customer's vehicles. Since I started watching the channel he got an opportunity to partner up with the new owner of this place. The Ford dealership he worked at was too far for me. Brighton is much closer so I gave it a try for some maintenance I needed. I cannot say enough about the experience!! Rich and his team did a great job. Local family owned, no hassles, no large ticket pricing. A few tips if you're coming here: They open at 8am, come early! Easiest route- go North on Western Ave. Walk in... tell they what work you need done on you car, give Make and Model of your car and get on repair list. When you are called, go get your car and pull into service garage. They will come and tell you what they noticed during diagnostic tests and inspection. They will show and explain to you the repairs. You will be told the cost with local taxes, so you know what to pay. Once done, they'll pull your car out and, after you pay CASH ONLY, you're good to go! When I got there, the U-Haul was in the parking lot and Ogden Automotive Center was closed (as expected). However, when I opened the app, it let me know that Ogden Automotive Center had not left any instructions at all on how to pick up the keys to the truck. After contacting U-Haul customer support, they let me know that there was nothing they could do to get me a truck from this location. It was an expensive, hours long process to find a new truck for my move that day. Would not recommend this store to anyone

For me years ago repairs were easy, I just gave him the keys. If we didn't it, he'd send it off to someone and it would get done. We weren't a body shop, nor a detail place, but we knew people. I bought my SUV and there was a slight gap at the bumper after about a month, I did take it back and they just pushed it back. Never looked right. but it was okay. Well now this time I did it backing into a garage there was this wrought iron basket, not mine. My bumper caught it and it pulled away. It looked bad and couldn't be ignored. What's damaged, I don't know, do I need a new bumper because something got damaged behind it, again, no clue. I came across Carrectly, was impressed by the reviews, also was impressed by the pics of Dixon P's bumper repair. So I sent an email requesting a quote for the repair. Oliver replied fast with an accurate quote and information. He also answer all questions I had. I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! How much time is wasted on dropping off your vehicle? With them none, same for pick up. Yuri was so pleasant and helpful, I inquired about getting a detail, specifically the inside. It really needed it. He gave me some info, but said I should speak to Oliver. At first I was going to go mini, but then went full. When I inquired he told me what they do for each, there was no upsell, no pressure. I will say it looks beautiful. I also had them do some touch up where the paint came off. The gave the exterior a very good wash. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and recommend them highly. I'm proud to be seen with my vehicle again, instead of walking away quickly. You know how it is when you ride looks trashed. So glad I made this choice.
