Some of the wires broke apparently in the tire. I did not believe that at first and I did not see any indication of any thing wrong with my tires, but I went along with what they said because they are the professionals. I picked my car up after the new tires were installed.. driving down harrison It had the same rattling at 40 mph. I called them irritated and said did you test drive this vehicle? They said they did which I dont believe. . long story short they said the problem is my drive train is worn out and I need a new one. they claim that two different problems were causing the vibration. the likelihood in my opinion of having two different issues causing the same problem is pretty much unbelievable the reality is they either misdiagnosed the problem or they are crooked. either way I don't want anything to do with them again. I bought four new tires at $862 which i believe were not needed. That they conveniently profited from.

My truck was sitting at another shop, I won't say names, and I had to call and ask them multiple times, essentially begging them, to just even look at it to tell me what was wrong with it. Gene camerecommended from someone else that I know and trust, and I sure am glad that I decided to have it taken there instead. I had called the previous day to see if they had the right battery for my model. They did, and the price they gave me (based on a web search) was actually in the low range. They charged only for the battery, not service -- but of course there were taxes and a "shop fee," which was minimal. Most important was that I could drop in at any time -- no appointment needed -- and they could work on the car right away (that's usually been my experience, that this isn't an overly-busy shop, especially on a week day). I parked across from the car bays and shortly after I turned in my key I saw the mechanic walk to my car and install the battery where it stood. I was off and running in 15 minutes. Do they excel at customer service, with a friendly chatty demeanor, a comfortable waiting room and maybe free coffee and television while you wait? Well, no, this isn't that kind of a place. in fact, I'm told that most customers just drop the car off and come back for it. But if you want quick reliable affordable service -- no frills but no b.s. either -- this is the right place.

I understand your not comfortable doing insert although I think you saw commercial vehicle and though chance to make big money but to charge 169 dollars which is more that what an insert repair should of been is ridiculous and makes them look very bad

Since the starter was still under warranty, I made an appointment to have it looked at. They couldn't do the work then so I made an additional appointment. They said at the time everyone who could do the job was on vacation. It appears they don't want to do warranty work, or make good on their warranties. Probably because they won't get paid. They have lost a customer who would be very loyal, and anyone I can talk out of utilizing them, I will.
