Terrible company!!! My car window broke and had a replacement with these guys. The technician came to replace but damaged the door panel during the process, including cuts on leather and scratches, and dent on airbag cover. Luckily i took pictures before he did the job and had him write down a note that he made mistake damaging the door panel. Ed asked me to pay the guy and he'd take care of the problem later. He never did!! I went to a dealership to ask for a quote fixing the panel per his suggestion and sent it to Ed. No answers!!! Later on he asked me to contact the technician who was then fired and said he got no money to pay, and blamed me why I ordered service from them instead of taking the car to dealership (i called them before they could come the next day). Ed blamed on the technician and told me that was a private contraction, but the technician drove Xpro van to my place. It's been 5 months and they all blocked my phone number. Don't do business with these guys. Take pictures beforehand. read more

I had a great experience with Xpro. After my Tesla Model 3 got broken into, Ed responded quickly to my request for a quote and the price was fair. On top of that, they come to you at no extra charge, so the price and convenience made it an easy call. They are also super fast, if they have the parts - Ed told me that if Tesla had the windows in stock he could get it done that same day. Unfortunately we had to wait several days for the parts, which is Tesla's problem, but as soon as they were in, the car was fixed that day. I found Xpro Auto Glass through Yelp's Request a Quote over the weekend and Ed was the first to respond with a fair price and was able to come next day to replace my car window. He was very communicative and let me know when exactly the technician was to arrive. Jose, the technician, was very professional and did the installation very quickly even though there was a mix up on my window due to my part. I did not know there was difference in window size of my Nissan Rogue Special Edition model compared to the other Nissan Rogue models. Even though it was 5pm, he was able to call the manufacturer to leave the door open for him to pick up the correct window glass. Ed called me to let me know that even though the special edition glass was more expensive, he was going to honored his first offer price to me.
