After work, my driver side window decided to fall off its track and I tried what I could but I knew it was going to need skills I didn't have. So Ill be honest, I checked online with another company first because of the commercial came to my head. Their best they could do was a two weeks wait. Yeah with. crime and rain that wasn't going to do. So I opened up Yelp. I called and Xpro Auto Glass after seeing their reviews on Yelp and I wasn't disappointed. Ed took my call, late in the evening and I was extremely satisfied that he offered to fix it next morning without me having to even ask. Now I know it's hard on a lot of businesses during this pandemic and the quote I was given matched the work that needed to be done. Came out the same day, within the specified timeframe, and replaced my Tesla Model Y small rear side window, which was broken by the smash-and-grab thugs. A bit less cost than Tesla mobile service, but much faster. It's been several months, including a couple big rainstorms, and I've had no issues, including no additional road noice. Great! While driving on the freeway on my way home, (3/3/21) (one of those unlucky days), a heavy metal like tennis ball size struck my front windshield! What's worse than being called back in to work because they need extra coverage? Getting a ding on your windshield while you are driving in! Argh! But thank goodness for Xpro auto! They sent Jose out to my home the next day, and he was the epitome of friendly and efficient service. He explained what he could/could not do, but was willing to try to patch the larger-than-usual crack. The whole process probably took 5-10 minutes, and now there is a barely visible blemish on my windshield. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will do the trick, but even if it doesn't, I wouldn't be mad. I had a rock chip on my front windshield that was the size of a nickel. Ed, the owner, was able to schedule a technician to repair it immediately (2 days later). The technician, Jose, explained that I had a pretty large chip in my windshield and there would still be a small visible chip after the repair. This place is amazing and the owner is so kind!!! I had the awful experience of getting my car broken into in Oakland (on 26th and Broadway). Of course they stole some stuff from the car and it was just a terrible invasion in general. The next morning after getting over the shock, I called a few places to see how much it would cost to replace the window. The owner immediately responded to my questions and gave me a really affordable price! Much more affordable than the five other places I contacted. They came out to my house and replaced windshield the guy broke my review window and not tell me he glued it back on 2days later the sun shine in my car so the mirror fell off and I seen the glue I called them back and ask why they didn't notify me they broke my mirror so he went the dealership and order a nother one 3 days after he replaced the windshield it was crack so I contact them again and he said he would replace it with a new one he had 1 in stock he would call me back a couple days when by I called him back I wait for 9 months I keep calling him and he kept telling me he didn't have the window I when he finally got the window in tryed to charge me full after he told 9months ago he would charge me half the price I would never do businesse with company poor quality products and owner not a man of his word read more

I had 4 regulators installed in June. A Few weeks ago ( October) the driver side window stopped working. The regulator is broken. Called numerous times ask for a manager /owner.
