Cherry Mobile was the best car detailing business I have ever had the pleasure of working with. "Please, I cannot accept payment until you see the work we have done and are completely satisfied..." These were the exact words expressed by Suat at Cherry Mobile Auto Detail just moments after handing over the keys to my car. I had read the reviews here and on other sites, and will admit, I was a bit nervous dropping so much money on an auto detail. In the past I had always done auto detailing myself, and while it would take several hours, I was convinced that nobody could do a better job cleaning my car then I could with my own two hands. Despite my hesitation, I went through with the auto detail and have to say that it was some of the best money I have spent in 2014. Suat and his team spare no detail. Every mark, scratch, dirt stain, and dust speckle was erased. They completely shampoo'd the interior and did an incredible job on the exterior. My car smelled new, felt new and drove better than ever. More importantly, I had not cleaned the interior of my car in over two years and they were able to completely reverse the impact! Suat promises to return the car to the best condition possible -- as if it had just left the lot upon first purchase -- and he completely delivers on this promise. After reading the reviews, it seems there is some confusion around why you should do business with Cherry Mobile, so, I hope these notes clarify some points: 1.) Cherry Mobile is amazing and can clean your car better than anyone in California, but there are physical limitations. It seems like a lot of negative reviews come from people with cars that are simply impossible to ever return to 100% condition. I have a 2007 highlander and they were able to beautify my car beyond belief -- however, I also am a relatively clean and hygienic person in the first place. I think its important to be realistic with your expectations of what is possible. 2.) Cherry Mobile is a PREMIUM car detailing service. Part of the allure of the business is the fact that Suat and his team are wonderful people with real experience in the field and they come to your house. This inherently is going to cost more. If you're looking for a bargain detailing service, I would suggest other places -- it simply isn't fair to try to low-ball Suat and his team. This is their profession and they put their heart and soul into their work! Realize this when booking. 3.) Suat and his team are real people and work long days all around the bay to make sure their customers are happy. More importantly, Suat puts a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind his work. Before asking for payment he showed me every detail of the work they had done and wanted to know my true feelings about the work. Together this information demonstrates how much the employees of Cherry Mobile care about their work. They are truly dedicated to making customers, like me, smile and be stunned by how new their cars feel. If you have the pleasure of having Suat and his team work on your car, you won't be let down! It is truly a privilege! 100% recommend this auto detail!!!!! PS If you have thick carpets, I highly recommend leaving your car outside, the day after cleaning. Suat and his team really dig into the carpets and interior and it can take some time to dry if left in-doors. This is just a personal tip from experience :)

What can I say that hasn't already been said? I have a 2012 Camaro that had only ever had regular washes, nothing special. I knew I needed to take better care of her so I hopped on yelp. I immediately liked the way Suat answered the phone and told me to research the people I was calling for estimates. He really sounded like he cared. So after calling two other places. I decided to call Suat back. He even mentioned it might rain and it would be best to wait a few days! Love that! I kept looking out of my window while they worked on my car. And they are so detail oriented. They didn't act rushed. They gave my car the attention she deserved. My car looks like new. She feels like new. I had forgotten how good my car could look when properly cared for. I feel very happy with the work and will definitely be calling again.

This was one of the best investments i have done in a long time. I have a 2014 black chrysler 300. I never got it detailed since i bought it. Because of using this automatic car washes, my car had a lot of swirls and minor scratches. The inside was very dirty and neglected. I cald Cherry Auto Detail after reading great reviews about them. It was so easy to schedule an appointment, they were ontime extremely friendly and professional. They did inside out steam detailing to my car and charged me lower than avarage. After i saw the result i could not believe my eyes. My car was bred new again and i did not have to wait 2 days for the car to dry, because the car was dry when they were done. I guess steam detailing is a great service. Thanks alot guys you are awesome i will deffinately call again. i will add couple of photos to show the result.

Brought in my 2014 BMW for paint correction and ceramic detailing. The car was in bad condition due to poor workmanship from other detailers and corrosion. After handing it over to Suat and his team, the condition was restored and now looks stunning! If you care about your car, highly recommend to get it coated by Suat. Suat and Nasir are so kind and friendly. They listen to what you need and don't try and push any services on you. I had the full interior and exterior detail package done by my choice as the car needed some TLC. My two backseat riding kids made the interior a complete disaster. Honestly, I couldn't remember what the color of the interior was until Cherry Auto Detail revealed their awesome work! Wow! I was so shocked by the transformation. I'm going to add some before and after photos and you'll see what I mean. You can trust these guys! They will let you know which stains will come out and which stains they can reduce but not entirely remove. There is no false hope. They arrive on time and yes, you might pay more than you would like, but you will certainly get the attention to detail. It is so worth it! Scheduling an appointment was easy and having them come to you is so helpful.

Did my yelp research and initially was thinking I'd go to a "location" versus "mobile" detailing but after researching pricing and factoring in my time on a weekend; this was the way to go...she was in pretty bad shape, hadn't been waxed in a year plus, thanks to some damn sprinklers we used to have to park near - hard water spots, kids and dogs havok'd the interior and the smell within just wasn't good. POST Cherry Mobile Auto Detail & Wash, I am a very satisfied and happy camper. Suat upfront, honest and he and his brother(Nasir)'s work was better than I expected, for sure. Don't waste your weekend at the car wash - go and enjoy all there is to enjoy! While you are at work, let them do their work and I confidently say that you too will be as pleased as I am. Can't wait to bring her on the drive home so Mrs' can hop in and go for a spin in "her girl" as the boys that wouldn't give her a second look earlier, snap their heads and wish they didn't diss her dirtiness earlier....

I just got my new 2019 Corvette Z06 Convertible back from XSCEND, and all I can say is... wow. The car could not look more amazing. I had a large amount of SunTek PPF applied along with OptiCoat ceramic coating of the entire exterior and interior. Suat and his brother did remarkable and such diligent work on this car. Every single surface of the vehicle received the proper protective treatment and these guys are truly artists with the PPF. The contours on this vehicle are very complex and it's no easy task installing the film as stealthily and sturdily as possible. My car was truly in great hands with these guys.. despite my instincts to micromanage and worry obsessively about my new car, they truly went to town and made it as resilient and gorgeous as they possibly could. Suat said he would take his time, treat the car like a baby, and promised total satisfaction. He exceeded those expectations: the results are beyond satisfying, they are heart-warming. These guys are passionate about their work and dedicated to doing the right thing. I ended up getting a lot more protection installed than I originally planned, but I think Suat truly had my and my vehicle's best interest in mind. Once I saw the level of creativity and attention he applied to the PPF installation, I realized that this place is different because you're not really paying for services, you're paying for your vehicle being taken care of. Sure things are itemized and the general scope of work was completely on point, but if there's a situation where a potential problem is identified on the car (and there were several on mine that I didn't think about), they simply take care of it with no extra charge because they care about the vehicle and the product of their labor. Regardless, Suat was very competitive on pricing, and given the amount of work he did on the car I probably would have paid way more elsewhere. These guys are pure experts at PPF application and ceramic coating, and all the extra services that are involved in doing that right (of which there are many). They're great people, hard workers, and wonderful at customer service. I don't think you'll find any detailer in the area more deserving of your business than here. Bring them your car, be honest about what you want, and then trust their recommendations. They will take wonderful care of your vehicle and there's no doubt you will love what they do for it. I just dropped off my other car at the same time I picked this one up for detailing and ceramic coating. I wouldn't want anyone else working on her than XSCEND. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my new investment. It's a big scary purchase, but it was in the perfect hands and now I can drive and wash it with peace of mind. No mandatory annual $250 follow-up ceramic checkups (look out for that from other products/detailers!!)... the car is warrantied bumper to bumper for 7-10 years to be driven, enjoyed, and washed without worrying about swirl marks, rock chips, and degradation. I know that if there's ever a problem with the ceramic coating or clear bra, they will take care of it no questions asked. You've given me such peace of mind for my new ride that I really can't put a price on it. I am deeply grateful. Thank you!!!

Great service! After a research about PPF and ceramic coating in the area, I found this is the best option for me and my car. So I brought my new tesla model 3 here, and they have a great deal for tesla model 3. I did a full PPF with ceramic coating with 7 years warranties. First of all, thank you very much to Suat and Nasir. Both these guys know what they're doing and they did an excellent job ceramic coating my Durango. This is what detailing is all about - they're very detailed (literally). They did the ceramic coating in my Moms driveway coz my apartment won't allow it. They come prepared and all they need is access to water and electricity. Honestly, I don't mind about their pricing, although one of the lowest but I'm into more of quality work. Their one day allotment is one car only not other shops who works on different cars simultaneously. You won't be disappointed, I didn't. Check out my ride. Again, thanks for an excellent job.

These guys are awesome! I recently bought a used 2014 Model S for $5k under market value knowing that it had some paint issues. Previous owner put some burn marks on the paint because of a bad buff and lots of swirls. I visited Suat and his team for an inspection and pointed what my options were depending on my budget. I decided to do it right. After scheduling the appointment and 1.5 days later, car was done and looks brand new! Highly recommend these guys!

Suat is fantastic (owner). He is a complete professional and did an amazing job with the Opticoat Pro plus on my Model 3. He moved his business originally from Northern California (San Jose) down to Socal...lucky to have found him! He is very knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me as I had many questions, especially if I was spending a good amount to protect my car. He will give you a great deal and he took great care with the car and it looks absolutely immaculate. Definitely going to recommend him on the Tesla forums and will come back to post a picture of the fantastic job he did on my Model 3.
