He explained that adding 5% over the factory privacy glass would make the rear windows extremely dark and suggested that 15% would provide a better match to 5% on the front windows. I appreciated the honest advice and his willingness to share his expertise without any pressure. In the end, I decided to go with 5% all the way around because that was the look I wanted, and he was absolutely right. It is extremely dark, but exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was just as impressive as the quality of the work. Although my appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, Yosup accommodated my request to drop the truck off early in the morning so I could pick it up after work. He even finished the job ahead of schedule.
