Holy shit - these guys are good. Let me just start with that. I purchase goods and services off the internet all the time but my reviewers christening starts with Cherry Mobil Auto Detail. A few days ago I had volunteered my car to pick up some catering for a dorm event. On the bumpy ride home however, the catering spilled all over the back seat of my car, absolutely ruing the upholstery. Imagine a pool of beefy stew slowly disappearing into the back seat of your car. I hadn't even realized until I got home so I'm telling you, it REALLY got in there. Worst of all, it was only a matter of time before the smell of spoiled beef became a problem. In steps Cherry Mobile Auto Detail. I called on a Monday and was able to get an appointment literally two hours later. Suat and his brother are both incredible - they arrived on time, were very courteous, and took it upon themselves to steam clean/shampoo my car (HOW EVER MANY TIMES IT TOOK) until the interior was spotless. I drive a janky 1999 Toyota Corolla and was initially worried that I wouldn't receive the same attention to detail as say the owner of a Tesla or a Porch (or wherever luxury vehicle you might find in the Silicon Valley). Boy was I wrong. While the exterior of my car remains the mess that it is, you'd never guess while you're cruising on the inside. Whatever black magic they used to cleanse and sanitize my car of the beef stew incident, they went ahead and applied it to every square inch of my damn car. Maintaining a black car is painstacking, and after looking at multiple videos of ceramic pro, I was impressed. Called up multiple places, few of them did not pick the call, others just explained the process over the call, but Suat proactively invited me to the garage for a demo. Suat and Nasir demonstrated the difference between a ceramic pro treated hood and untreated hood in their garage and I was pretty much convinced to get it done on my car. They priced it just right and I went with the ceramic pro gold package. There were some existing swirl marks on which they did get rid of before freezing it with ceramic pro. Also they took lot of photos and videos to walk me through the entire process that they went through on my car. Both (brothers) highly professional did a very neat and a detailed oriented job. Suat and Nasir (brothers) are true professionals, both in terms of expertise in their craft, and in customer service. They did full exterior paint correction, detail, window tinting, and ceramic coating on my 5-year old black SUV over the course of 2 days. I got it certified used over a year ago, and after the brothers completed their work, it no doubt looked better than when I bought it. Not cheap, but well worth the price for their work. Even though I didn't shop around, other reviews mentioned their prices are competitive if not better than others. I swung by at about 10p the first night the car was there to drop off some touchup paint, and they were still at work on it! Finally, they aren't looking for an upsell- just wanna help you do what you want for your ride. I asked them about their opinion on a few things, and they gave their honest opinion, which sometimes was recommending against doing anything extra. 100% satisfied, and happy to be part of the Cherry family! read more

From the looks on the faces of Surat and Nasir upon the completion of my vehicle's detail, I am convinced they take extreme pride in their craft. This appointment was to condition the outside of my SUV, black in color I should state. I recently had some minor body work done on the vehicle and was happy to have CMAD remove the swirls which occur during the repair process. In addition to the swirls, they were able to remove some oxidation on the exterior of my headlight lense cases. What is equally impressive is how the inside of the wheel wells look completely brand new. In summary, my entire black SUV looks like it did the day I rolled it off the dealership floor. This review comes in late but I wanted to thank Suat and his brother for taking great care of my 2018 Model X. My only regret is not bringing the car sooner to them, I waited 6 months before pulling the trigger on ceramic coating. I'll be completely honest, the X looked a million times better than new at the factory when I picked it up from Xscend! I really liked the fact Suat explained all the steps that would be undertaken for the cleaning, polishing and coating of the vehicle, without putting any pressure directed at me to get any particular care package. I'm expecting a baby in two weeks and badly needed to get my car cleaned inside and out. I have been to other local car detailers/washes and they always seem to miss under the seats or just overall do a really crappy job. I liked the fact that Cherry came to our house, had awesome reviews, and that while they were suggestive with their options they didn't try to shove anything down my throat. I don't know why certain reviews before me complained about time management and being late. I live in the hills of Portola Valley and they arrived 20 min early! It was great because it gave me enough time to get the last of my things out of my car and discuss what needed to be done. I originally just wanted the interior package for $175, but after talking to them further decided to settle on the $295 package. Being almost 9 months pregnant, I didn't want to worry about driving down the road, waiting 3 hours, and then driving back up again to get the outside of my car washed so agreed to let them do it. They started immediately and I was able to go on with my evening with no interruptions. They were done by 7 pm. Suat and his brother are complete gentlemen. They threw in some freebies in for me as a present for the baby (awww) and wouldn't accept payment until I had gone over the vehicle to make sure I liked what I saw. The paint on my car literally looked brand new afterwards and my seats looked immaculate. I could wipe my hands across the sides of my Honda Fit and not feel a single bump or stain, and the seats smelled of nothing but coconut and lemon. The rest of the inside of my car was perfection as well, and I felt 110% comfortable with putting our newborn baby in the backseat and just having the baby around my car in general. So simply: if you have the money and you care about your car, ABSOLUTELY have it detailed by these guys. They are fair and honest and if you respect them they will respect you. Not to mention they drive to you!!! But like people have mentioned previously, they ARE a premium car service so their prices won't be cheap but in NO way shape or form not appropriate to the quality of service. These guys not only did a great job, but they enjoy their craft. The booking process was online and easy and the quote was reasonable. Detailing cars is hard work! They were on time for their appointment and did a thorough walk through and explained services clearly. In my particular instance, they also gave me a ride to work as I wasn't too far. For $400+, I would expect them to shampoo the seat belt and the ceiling of the car is a felt like material had spots on it still. Some minor debris in cracks. Spots on carpets. Some streaks on window. Much better job than regular car cleaning and they make it convenient to come out to you. I just can't justify $400. Watch out for this guy. I called him about doing some detailing on an old car and was hoping to get a little better price than the $195 that he advertised on his website. I explained that the car was a 16 year old Nissan Sentra and I just wanted to have some basic things done. His price, rather than going down, went up to $300. I called around 10 AM they gave me different appointment options, showed up at 12:00PM (right on time) did an outside wash, inside detail, shampooed the carpet and were done before 2:00PM. Very honest company. Since this is my work van they did not push the sale of detailing the cargo side, however, when they were done I noticed that they went the extra mile and had detailed the cargo side of the van as well. I had spilled a copious amount of coffee on my beige fabricate seats. Most interior detailing spots informed me that they were not going to be able to remove the stain fully. Not Cherry Auto Salon! The brothers did a great job! My wife is so happy! I bought her a mini hand me down from a relative and it had perfume, air freshener, and smoke residue mixed into one. Their steam spray was able to remove the smell for her! Gunk and stuck on plastic labels were also removed, now it actually looks nice and smells like how it should be!
