This review took me time to write because I want to adequately commend this company. Lola, my roommate (and sister) had mentioned to me the smell of gas was getting stronger in her bedroom. On a Monday morning by 8:00 a.m. I had call Atmos and w/in 2 hrs. Atmos came and cut off the gas service. My next phone call was to Xtreme Air Services. They had technicians out to our home very quickly, assessed where the gas leak(s) were coming from, what needed to be done, and how much it would costs to get the work done. Anticipating our reaction to the costs, they/Ruben informed me Xtreme Air Services could help with the financing. The finance obstacle was overcome and work began. Ruben, Mario, Anthony, and another technician whose name I did not get, worked diligently to repair the leaks. While they were working they would take steps to prevent messes inside my home. Although Mother Nature got the best of their efforts. While working on the gas leaks, the XAS technicians discovered another BIG issue - the sewer pipes were carotid and would need to be replaced (we had been having plumbing issues but thought we could "deal with it" at a later time.) Turned out "a later time" was now. Again, the $ was an issue. Ruben patiently explained how XAS could help, stepped back and gave us space/time to think about "it". That weekend our remaining (we have 2) toilet became clogged. Ruben and Mario came out that Saturday evening to make sure we had a functional toilet. And, of course, we told Ruben we wanted to move forward in getting the sewer system replace. Ruben immediately called the Office Manager, Sarah, who took time from her day off to go to the XAS office to complete the financing for the additional work needed for the sewer problem. Lola and I became endeared with these three professional men; Ruben, Mario, and Anthony (they were at our home for 3 consecutive weeks) that we now consider them part of our family. They've been told (and we really mean it) "mi casa es su casa". And, Sarah, we haven't forgotten you. A little something will be delivered to your office soon. Terrible customer service. Dispatchers don't know a thing. So called" family company. tech here mentioned how he works and doesn't get to see his family. Mind you this is the fifth time the company had to send someone. The last tech fixed it. (Thank God the last tech had a brain, this place will go under in two years tops)I blame the owner because they all have to call and get his okay like reporting.to a teacher and they still got it wrong. Unlike the person who came and knew what he was doing. This place is a crap show and I will call anyone else before I even give these ppl the time of day. Also this so called "family business" isnt that. Only the boss hires family who are incompetent. While the last man that came to finally fix it was stressed and wanting to get his daughter from school. That's not fair for that young man. And things need to change if you ever think.I'll reccomend your laugh of a company to anybody I know in Sunnyvale or my father's building contracts. This so called "Christian" family business is a.joke and everyone should be ashamed of themselves for using those words without being biased to other workers. Worst experience and Customer service ever!! I called them after I noticed my ac was not blowing cold air. Since they installed the unit less than five years ago I figured they can fix it. Technician came out and inspected the unit next day. Said I needed a part and there was a coil leak but will try and fix next day (for $1200 only for labor). Well LONG story short, it took 8 days to find out after talking to multiple people and them telling me I would get a call back from the parts manager David, (which I never did) that the part was not in yet and not sure when. 8 days without ac in the hot Texas summer is excruciating! Had to buy a portable ac unit just to manage. I finally got fed up with their bad customer service of waiting for a phone call to tell me what's going on with this part. I called another company, to which they said that NOTHING is wrong with my ac, just some dirt that was clumped up keeping the unit from working properly. Which they guy cleaned out and instantly I felt the air come back on!!!! I went 8 days without my ac unit because of Xtreme Air's technician. I feel like I was getting scammed by them and I will never ever go back to them. Only good thing out of this ordeal is that I found my forever ac company. read more

Xtreme Air Services deserves a 5 star rating. I was in the market to replace my HVAC that was 36 years old! I did my due diligence getting bids from 4 different companies. Xtreme Air was not the least expensive of all my bids. But they were competitive. I selected them based on their product selection, knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism. I also like that they are family owned. During the bidding stage, Chad answered every question and detailed the installation process. I thank him for walking me through how the system was going to work and how its efficiency would save me money on my utility bills. The install crews, under the competent and polite direction of Roland, did a great job. Chad and the entire Xtreme team were focused on solving some of the cooling issues that were a particular challenge in my home. I appreciated that they took great care to insure all was running properly prior to their departure. Chad followed up after the install to see that all was done according to their high standards. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Xtreme's technical expertise, respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend them. read more

Noticed my heat was out on an early Friday morning in February. I checked on Yelp and ended up calling a local company who had very good reviews, Xtreme Air Services. They came out around noon the same day. Josh Graham, one of their techs, explained to me that the old unit would need to be replaced. He showed me where it was really in bad shape with a rusted out vent and heat exchanger. He even offered to get someone out the same day to install a new system but I opted for Saturday morning. The installers arrived about 9 on Saturday morning as promised and they were finished with the job by a little after 3. Love the new more modern and efficient Trane system; it's about 200% better than the old one, I would definitely say. Financing was easy with no interest for 5 years; Josh was very helpful with that as well. These guys are very, very good and very responsive to your call. They were all friendly, knowledgeable people who listened to all my concerns and who patiently addressed every one of them. I highly recommended this company whether you have a big problem, like I had, or a small one. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the service from Xtreme Air Services. I spent over $20,000 on a new unit. The installation seemed fine at the time, but I haven't even had the chance to properly use it yet since it was installed during winter. That's not even my main concern. The real issue is what they call "free inspections." Two months ago, they sent two technicians who were polite, but the visit quickly turned into a sales pitch for filters and unnecessary add-ons. It didn't feel like an inspection at all. Today was even worse. I'm currently out of the country, but I arranged for a friend to be present while they carried out three scheduled inspections. The first technician arrived and did nothing but try to sell more products. No real inspection was carried out--just constant upselling. He even suggested a new electrical box costing $12,000. This is completely unacceptable. You're wasting my time and my friend's time. Don't advertise these visits as "inspections" when they are clearly sales-driven appointments. Call it what it is: a sales visit--not an inspection. Very disappointed. read more

Anyone who lives in Dallas, TX KNOWS that when your air conditioning needs repair, your AC needs repair NOW. I know HVAC Contractors in Dallas are about a dime a dozen, so I thought I'd ask my girl Cassi who did her air conditioning replacement last summer. She swore by Xtreme Air Conditioning Services and told me to try them out. The Air Conditioning contractor came out to check out the problem ( Eddy was his name) nicest guy!! Brownie points! So he came to check out the unit- he gave me options and a quote- it seemed weird that i would need an air conditioning replacement, so I told him I'd think about it and get back to him. I called a few other guys to get quotes and they were ALMOST DOUBLE and said I needed a bunch of other junk I didn't even need. Called Eddy back- he did the work and I haven't had trouble since! I know he's honest because I even asked around to the local competitors- lowest price + honesty- I'm sold! Take my word for it- best air conditioning service in Dallas. Our 27-year old AC unit finally died, and since we couldn't even order parts for it anymore, we decided to take the plunge and invest in new AC units, both upstairs and down. We had SEVEN different companies come out and give us estimates, and we ultimately went with Xtreme. Their employees were confidence-inspiring and explained the process thoroughly. A couple days later, we're sitting here in our cool house with things left even cleaner than they were before the installation techs came in to work. John, Dakota, Napoleon, and Martin were great. So polite and respectful, and I had no reservations about running errands and leaving them at the house to work. I was nothing but impressed by what I've seen so far, but the installation is only the beginning.... I'm counting on the follow-up service and the AC performance measuring up to the expectations that Xtreme has set for me. Thanks guys! read more

I installed a new Trane system last year and felt fairly pleased with the outcome (we have three systems). When in the market to replace one of the other systems I went back to the previous company and Xtreme as well. I'm glad I did as I not only saved about 15% the service was great too. Lindel and Aaron were great in the initial evaluation and pricing and were very accommodating. They presented financing options I had not previously heard about. The extra plus was with Shane and Brandon on the installation. They were very professional and courteous throughout the installation process and cleaned up well when they were done. Not that the other contractor was bad, these guys were just better and at a much more competitive price. I still have my third system to replace and will be calling Xtreme when I'm ready to move forward on that one. read more

If you need your roof checked out I highly recommend Miguel. He was thorough, respectful and patient as he answered all my questions. He doesn't pressure you or try to upsell you he is just a good honest man. We've been using Xtreme Air Services for all of our home needs like plumbing/electrical/HVAC. Someone mentioned in another post they try to sell you the service plan relentlessly. That isn't true at all and it actually pays for itself and discounts repairs if needed. We need electrical work done and don't want to finance it so we told them we'd wait and guess what? They were fine with it. We've been using Xtreme for 14 years and will continue to do so. read more

We recently had Xtreme Air Services replace our entire heating and air conditioning system. This was not an easy job in our two story home. They started right on time and did not leave until the job was completed after 11:30pm, in a freezing attic. The temps were going to be very cold that evening and they installers did not want us to be uncomfortable. Roland and Matt went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the installation. Coordinating a new roof with a new a/c unit went very smoothly and after the roof work was completed, Chad Wells then inspected the workmanship of his a/c crew and adjusted the new unit to operate at optimum efficiency. Our initial meeting with Chad went well and he answered all of our questions and advised on size of new unit, etc. We are very pleased with the end result, the neatness and friendliness of the crew and most of all, Chad's follow-up personally, as well as the follow-up via phone from his office. What a great group of professional people. Starting with Lindel, who came out listened to my concerns and desires for a new system; he then made logical recommendations and gave clear explanations. The day of installation Roland, Mathew, Justin, Brendon and Pedro were here to do what it took to install the new system. They were professional, personable and made sure the work was well installed. When they left, everything was clean and as if they had not been in the house. Except for the great new AC system and the promised quiet comfort. I will recommend these guys any day. Lindell at Xtreme Air came out and gave us a quote for an outside AC unit. The quote was higher than one of their competitors and I was advised that Xtreme Air would match all competitor offers if provided in writing. I sent the quote to Lindell the next business day and after not receiving a response, I called to confirm if he had received the email. Lindell confirmed receipt of the email and stated he had been very busy and would follow up with me later that day. Needless to say I never heard from this company. Just want to give Rolando Hernandez and Kelso the hightest rating I can. Even though I wasn't prepared to see them so early this morning they were very courtious even with my grumpiness. Heck out generator. Knocking a no electricity. Repair would probably be high and would probably not be worth it. Decided to buy new one with and inverter. He had someone in his company come by and pick it up. Did not know how much to repair. They were really good but could not give repair cost. Would go with a ser ice that mainly did generator repair. Yelp just threw up a but of electricians and may y responded they did no generator repair. I did call to make sure they could do generators but never got estimate. Would definitely use them for electrical. read more

We had to replace both A/C units, first downstairs and then upstairs, within two weeks. They were the original units from when we purchased our brand new home 17 years ago. Brooks did a great job trying to salvage the second unit installing a new blow motor but at the end we decided to replace it with a new unit. He didn't charge us for the service call or the blow motor. We had two different teams, two weeks apart, and both teams were very professional and did an excellent job. read more
