Steve came out to my house the same day I called him because I was having issues with a recently purchase house with cockroaches, slugs, ants, spiders, you name it. Instead of acting like I had something more crazy going on than what I did and trying to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, (he probably could have because I just wanted the bugs gone)he told me it was a pretty textbook case, gave me a great price, took care of me that day, and told me to give him a call if there's anymore activity in the near future and he would be back out. Steve is amazing. We just bought the house a few years go and been meaning to get pest service. We just found out one warm day that we had termites. Steve was able to give us an estimate on the phone as well as the procedures for the service. He answered all my questions and responded to all my texts. However 2 short weeks later there was a 6 ft black snake in my yard (under the kids swingset).
