Last year, we took my 2015 Honda Accord in to Xtreme to have the back window tint redone as it had deteriorated since I bought the car when it was two years old. Was so impressed with not only the work they did, but the service and courtesy extended to us. This week, we took the car back in to have a new audio system installed, to include Apple CarPlay and SiriusXM. First of all...Jasmine, Jasmine, Jasmine! I remembered her the moment we walked in. What a great customer facing person!! Her warmth and smile, and so important, her professionalism are top notch. She helped us decide which unit to get, and made sure the necessary parts for full integration of CarPlay and Sirius were included, as well as the corresponding trim for my model and year. A couple of days later, we decided to go from the wired unit to a wireless, and she took care of that, and changed our order! Fast forward to today...took the car in about 9:00, and received a call at 1 that it was done. It looks amazing (see photo) and is working great! Had a bit of a user issue trying to get the Sirius Radio ID when I got home. Rick called me back and walked me through it with ease and patience! I'm so pleased and excited to have these features on my car as my existing audio was not operating well anymore. I recently bought a 2022 Tacoma. I had noticed that the windows in the back were tinted, and the windows in the front were not. I wanted to make sure they matched. I had heard good things about this place so I came in. I spoke with Jazmin. She walked me through the different types of tint that could be done to the windows, and even broke down the legality of what I could and couldn't do within the laws. She told me what I would need to match my back windows, and did not try and up charge me on any product. This is one of those things that you do not see from businesses anymore, they will try and get you for every dollar they can, they did not. I want to say it took a little over an hour for those windows to get completed and I couldn't be anymore happier with the service and the work. I know eventually I will like to upgrade my stereo system and this is the place I will be bringing my truck to. You do not get quality service like this at many places. I originally called in to make an appointment, but with my work schedule it was going to be hard to make it in during the week. I was advised to come in on Saturday, but to get there at 8am since they said they get pretty busy. When I got to the shop, there were 2 other cars already waiting, so I was thinking of how they would address what order we would be helped. Hector came outside to greet us around 8:10am and let us know he saw us 3 and that we would be helped first! That was awesome to hear, as about 3 other cars came in right as he was talking to us. When they opened at 8:30am, Hector opened the doors and let us know where to wait, and I only ended up waiting about 5 minutes to be helped after the first 2 guys. Hector was super helpful in explaining the different options for my 2021 Camry, and I ended up going with Medium in the front, and Dark in the back. I showed up and there were 3 others in line, waited about 20 mins before being called in. The girl at the front was really nice and walked me through the process. My car was there for about 4.5 hours. I had to wait a little longer because the install person wasn't happy with how the back window came out and re-did the job...really appreciated that! This isn't my first or second time here but my 3rd. First time was tint, til this day (2yrs later) still looks great. second time was a special request, I needed Cab Lights installed on my husbands F-250 for a birthday gift. Again special request bc all I had was the light sets, I didn't have the stencil, the wiring, the bolts, and they did it perfectly. They lined it up perfectly, no leaks, no damage to the inside. Perfect! Erik and Rick explained everything, including the pricing. Also I asked for them to fix his horn, bc he has " special " sounds his horn didn't work, they gave me a whole new button. I was so happy with all the results, my husband loved it. They are for-sure the plug. Now my 3rd time here, tinted my brand new 2021 Honda Pilot. 7 windows, looks amazing. I took in my F150 to get my front windows tinted and Hector was really helpful in explaining the different levels of tints as well as the options. I ended up choosing the 3M tint. In the past when I tinted my windows at other places I've gone with 3M. This is the first time I noticed that the tint had several "water marks" with 3M throughout, which can be removed in a couple of days. I highly recommend when tinting your windows you look for these markings as other shops might be selling 3M tint but they're probably installing something else.
