I called them up and they made it sound like I was getting an appointment. They told me to come in at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday. I got there at 8:20 and there was a line outside the shop. I decided to come here a couple weeks ago. Chris was able to help me decide on which tints to get. I decided to go with HP Charcoal, dark for the front and limo in the back. He mentioned that the HP Charcoal limo has a more metallic look/reflection and showed me an example on another car. It looked fine to me. However, when mines were installed, it did have the reflection but it was not matching the front passenger tint. It had a green hue to it on the back windows compared to the front so it looked weird. Chris offered to replace them with another limo tint to match the front so it wouldn't have the green hue. He did this free of charge to strip and replace. I've heard many co-workers coming here for tint and I would definitively recommend the same. Shoutout to Chris for the exceptional customer service. read more

Yesterday was the first time I ever came to Xtreme Tint and I just wish I would've came here sooner! Jasmine is honestly the best! I let her know that I wanted to get my windows tinted and she walked me over to the back where they have the different types and she was very knowledgeable and super easy to talk to :) She checked me in and I went to go wait in the waiting area towards the left. There was a TV, vending machine, a fish tank and the restroom was there as well. There was also a big window where you can see the cars being worked on. The atmosphere and music were great! They also have little stands where they sell license plate frames, decals, cleaning tools, etc. My car was done in about 2 hours. I was checked in at like 8:40 and I got my car back around 10:40. I absolutely LOVED the results! I was so happy that I even called Jasmine and let her know how much I loved the tint! So the only reason why I am putting 2 stars and not 5 is because of how my specific situation was handled at the end of my experience. So to make a long story short, I excitedly made a Groupon purchase because it was giving me a deal on tinting all five windows for $75 for a sedan vehicle. Now I will agree that I should have been more cautious reading the fine print and that's on me because on Groupon, it states that this deal does not apply to teslas and are only for the back windows. Now another thing to add was at the moment I didn't need my back windows tinted just the front two. So in my head I figured if I just need the front two done then we both get the better end of the deal, I save money and they don't have to do 5 windows. So the next morning I called and talk to Chris (owners son) and I explained to him what I did and that I only needed the front two windows done and if they can by any chance help me out since I already bought the Groupon. Now Chris did explain to me that it'll be difficult to help me out because legally they can't tint my front two windows according to state laws which I get and totally understand. But Chris was willing to help me out and give me the deal anyways I just needed to sign the liability form. Which of course I was totally fine with. That was great and honestly Chris if you are reading this, thank you for helping a brother out. (Also I hope that you didn't get into too much trouble because you're the reason why I'm coming back) What made me upset was when I came to pick up the car, the owner (the father I'm assuming ) saw what Chris did and started to make a fit about the whole price, and essentially started lecturing me about reading the fine print and that he basically lost money doing this job etc etc, and I honestly feel like that was unnecessary. The deal was already done, there's no point in lecturing me about it. I value what Chris did for me because it bought my business, he made me feel like my business was more important than the money and that's what got me connected. When his father started lecturing me about how he's been doing this for 29 years and that he would never charge anyone this low it made me feel like I didn't want to come back. And look I get it, I also run a business and I know first hand that the customer isn't always right but in this instance what got me wanting to come back and get my other cars tinted was the service Chris gave me, not his fathers. So the tint came out amazing and when I come back, because I will be coming back, I hope to be dealing with Chris again and not the owner. read more

She showed me the demo tints they have in the shop, so you are able to see the differences on the tints. And able to choose whatever you want for your vehicle. The place was so nice and clean. They do customs too! From lights, sounds, wraps and any other custom you want done. I bought this Groupon coupon, which supposed to be only on weekdays and by appointment only. The customer service was pretty good at this tinting shop. Their facility is spacious and really nice. They installed my 3M tint in a couple of hours and the quality was great. What I don't appreciate is that a couple days later when I was installing new fog lights, we noticed that they had removed my dealer license plate covers and installed new ones with the Xtreme Tint company logo and phone number. I am not a free advertising agency and secondly, they never even bothered to ask if that was okay with me. Had they offered me free tint and install those license plate covers, maybe I would have considered it. If you get any work done at this shop, please be sure to ask them not to install their company license plate covers on your vehicle (if you don't want them of course). Now I have to go uninstall them and put the original ones back on. read more

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed in not letting me know they swapped out my license plate frames and put their own for "marketing awareness." Another issue is that they did not call me about my car being done and I waited in the surrounding area until they were nearly going to close. I called about 15 before they were going to close to ask if my car was done, and they simply replied "oh yeah it's done." So if you plan on going on a Saturday drop off your vehicle early as they do get busy. Front desk was named Chris I believe, but he was on it for every customer. Took the time to listen, explain and show the difference in tint and went with you to your car to explain what they will do and how it will look. I don't remember the percentage of tint but front windows and rear I got the "California Legal Tint". Pricing is great and fair if you want it done right.
