OH IT'S ON!! Dave & Busters is probably one of the only places that can somehow awaken me into a fierce competitor and at the same time make me a happy kid (at heart). I have admittedly been here to this location (very) often and have added D&B to my monthly rotation for go-to spots. Thanks to their amazing Dave & Boosters event (huge shoutout to Courtney for organizing such a great event) I've really rekindled my love for arcade games. I especially keep an eye out for special events here because it's not only a great way to celebrate but also it usually entails an unlimited game play for a few hours (which I take advantage of to the fullest)! You can usually find some pretty good deals for game play outside of these events too (check their website/socials or a D&B location). I personally really like their half off games on Wednesdays and Sundays. There's something a little bleak about a place where you trade real money for fake coins so you can win fake tickets and trade those for plastic toys that break before you get to the car. I walked in today 2/18/26 and the front/host was rude. She screamed at us "we are not sitting down right now for another half hour." As if we were little kids in front of everyone. My sister later went up to her and asked why she had seated two group of people. She told my sister that they only had two waiters so they could not seat anyone else and the tables were full. Online food ordering and payment system was great when it worked but was super spotty and the check because way more complicated than it needed to be. For some reason it took them 10 mins to get Thursday Night Football on the main screen when no other major games were going on. Arcade: main complaint was their app. Tried to get it to work but ended up just wasting 20 mins of my time. Customer Service returned my call an hour later so not much help there. My girlfriend and I did the all you can eat wings night which also comes with a $10 play card. It was a super fun experience and the wings were pretty good. The all you can eat option gave you three choices for sauce, buffalo honey, barbecue and plain, we were also given the option of blue cheese or ranch on the side. You could either get boneless or bone in wings. The dish came with celery and carrots, but they seemed very watered down for some reason, however, the celery was very good. Each dish of wings took a little bit of time to come out but when they did come out, they were super hot and fresh which was awesome. The fries were an extra three dollars on the side, our waitress was super nice and she gave us the $10 card for us to use at the arcade area had a lot of fun playing coin pushers but I wish they had a couple more claw machines for us to play on. read more

Me, my wife and kids went here a couple weekends ago. My kids got gift cards for Christmas. We walked in and there was a line at the counter. No big deal. Problem is, the woman working at the counter was on the phone, ignoring the people in line. Also, there was a worker at a little table beside the counter just standing there. Our waiter was very nice, but it took a while to get seated, as in no one was at the hostess stand for several minutes. I got two things to eat. For the most part, they still have a lot of the old games. In fact, we bought the max amount of credits and didn't really spend that much. We just played some new ones repeatedly until it was time to go. The best one that day was the Star Wars VR, which is a bit of a risktaker during the COVID age. They have wipes for the visor, and it really can't be used by people with big heads. As for dining, they have QR codes that you order AND pay from and the server will bring your order, so interaction with staff is very limited. read more

Go here so much, I mostly stick with the arcade, I've read a lot of these comments and I think a lot of these people are entitled or just have it in for this place but again I'm biased cause I'm a regular. This is where i usually go for a date or like to watch games or even just catch up with some old friends. Every visit is just like the last I'm treated very nicely with smiles from everyone. The food is nothing crazy it does the job and depending on the day or who's cooking it could be really good, now the drinks are very good, though they don't put a lot of alcohol for good reason they are made well and not botched. I highly recommend getting a seat at the bar if you're drinking, you can pick your own seats and just sit down and not only are the TV's closer but you can also order there too. Not to mention you can also just open a tab take your drink and go, and come back whenever for refills just don't forget your card They have a pretty big selection on games and honestly love the crossy road, carnival fish game, this baseball one. Doesn't matter what you pick a lot of the games are we'll recognize or easy to pick up. Play the right games you might leave with a lot of ticket. Well I've raves enough about this place but if your looking for somewhere quit and slow pace to go don't come here. I like this D&Bs more than the other locations I've been to. They have more games/rides, and change out the games a good amount, while keeping the classics that are staples (for me at least). It's also larger than other locations, which I love. Even on a weekend night you aren't run over by kids or waiting in lines to play games. The service is quick and the drinks are delicious and they give a really fair pour for a chain restaurant. Everything's fairly priced, I believe they have weekday specials but can't remember exactly- I usually don't eat here, just play and get drinks, which is what is awesome about this place. An adult arcade, it's a fun experience on a boring day. Token cost is fair, as long as you pay attention to how much each game costs, and what you are there for (if you want to get a lot of tickets for rewards, or if you are looking to do more of the "rides" like racing games and interactive shooter games, etc). Some of the games are really fun, and challenging, but not so much so that you can't win any tickets. My Boyfriend and I like to try to get lots of tickets, more of a competitive thing than for the rewards (we usually give away most tickets to a family to spend) and we can rack up a ton with $40 worth of tokens to play with. The reward selection is okay, it seemed like the amount of tokens needed went up from last time we went- needing 600 tickets for a fidget toy seems like a lot! But we have been able to get some pretty good prizes like a Bluetooth speaker and wireless headphone combo, and the huge stuffed animals are cute to get on a date or whatever. They have a good variety of stuff for different age groups too, I added a picture of some of the "decor" type stuff that an older person might like to put on their desk or something. I got a light string with clips to put pictures on and a little phone holder to view your phone horizontally that I put on my desk last time I went. My friend got a Long Island- one of my favs from here, my other friend got a strawberry daiquiri that was amazing, and I got some other frozen strawberry drink that was delicious, too. We had a great time laughing and being goofy- we were glad we went here for an afternoon rather than going to sit at any old bar. I'll be back, but again, only to play and enjoy a few drinks- I'll pass on the food. It is what it is, would like to see some better appetizers/sharing plates that are go-to's. Even some really good wings or loaded nachos to put in your stomach before driving home would be appreciated, but it feels like they know people aren't there for the food and therefore don't put much thought or care into what they offer and how it tastes. I'm sure kids eat the food just fine, but I bet lots of parents would appreciate some choices with more flavor/better suited to an adult's palate. I must say that it wasn't bad for a day at Dave & Buster's with the kids. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone had a good time and we will be back. Our 3 kids were really hungry because we came during lunch time but although we had to wait a while before seeing the waiter each time besides at the beginning, the food was great and delicious and our waitress was very nice. We get it though it was busy and I'm glad they are since times during covid can be hard for businesses. After our lunch we went to play games. We spent $40 for our chips and $3 for a card. All the kids had a good amount of time and fun with just that. We got 1602 tickets that we cashed out for prizes at the end. What I really liked about them is even though you don't have enough tickets for certain prizes you can still cash in 1$ for 100 tickets that way your child can go home with what they want. Their prize listings are also great because it caters to all ages, gender and they have a lot of selections. I would highly recommend taking the kids here for your money's worth. We've been to a few places similar to this and this is I would say worth the price for how long the kids can play and eat. read more

Why do we keep going back to Dave & Busters? It's such a bad deal! This location is bigger than the Braintree one but not as large as the one at Providence Place. Half of this place is the restaurant and I'll admit they do have decent food... We came here just for quesadillas and dessert. The ice cream cookie tower was way too much sweetness to eat solo. If you order be prepared for reinforcements! As for the games the real reason why people come here. They sell tickets/vouchers that are stored on your card and $20 will keep you occupied for 30 minutes max. I shared a $50 card with my husband while we waited for the tardy friend to show up and we started burning through it quickly. One of the storm stopper machines was definitely broken since the jackpot was 520+. My husband tried in vain for awhile wasting the vouchers before moving onto one of the other storm stopper machines. The fighter game prominently displayed also has some glitch issues. The glitches was not a one time occurrence but rather prevalent in about 1/4 of the machines we tried. Very annoying. At the end of the night we had about 1,100 tickets. We redeemed for 2 boxed games of Fact or Crap and the Battle of the Sexes. They were in these awkwardly large cube boxes. Once you opened it you saw 2 packets of cards in shrink wrap. They would have been better off just putting them in the smaller boxes for cards.What are we going to do with these cubes now?! I checked online and they are worth about $9 each. We would have been better getting off vouchers for food if we had just waited to eat later! read more

She spilled some tarter sauce on floor but was back in a blink of an eye with napkins, more ketchup and the all important Sriracha sauce. Came here to watch the UFC fights with my friends. Dave and Busters promotes it on their site and I called ahead of time to make sure they were showing it and got the thumbs up. All in all, the service was ok. You could tell they are understaffed because the host was doing a little bit of everything along with the waitstaff and I even saw the manager out there cleaning off tables as well. They continually apologized for the wait but we continued to tell them that we were gonna be there for a while so it wasn't an issue at all. The waitress we had was very nice and given the amount of tables she was taking care of, checked back in with us often to see if we needed anything. The issue arose during the last fight on the card. During the main event(the fight most people pay to see) they shut the tvs off and tell us they are closed. I literally laughed because I thought it was a joke but sadly it wasn't. I've been to numerous bars to watch fight cards before. I've never had a place shut the tvs off before the event was over. Did they close the kitchen and bar? Sure, but would never turn off the tvs. I'm confused as to how you can promote showing a ppv fight, have many customers stay, give you their hard earned $, just to shut it off before it ends. Not fair to the many that showed up last night. Our table was pretty happy with our experience before then and we easily spent over 200 bucks while there. We left saying we will not return. I have been to multiple Dave and busters and this place defeats all my experience to top my worst experience at D&B. Games are good but then some of the machines charge you but then don't work. I had to tap multiple time to start a game and there was no one at the floor to assist. The resturant staff does not care about your experience. So we came to D&B after my son's graduation, we were party of 11 so understandably we knew we were going to wait to be seated. (I did call ahead and ask if I could make a reservation, in which I was told D&B does not take reservations) We were told our wait time was approximately 20 minutes. At the 20 minute mark we went to check and ask for an update in which we were told we had to wait another 15 minutes. (In total we waited 65 minutes) We proceeded to the bar. (That was a 15 minute wait to get a hello and drink). The bar was busy and only one person working behind the counter. But a hello I will be with you shortly certainly goes a long way. The Restaurant manager or Store Manager is a real piece of work. He came up to us while our wait to get a drink and told us in a real ass hole way that we were taking up a table (mind you the seating area was not full or busy) and that we need to go check in with the hostess. Never a hello or can I help you! Made it seem like we were bothering him. I informed him that we were only interested in getting a drink while we wait for a table. He rudely told us "Well bar is over there as you can see or not". (assuming that I was an idiot and blind) He must have felt important because of his slacks and and button down shirt. But unfortunately for him it was not hard to see through his big douche bag personality. Would not be surprised if he gets hit with a sexual harassment case in the future as he was very touchy-feely with this stuff. The whole thing reminded me of the movie shenanigans. An old pervert trying to get with young colleagues. As far as the gaming area there's a lot of cool and exciting game. The cleanliness is very disappointing. The carpet was in disarray and many of the cords to the machines are out making them a tripping hazard The food was okay at best. The restaurant provided pictures make the food look delicious. You will be deceived. Our server was really nice courteous and helpful. Since we ordered on their app it charged me twice, and guess who had to deal with it. The sorry ass manager. After being made aware of the situation he literally took 35 min to resolve the problem. (30 of those minutes was avoiding us or the situation ) I am using the word resolve loosely the manager said he would send it to corporate it will take about four days to be credited. Horrible horrible service. Went to this location in hopes of having a great time with family visiting from out of state. We sat at the bar and none of the bartenders acknowledged us or made eye contact when there were very few people there. My cousin had to get the servers attention and when we did she was not friendly whatsoever. She took our order, gave us our drinks, and as she stepped away we decided to take our shots. As we were in the middle of taking our shots she just blurts out rudely $68.45.. (our bill amount).. she didn't tell us before or after to pay but while we were taking our shots?? Not to mention she was standing there watching us, waiting for us to pay like that's so awkward.. not only that but when my cousin asked for the receipt she stated with an attitude that "we don't give receipts at the bar." I have never in my life heard of that and if someone is asking for a receipt for something they paid for why don't u just print it out without an attitude.. we were very kind to her and she was rude for no reason. Came in sat in the open seating for 25 mins as servers looked in my face and walked by. Asked one of the passer by servers is this a table where customers are served he said yep and walk off. Waited a little bit longer and then got up and walked to the restaurant where you were sat. We were immediately served given drinks power up cards and made to feel like a customer. Avoid the open seating area if you don't want to be treated like garbage. Update well after being served food the wait staff disappears. Never to be seen again.
