What a fun retail shop! Nestled in the middle of the business area on Vermont Avenue in Los Feliz you'll find this store full of fun novelties like screen printed t-shirts, trucker hats, coffee mugs with tv show icons on them, incense and so much more! The staff is friendly and down to earth. Brilliant Instagram too!

Quirky souvenir/gift shop with the nicest owner. All types of new and retro trinkets. The owner also has a craps table where he will let you roll for a discount. It's quite fun and makes the shopping experience all the more memorable. There are also many collectibles and you can tell each has its story.

This is such a cute store! Has a hipster vibe. I appreciate the quirkiness. Observed some cool graphic tees. Creative idea! to supplement the customer experience with a vintage "Carnival Popcorn Style Paper Bag" as my shopping bag. A positive experience. I will visit again.

Visited this place looking for the legendary Hafo Safo (The Sad Food Happy Foot clinic sign) that was once located in Silver Lake, yes my girlfriend and I found it. Besides housing the Happy Foot Sas Foot sign the store offers vinyl, candles, knick knacks and a variety of printed t-shirt. The young person who was working was super friendly and very helpful.

Is this place really open until 11 pm?

It was before the pandemic. Hopefully it will be that way again someday. Sometimes the owner stays open late on Saturday and Sunday nights.

I heard Y-Que is selling masks. Is this true and if so does anyone have details?

Yes, it looks like they are making masks. They appear to be taking orders on their website https://yque.com.

Shopping in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California…read more.. Somehow, I found free street parking on Hollywood Boulevard, almost right in front of Amoeba Music... It's an iconic place. I thought that I should look around inside... Wow... It has everything... jazz, top 40, soul, hip hop, ethnic music, CDs, vinyl, movies, used, new, merchandise, and more! I was truthfully overwhelmed. I will be back when I'm more focused and have more time! Note: Amoeba Music is also in San Francisco and Berkeley.

Kelly from Australia at the help desk is a GEM, kindly taking the time to educate me on the…read moresweetest vinyl buying lesson. I've barely begun to dip my toe into deep appreciation of physical music mediums, and accompanied my wife here on her birthday search for a few specific vinyls and CDs. My search was narrow, hoping for a Odesza vinyl. I found two vinyls from the A Moment Apart album I was in search for with one being a used copy in a deep sea foam color while the other was a clear vinyl. Because I knew nothing about vinyls, I went to the front desk where Kelly took the time to show me how; 1) properly remove vinyls from their sleeve, 2) the direction to clean vinyls using a microfiber cloth, 3) check downs to go through when inspecting a used vinyl, and 4) in why's behind inspecting vinyls the way she recommended. In taking the time to show me how to check 3 separate clearance vinyls, I felt even more stoked about my Odesza used vinyl find as it was fun colored vinyl not yet in our collection and in beautiful condition. Kelly - thank you for not being a gatekeeper. You rock!
