A New Favorite Mediterranean Spot--Worth the Trip from SF! We came down from San Francisco to visit San Diego and happened to discover Ya Halla Grill--and wow, what an incredible find! From the moment we walked in, the warm hospitality and amazing aromas made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely outstanding. My kids are usually picky eaters, but they devoured the shawarma and even said the burgers were some of the best they've ever had. The flavors were fresh, authentic, and perfectly seasoned. Every dish felt like it was made with care. We loved everything--from the friendly service to the generous portions and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Ya Halla Grill is the kind of place you stumble upon once and instantly add to your list of must-return restaurants. I can't say enough good things about this place. Just WOW. If you want authentic Jordanian cuisine, you don't need to look anywhere else. The customer service is out of this world- the most friendly owners who only want to share their love and culture with San Diego. You can't go wrong with any of the shawarma wraps and baclava dessert yuuummmmm They even provided us with a home cooked meal that wasn't on the menu, saying that their wife made it that morning The vibes are always right and everyone is happy and smiling.
