This was horrid in terms of noise - there's quiet hours here, but because of these faux windows, you could def. hear when people locked their cars or were rolling luggage to their cars at 5AM. A/C was window units. Kitchen was nicely stocked but lacked cooking oil, which is really strange because you had everything you needed EXCEPT that. Check in occurs at a different location (you'll get an email about it). Check out was extremely easy - simply text them to check out. Biggest cons: -No central A/C (window units are noisy) -Faux window shutters that don't block out noise

Please do not stay here, and think very carefully before booking anything managed by CoralTree…read more We have experienced one problem after another since the moment we checked in, from not receiving the access code or necessary arrival information, to issues with the cable, cleanliness, and the condition of the condo itself, which is outdated and does not reflect the price we are paying. The most serious issue, however, has been persistent noise and physical vibrations coming from equipment associated with the unit below us. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem which was confirmed by CoralTree was an issue. We continued to experience both the noise and physical vibrations through the floor of our living room. They selectivly do not respond when they are requested to handle the issue which is unacceptable. They have done the same with Booking.com. Unfortunately, the way CoralTree has handled the situation has been an absolute disgrace. We asked for a reasonable solution, either relocate us to another suitable unit or allow us to cancel the remainder of our stay with a refund so that we could find alternative accommodation. CoralTree refused to provide either solution, effectively leaving us with no option other than to remain in accommodation where we were experiencing an ongoing disturbance. We have been incredibly patient and have given CoralTree multiple opportunities to resolve the problems. Instead of feeling supported as paying guests, we have spent a significant part of our vacation dealing with complaints, maintenance visits, correspondence, and trying to get basic assistance from the company responsible for managing our stay. The level of service, quality, comfort, and hospitality we have received does not come close to reflecting the price we are paying. We also booked believing that Wailea Grand Champions would provide something closer to a resort experience. In reality, it is a condominium complex with a mix of vacation rentals and permanent residents, and there appear to be tensions surrounding the rental units. We have unfortunately also experienced problems with the HOA during our stay. As paying guests on vacation, we should not have to deal with whatever issues exist between vacation rentals, residents, property management, and the HOA. The only genuinely positive part of our experience has been the maintenance staff. CoralTree management, however, has completely failed us when we actually needed guest support. At this point, CoralTree feels like the Temu version of Airbnb, except at premium prices. What should have been a peaceful and beautiful vacation on Maui has instead been consumed by problems and by our attempts to get CoralTree to provide a reasonable solution. On a final note, I strongly encourage anyone considering booking with CoralTree to read the other negative reviews carefully. One particularly disturbing review describes a family whose trip had to be cancelled because of a natural disaster, yet, according to their review, CoralTree refused to issue them a refund. Reading that experience after seeing how CoralTree has handled our own situation was deeply concerning. When you are spending a significant amount of money on a vacation, you should be able to trust that the company you are booking with will show some level of responsibility, flexibility, and basic human compassion when something genuinely goes wrong. Please save your money, time, and energy. Based on our experience, I would never book another property managed by CoralTree, and I strongly recommend that others think very carefully before doing so.

This was our first trip to Maui, and honeymoon, and I had SO many questions. Brete was patient and such a great resource. You can really feel the aloha and pride they have for Maui. Not only was he helpful in our Airbnb chats, but he had one of the most thorough guidebooks at the condo. And a lovely touch, we had a handwritten welcome note and a few Maui treats to start our stay! Now on to the condo, G110 in the Ginger cluster (so cute) this is such a beautifully appointed home with the most wonderful patio (lanai) view! I am not a morning person, but I was up by 6:30 with my coffee on the lanai enjoying the sounds of the island waking up. The patio alone is reason to book this condo! All sorts of birds and of course, the famous Maui chickens, walk the lawn. One morning I saw a cute little mongoose of some sort! That was definitely not on my bingo card, but a magical moment. Also, the property is immaculate in its care...beautiful landscaping and I loved the Christmas decor. We had our own parking spot super close to the unit too. There is something so special about traveling to an island during Christmas time...we ended each night cuddled on the comfy couch watching holiday shows. Speaking of comfy, even though I don't prefer a soft bed, I slept like a baby in the master bedroom. I really appreciated having 2 bathrooms, to get ready faster for our adventures! There's even a 2nd lanai right off the bedroom, beautiful light in the mornings. Brete is thoughtful to offer beach chairs and fun equipment for the beach, saving us more money for Mai Tais! I love to cook at home, but I took the honeymoon off...I did look into the kitchen, and not only do they have a lovely new stove, but they also had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to whip up meals. We only used the stove to reheat leftover kalua pork & pineapple pizza from South Shore Tiki Lounge. Please don't judge, it's fantastic with jalapenos! We ADORED our stay in Kihei, it's such a great middle point between Lahaina and Wailea. So many wonderful beaches close by, Kamaole 1, 2, and 3, as well as Keawakapu. Parking was a breeze at all of these beaches and if you love snorkeling, you must add Ahihi-Kinau Natural Area Reserve to your list, 25 minutes south! My list of faves from our time in Kihei: Water: We rented paddle boards from Aunty Snorkel, great service and integrity. Ask for Mark or Jake! They checked conditions before completing our transaction, there's no refunds for weather or wind conditions. Ultimate Whale Watch & Snorkel-the highlight of our trip, based in Lahaina. Try and reserve a tour with Captain Jill and Casey. I am an avid snorkeler and have been on countless excursions. These two ladies were so knowledgeable, and you could feel their "malama kai" care for the ocean. Two snorkel stops & we were fortunate to see whales, even though it was super early in the season November 28th!!! Breaching, blow spouts and three whale tails, great show. I can only imagine how it is in the swing of the whale season. Food: Nalu's South Shore Grill had the best island pancakes, and my hubs raved about their fried mahi fish and chips (the chips were tempura green beans, yum) Three's Bar & Grill had the best Happy Hour, top-shelf Mai Tais for $9 and an extensive HH food selection. Ask for Paul's section or sit at the bar with Chris...yes we went twice! FYI, there is a Maui HH app you can download and search by city! Ululani's Shave Ice-get the Roselani's ice cream in the middle and the milk topper, you won't regret it! South Shore Tiki Lounge is in the perfect spot, right next to Kihei food truck's (must get the chicken katsu curry at Happy Belly) and shopping at Kihei Kalama Village. My tip, sit in Janey's section & have a few HH drinks and listen to live music here! Great way to unwind after a day of water activities. Kahale's Bar- I love a dive bar and Kahale's fit the bill! Local live music by Kenny K. Roberts and bartenders Dylan, Jeff, and "Stiffy" were an entertaining cast of characters! This condo is also really close to a Foodland (a Maui supermarket institution that is not to be missed!) The salt & vinegar chicken wings are to die for, and they have a fantastic deli, lots of great poke & local treats. Finally, we cannot recommend more, the talented artist Kiko Yamada, Ninjasketch! I had been following her for over a year, we had our honeymoon caricature done at Kalama Village. It was such a pleasure to meet her and hear her story. Prime location, dated units…read more The location of the Hale Kamaole condos is great- you have ocean views and just across the main road is beach access and a community gathering place to enjoy sunset. The condos themselves are dated, but with most of my time being spent outdoors, this was not really a deterrent for me. The amenities include propane and briquette grills, tennis court/pickle ball courts, two pools and fresh water showers at the main entrances to rinse away any sand. Overall, I would recommend!

The grounds are carefully tended to, the rooms are pretty much spotless. Everything looks very clean and new. Great large bathroom and large shower that does'nt need a door. Unlimited hot water. The king bed is firm but comfortable. The outside kitchen area is perfect, you may share a refrigerator with others but the empty wine cooler serves as another refer. Price is pretty good when comparing to other B&B's in the area. The manager is awesome, he can even help you get a table at Momma's Fish House. Now that is service. Plenty of beach gear is available for guests also. They will do a lot to make sure your visit was a good one. I'll be back for sure.

Some of interiors of the condos are beautiful and some are not They have been improving the exterior almost constantly since we've been owners. Our room was nicely furnished with Hawaiian themed furniture and a palm Fran Fan that I thought was quite neat. The room 108a was clean and had adequate towels and a small kitchenette. It had no view. But it was relatively quiet and we were able to sleep well. The hotel has a parking structure, which is near the rooms getting can be challenging at prime time not to mention the speed bumps which are incredibly large) drive super slow over them your core suspension will thank you. Parking was included in the fee for the hotel. The few staff The location is good because it's near the beaches where there's good snorkeling. It is not a five star resort and the people who go to the this hotel and condo complex are not 5 star resort types. If you're looking for white Lotus, I would check another place. Overall, I'm not sure I would book this place again. It is a worthy consideration, depending on your needs. Once again, don't forget those pesky speed bumps.

Maui Banyan H-210...The property was infested with roaches. This is our third trip to Maui, and we understand that island living means there will be some pests. A few roaches here and there was expected. The other places we stayed at we have never encountered roaches. At Maui Banyan H-210, we were having to kill on average at least 10 roaches a day. This even after we went to the store and purchase bug spray. The front desk apparently did not have any nor did they offer a solution. We only used the oven once because when we turned it on at least 40 roaches came out. This after we had already sprayed the area the night before. This is not acceptable. According to their handbook the property is treated for pests regularly. This is not the case because we encountered more than what we should of for a place that was treated. The roaches were not only in the kitchen they were in the front bathroom, dining area, living area and even the primary bedroom. This particular property H-210 has not been maintained. The tile flooring was dirty. It looks liked it had not been mopped for a good while. The carpet was ridiculously stained and had not been vacuumed in a while. The sliding doors to the patio were not maintained and we struggled to opened them. The dining chairs were very stained and dirty. Shower floors and tub were both extremely dirty. Ceiling fan blades were coated with dirt/dust, apparently not maintained either. Furniture, curtains, windows, everything was super old, dirty, and worn. We should not have to make a trip to Walmart to buy bug spray and Lysol spray and Clorox wipes. Additionally, we needed to purchase a pillow because none was provided for the sofa bed. The safe did not work. We were on vacation and for the price we paid we should not have to be doing the housekeeping and maintenance of the unit. Everything was super old and dirty. The pictures posted on the internet for H-210 did not reflect the reality of the place.

We had designated parking and there was a designated pool that we could use if we wanted to and lots of space to walk around on the grass. Couldn't really ask for more and would probably stay here again. The next time we go to Maui. Our unit did have a messed up dryer so we couldn't dry our clothes using it and had to hang them all and also quite a bit of ants but nothing too concerning overall.

There was no place to hang clothing. When we did notify Vacasa, they said they would give me back the $270 cleaning fee I paid. Vacasa misrepresents the properties, and in my opinion, this was a health risk and consumer fraud case. I will report and provide photos. Bedroom closets were stuffed with miscellaneous items, vacuum, boxes, no room to hang clothing.​

Best of all, the beach is literally about 10 steps away, making it easy to relax and watch the honu (sea turtles) during sunset, such a special experience. The unit came well equipped with a king-size bed, a full kitchen, microwave, a fridge, and all the basics you'd need for a comfortable stay. We were also given two keys, which made it convenient to access the pool and hot tub. Our lanai had an amazing ocean view and became our favorite spot to enjoy meals and unwind. I've honestly never stayed anywhere that felt so peaceful and relaxing. While the property may look a bit dated, that's part of its Maui charm. We booked the room through Airbnb, but it's also available directly through My Perfect Stays. My only wish is that checkout were a bit later, 11am instead of 10am, since we had a red-eye flight home and a lot of time to fill on our last day. Still, an amazing stay overall that I'd happily return to.

I booked a beautifully appointed studio at the resort at an amazing off-season rate and was extremely happy with my accommodations. Modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and equipment; large bathroom with separate toilet/shower room, iron/ironing board, blow dryer AND a closet filled with pool/beach accoutrements. The bedroom/living area was outfitted with a comfy queen-sized bed, couch, desk and chair, lounge chair and 43 inch tv. The best part of it all was the spacious balcony which overlooked the Pacific and gave birdseye views of neighboring islands. Noelani Resorts also offers two beautiful pools---one heated, the other not, and a jacuzzi. It also has several grills and a bar area complete with ice machines and the ability to set up an impromptu cookout/luau/party at any hour. What's more, the resort is conveniently located near popular restaurants, shopping, beaches and tourist attractions. But the best part, however, was a secret path leading to an area where green sea turtles come to chill at night. Lets give a round of applause to Mother Nature for this unexpected treat. Some vacays call for expensive hotel rooms with all the amenities and outlets one who saved up for it in advance, can handle. Last-minute vacays on a budget, like mine, call for an amazing place like Noelani Resorts.
