It's a little hard to find as it is not on the main drag and the signage is lacking. Make sure you bring cash as they do not take credit/debit card. I think if they did, they would do a better business as their prices are moderate. They are a little more expensive than the places that take it out of the freezer and drop it in the fryer. Another reviewer noted poor customer service. I have been there about a half a dozen times, and they have provided me, and the other customers I observed, with fantastic, friendly, customer service.
