Fully intended to eat somewhere else for Mother's Day but the wait was too long so we came across this place. There was no wait but plenty of people dining. Our party of 5 was seated almost right away. If you've ever been to Baekjeong, it's pretty similar. They have sets you can choose from and the quality of the meats are really premium. Someone comes and grills all of your meat for you as well. I really liked the banchan selection too. I would consider it a little on the pricier side but the quality is worth it. I'm glad we came here and I will definitely be back!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while because I absolutely love Yangmani! The quality of the meat is outstanding--always juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Our go-to is the garlic galbi, which is an absolute must-try. I've been to many Korean BBQ spots, but this one easily stands out as my favorite. The atmosphere is always lively and fun, especially when I come here with my sister--it's become one of our favorite spots to enjoy a great meal together. The service truly takes the experience to the next level. Eunice was our cook, and she was incredible--everything was prepared perfectly, and she was so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our visit. We also had the pleasure of meeting Sohee and John, who were both so welcoming and friendly. It's rare to find a place that excels in both food and service like this. Five stars for the amazing food--and honestly, I'd give another five just for the exceptional service. We'll definitely keep coming back!

If you're a high-quality meat lover, you need to check out Yangmani. Not all-you-can-eat--this is premium Korean BBQ. As soon as you walk in, you'll see a fridge showcasing their dry-aged meats. Started with some thoughtful banchan (even includes quail egg ), and we added steamed egg. We also loved the sauces--especially the matcha salt, We had the 14-day dry-aged ribeye and the wagyu boneless short rib. Both were top-tier quality. Everything is grilled for you--perfectly done. Also loved their signature mushrooms If you're into marinated meat, definitely go for the boneless short rib. Heard about Yangmani through a YouTuber and was feeling splurge-y, so found ourselves here on a Friday evening at about 5:30 pm. Located in the Diamond Plaza, which has a lot of other shops and restaurants, it can be a while to find a parking spot but that's the good thing about eating dinner early. Upon stepping into the restaurant, there was a dry aging fridge on the right showing the various aged stages of their ribeye. Legit! Only two tables or so were occupied at this time. We were to asked to wait while they set up our table. When we were then seated, we found a number of sauces and a variety of banchans laid out for us, ready to enjoy. So remember we felt splurge-ey? And yes, yes we did. We ordered the Chef's Cut Combo ($148), which came with 5 different cuts of beef, including the dry aged ribeye and the mega galbi. The combo also I bodied corn cheese and steamed eye - yum! Service is on point and everything is cooked at the table for you. All you have to do is eat and enjoy. The banchan that was particularly unexpected and delicious was the cilantro salad (sorry cilantro haters!). Overall, absolutely delicious and premium quality. The quality comes with the price tag - after tax and tip, the meal was almost $200 for two people. Pricey but something worth splurging for every now and then. Life is short, enjoy and eat up!

Our server Arki is the best of the best; he cooks the meat perfect and always attentive; could not ask for a better server. This place is a certified banger. I got the Chang Combo, which serves organ meats (intestine, stomach), and it blew my expectations out of the water. If a person doesn't eat organ meat and I had to select a spot to have them try it, it'd be here. On top of that, there's a bonkers of an amount of ban chan sides. Finish the meal off with scorched rice soup. What a way to finish. Servers will cook and cut for you so you only have to worry about eating. This place replaced the skewer spot I liked, but I'll welcome this replacement with open arms. Doesn't look too different from the prior skewer set up. Same slightly warm lighting and wood accents on grey brick. Cool vibes. Can't wait to come back.

Recently, I've been on a mission to find the top Korean BBQ spots in Los Angeles, and I kept seeing Yangmani all over TikTok being hyped as one of the best. So I decided to give it a try. To avoid traffic, I waited until things died down and got there around 9 PM on a Saturday. In hindsight, that might've been a mistake. They close at 11, so I figured it would be fine.. but it didn't turn out that way. The staff were friendly and seated us right away, but it definitely felt like they were rushing to close. I ordered the chef's cut combo, which comes with corn cheese, steamed egg, got the spicy cold noodles, soft tofu soup, lettuce wraps, and rice. Right off the bat, I was disappointed to hear they were out of rice paper, which I personally love wrapping meat with. It also felt like service started slipping very quickly.. our server forgot our rice and lettuce wraps. By the time I asked again, the kitchen had already closed. She did manage to get us one bowl of rice, but it still wasn't ideal. As for the food, the meat itself was decent, but it honestly felt like we got whatever was left in the kitchen. The quality and portions weren't what I expected, especially given the hype. The steamed egg was another letdown.. omg it was dry, whereas I'm used to it being soft and fluffy. The banchan selection was pretty mid as well. On top of that, we felt rushed the entire time. Staff were already cleaning nearby tables, and the smell of cleaning spray while eating was pretty unpleasant. Overall, this place felt overhyped to me. Nothing really stood out, and I don't see myself coming back. My boyfriend even said he felt like it wasn't worth the money, which was disappointing. Maybe the experience would've been better if we came earlier.. but honestly, I'm not convinced it would make a huge difference.

I came here after hearing pretty good reviews and Recs from friends. When we walked in the area was clean and the host was friendly. Parking was easy to find on a weekday night. We ended up getting the variety combo for 2 of us. The sides were okay but the one that stood out the most was probably the Mac salad. Everything else wasn't super memorable. The combo also came with steamed egg and cheese corn. The cheese corn wasn't that sweet and lacked flavor. The lack of flavor was continuous with the sauces for the meats too. The first meat we tried was the brisket and honestly I felt like it just tasted like any meat you would get at an AYCE restaurant. The standout of the combo was probably the bulgogi since it was marinated and had some sort of flavor. I think the meats would all be better if the dipping sauce wasn't so bland. It was nice that the server cooked for us, so service was pretty good. I was just not wowed by the meats considering it was $110 for both of us for that combo. With that amount I feel like ayce waygu would've been more worth it.

As a party of 4, we ordered 2 of the combos and it was enough to leave us stuffed. The quality of the meat is good and the servers cook it to perfection. We also ordered two bottles of sake that paired perfectly with the meal. I would likely come here for a more special occasion and it's more expensive than other kbbq spots but it's definitely worth trying once!

This combo also comes with corn cheese and steamed egg. Server cooks all the food for you to perfection, and they give out a small slushie at the end for dessert. This restaurant, is good and there is plenty of food in the beef combo that we ordered. In fact, it was more food then we can finish... Overall, the meat is good, the value is a bit on the pricier side, and the green slushy I would appreciate more if it was frozen yogurt ._. Delicious food and reasonable prices for the amount of food you get for the lunch special. There's lots of side dishes as well, and they provided kid utensils and plates, which was a huge plus! The food is so good! Everything came out quickly. They had a lot of different banchan options. The wait staff was also very attentive and helped you with cooking the meats. The vents are strong so the smoke doesn't sting your eyes. Parking isn't great, especially on the weekends. Highly recommend! Would come back! read more

I've had this place three times for dinner with a few different groups of people. Each dinner was nice and pretty chill. Service was good and the food was tasty. I don't eat pork but still, some friends do and they said the pork dishes were pretty good. I did eat mostly the beef items and also the banchan is delicious. I do believe that it is a little bit on the pricy side for most people but overall the meat tasted nice and it was a good place to have dinner and say our farewells to people leaving out of the country. read more

Second time visiting, as always the service was amazing. They all take turns taking care of our table and always ask if we need anything more. We ordered the premium chef combo and the intestine combo, along with the cold noodles. Everything was good, but the short rib today tasted a bit off, like that non fresh meat taste. Everyone at the table agreed it didn't taste the same as the first time we visited. The intestine combo was good as usual. Another thing to note, the bulgogi is very salty and peppery, an overload of pepper so beware if you don't like pepper. Id come back still, hopefully the short rib quality was a one time instance since it was really good the first visit. read more

Great premium KBBQ option to rival Baekjeong and others. It's not AYCE, so the meats are better. Smaller restaurant also so feels better, though it gets a little loud due to no sound absorption. The smoke chimneys actually work here though, unlike most KBBQ places. Service definitely above average. A little pricey, but will definitely be back! read more

Located inside Diamond Plaza, I've passed by this place a million times and finally got to try it! I got their chef's cut combo special ($137.95), which is good for maybe 3 people. The combo includes the following meat selections: Dry Aged Ribeye 5 oz. Prime Ribeye Cap 4 oz. Thick Cut Tender Beef Tongue 1 pc Mega Galbi 1 pc Yuksu Bulgogi Meat quality is really good, much better than those AYCE Kbbq restaurants. Delicious and I would say it's pretty reasonably priced for such good meat and such a variety of banchan. We came here on a Monday and did not have to wait at all. Service was great and best of all they cook your meats for you! I'll definitely come back! Edit: They don't allow you to take the rest of the banchan you have left home. Very upsetting since this is such a huge waste of food. read more

Had an amazing experience at Yangmani in Rowland. The marinated short rib was insanely tender, the pork belly had the perfect crisp, and the side dishes were flavorful without being overwhelming. Great kbbq place, high quality meat and great service, the portion however is a little small, for an average guy like me, you probably need to spend around $100 (including tips and tax) per person to be reasonably full. A lot of parking in plaza and other things to do after dinner. It is a great place to hangout with friends if they are willing to spend the money. read more

This is my new favourite (non-AYCE) KBBQ in the area! I'm so glad they opened up a location further out of the city. We ordered the Variety Combo (short rib, brisket, intestine, pork) and the Mul Nengmyun (buckwheat noodle in cold broth). Everything was outstanding! Every cut of meat was equally delicious. Our server also did a great job of cooking everything up for us. There was also a great variety of banchan here - definitely an above average selection, and it was also all super great. To finish off the meal, we also received a small cup of green apple slushee each. I'm counting down the days until I can come back here! A ton of things on the menu looked great that I'd love to try, though I think you can't go wrong ordering a combo on your first visit. read more

Came with a big party Sunday morning and they were surprisingly not too busy. Parking lot is a hassle just a heads up! This is a kbbq spot where you order combos or a la carte and they cook for you. Everything from the host, cooks, and servers were really helpful. Their banchan was amazing, some of the best I've had. And the meat was tasty and delicious. Authentic Korean BBQ. My Korean friend took me to this restaurant. The meat and cold dishes were all delicious, and my favourite was the squid dolsot! The food is to die for. I haven't found any place making daechang (large intestines) around here. This is my go-to place for KBBQ now. We typically order combos and some random sides. Today is a simple variety combo day with pork jowl and large intestines Music and ambiance is family friendly while being a hip place in the evening. We waited nearly 2 hours for our table, but time went by quickly because my boyfriend and I played free video games the entire time! Unfortunately, we were not aware that we would have limited time to eat. Instead of 1 1/2 hours, we only had 45 minutes because last call was 9:30. We did feel rushed and were told by someone we would be given extra time, but we were not. Our waiter said the person who seated us was wrong. We still paid full price, which really didn't sit well with me since we weren't able to take our time to choose what we wanted to eat. Instead, we had to rush to order and got full quickly. Why didn't the hostess let us know when we arrived? For $85 a person, I would have gone somewhere else and come back another time to enjoy myself, not feel rushed and made to feel like I was eating desserts and side items that had been out all day. We didn't get to try the Wagyu burgers since there weren't any. Just empty trays. Four or five pieces of dessert to choose from. Not four or five types, just five left. I guess if you go later, they do not put any additional food out. Pretty disappointing, especially with the high cost. Our server, Kenzie, was very friendly and definitely made our night better. The restaurant has a very cool vibe and plays music loud, but not to where it's annoying. I recommend it; just go early.

This place markets itself as Chinese "self-serve hot pot", also known as Mala Tang. The food…read more served here IS NOT that. The "Signature Mala Broth", which is supposed to be the classic Mala tang broth served in real Chinese restaurants, tastes absolutely nothing like it's supposed to. Mala means numbing (Ma) spicy (La). The numbing is caused by the inclusion of Sichuan Peppercorn, and the spicy is a result of chilli peppers. Unfortunately this soup is neither numbing nor spicy, and it's also missing many of the signature other traditional flavors that are supposed to make up the broth, such as star anise. Ultimately, it tastes like little more than tomato broth with chilli flakes thrown in. On the subject of spice, these types of Chinese restaurants traditionally offer four spice levels: mild, medium, spicy, and extremely spicy, which Big Way refers to as "Big Way Spicy", which is what I ordered. This level of spicy is supposed to be so uncomfortable that you can't eat more than a bite every few minutes. Again, this is not that. It's so mild you couldn't convince me it was even meant to be spicy. I've eaten here three times now, once at grand opening, and twice since, so I've given multiple opportunities to improve. If you think Panda Express when you think Chinese food, maybe you'll like this place. If you expect real Chinese flavors there are many better local options. Food: one star. It only gets a second star because it's clean, service is average, ambience is like a cafeteria.

It's quite rare to find a Korean BBQ spot that serves intestines in this area, but Yangmani does it exceptionally well. This combo allows you to indulge in both traditional Korean BBQ and the delightful flavors of grilled intestines. And let me tell you, the intestines are expertly prepared, clean, crispy, and juicy, with a rich aroma that will leave you wanting more. Furthermore, their Banchan, the Korean side dishes, are outstanding too! But what truly stands out is the complimentary small dish of stewed beef they serve. It's a beautiful blend of marbling and exceptional taste, deserving a big thumbs up! We told the waiter that and never apologizwd and stared at us like he expected us to be ok with that but we asked if we could take it to go which they said we couldnt, we then asked for the some compensation for their mistake and lack of any care to fix it, which the manager rudely replied with" are you serious? Its eggs and corn how much do you think its worth?" Which is crazy knowing they charger $6.00 for each side that is apparently worthless! All this on a 300 dollar bill and couldnt do anything but be rude not even a decent apology just free soda next time. Also all the meats were so chewy. I was thoroughly impressed with my KBBQ experience at Yangmani. The quality of the meat was exceptional, I got their chef's cut combo special ($137.95), which is good for 3 people. The combo includes Dry Aged Ribeye, Prime Ribeye Cap, Thick Cut Tender Beef Tongue, Mega Galbi, and Yuksu Bulgogi as meat selections. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff cooking the meat for you. The side dishes were outstanding. Overall, everything from the meat to the service and side dishes was immaculate, much better than those all you can eat Kbbq restaurants. The quality of the meat here is seriously amazing I highly recommend ordering the beef combo platter! The beef short ribs and Ribeye were both incredibly delicious -- juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The beef tongue is also a must-order, sliced to the perfect thickness with a great texture after grilling The steamed egg and cheesy corn that come with the combo were surprisingly good too, definitely not just side dishes What made the experience even better was that the staff grilled everything for us the whole time, so we could just relax and enjoy the meal. The quality of the meat was the only good thing about this place The service was soooooo bad The servers were almost mad that you would ask them a question , my family and I have only ever been to an all you can eat Korean bbq places so we didn't know what to expect The only nice person there was the Hispanic worker SOFIA was extremely rude! We paid 120 before tip for super small portions So if you want to go home hungry This is the perfect place.
