Pad See Ew is not a spicy dish, but you could still customize it to make it so, if you wish. After I paid, I walked around the shopping center to see what else was available. I received a text when my food was ready, and it was pretty quick. When I got back to work, I was pleasantly surprised to find a little deep-fried egg roll. That was a nice treat. The noodles had very little color, were bland, and didn't have the traditional gai lan. There were a couple of pieces of broccoli and a few strips of carrot, but that's it. I was disappointed. I don't know if I visited on an off day, but my first experience with Barn Thai does not leave me feeling like I need to rush back to try anything else.
