Authentic location in Sunnyvale for great Mexican food. I ordered two tacos asada, one al pastor, and one lengua (not pictured). Comes with pickled radish, carrots, and lemon wedges. So delicious, the portions here are incredibly filling so order with caution if your eyes tend to be bigger than your stomach like mine. Parking can be somewhat limited in this plaza but I generally have no issue finding a spot. I know that some people park at adjacent lots like the In-n-Out or 10 Butchers lots and walk over from the street across. The interior can be a bit loud and they play live music sometimes. I had a very good experience.

    Super Burrito with Carnitas

Had the Super Burrito with Carnitas and a churro. This was my go to burrito restaurant years ago when I used to work nearby. The carnitas had changed. Used to be full flavor porky goodness. The one In recently had was just ok. Carnitas was still tender but less seasoned than it used to be. Also less meat. Burrito came with everything and price was still reasonable. Churro was good with perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar coating.

The sides of the fajitas. Guac, beans, salad, and sour cream.

Came here on someone's recommendation! It has a huge variety of things. The service was great. Very chill vibe. Plenty of keto options.

So I was in the area at Molly Tea. Just looking for something to eat before our drive. My buddy suggested let's just try this random spot around the corner. It happened to be Garcia's Taqueria. A hole in the wall unassuming spot. Upon entering we walk up to the counter and look up at the menu above. I got the taco plate of a carne asada taco, rice, and beans. They were very helpful and friendly. They also give you free chips and salsa to eat before your entree comes out. The chips and salsa of course were addicting. The plate comes out and the taco comes with a handmade corn tortilla. The asada sliced up well. A great taco. the rice was cooked nicely as well. Very fluffy. But the star of the show is the beans. So nicely whipped. It had so much flavor and melted in your mouth texture. Really glad we randomly chose this spot.

I came to this place like 8 years ago but couldn't remember why I didn't like it. This time I came because this was the closest places from Maple Tree Hotel. My burrito was so small. I almost ate the whole thing in about 5 bites. I wanted to measure just to see how wide it was . 2-1/2 inches ! Really!!!!! Never again!

Free chips and salsa -- spicy!

A Mexican's Mexican Restaurant -- authentic Mexican food, low cost, raw authentic ambiance. If you want to know what an authentic Mexican food experience, look no further than Garcia's Taqueria. Loud music, party ambiance, real culture. The food is pretty good, but more than anything go for the experience. This reminds me of growing up being in Mexico with family. If you've got a Spanish speaking friend, take them with you and order in Spanish :) This place gets packed on weekends. They had live music when I went!!

    Mexican food.

Cashier was not so friendly. We were standing in line ( only two of us ) and she continued to talk with another bystander. Never acknowledged us. Not coming back to this place unless their customer service improves.

Very uncoordinated service; the waitress prioritizes the people drinking at the bar, and the food was cold and involved a long wait.

Disgusting place that microwaves food in plastic containers. Plastic melt into food. This place should be investigated.

The good was quite tasty and the beans and rice were delicious with the enchiladas. The staff bedding the counter were nice, Rinaldo was friendly and helpful taking our order and then later, served us the food. The restaurant has a television, the FIFA World Cup games are going on right now. The restaurant is cozy and you can bring your family here to eat. The prices are fair, and the food fills the plate. As I'm waiting for them to call for pickup, I figured I might as well find something good to eat instead of just sitting in the car. That's how I ended up at Lopez Taqueria. The place is small but nice, and they had the World Cup games playing, which immediately made the vibe better. The tacos, rice, and beans definitely hit the spot. Sometimes you're just hungry and need something solid, and this delivered. The chips and salsa also slapped, which was a nice surprise because I wasn't expecting much beyond a quick meal. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. What stood out too was how clean the place was and how hospitable the staff were. Super friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of parking, which felt like a blessing after dealing with the Levi's Stadium madness. The place was alive because of the game too--it almost felt like a small watch party, which made the whole stop even more fun. Overall, I'd definitely make my way back here.

The place is small, but it seems like a place where people pick up to go more than stay and eat kind of place which is also a good indicator of good food. I decided to go with my safest bet of whenever I go to a Mexican restaurant a super quesadilla with carne asada. Then I don't know why but I also had the urge to have a fish taco, the best fish tacos I ever had were in Ensenada many many years ago. I like the place, the fish taco was surprising really big. I did not have expect their tacos to be that big. They stuff their taco with guac, pico de gallo, lettuce fried fish and melted queso. It was good I really enjoyed it with the squeeze of lemon and their green and red house made salsas or was quite delicious. You can't really mess up quesadilla it was also very good with its fillings inside the quesadilla, squeeze some lemon on that and combine both the green and red salsa you won't regret it.

I don't know how they do it. very delicious! if you even kind of like tamales order one of these off the appetizer menu it's a go-to. I got the chicken one and I put a little green salsa on it and it's heaven show. then I got the pachucho, one pavel and one steak. it's the second paville I've had on my trip here and what made this one. fantastic is the base of this is what pabile needs and they hit everything right with the case of fresco the onions. it could have used a few more onions, but every bite was like heaven.
