The restaurant was clean, and all the chicken was nicely coated and very crunchy. We ordered the Cheesling, Honey Garlic, Wings of Fire, and Galbi. The Honey Garlic and Cheesling were definitely my favorites! The Galbi was my least favorite, and the Wings of Fire wasn't really my taste, but both were still pretty good. The pasta was also delicious, although it was a little salty for me. That's not a big issue, I'll just request less salt next time. The pickled radish wasn't very crunchy, but it still tasted fine. Ordered 2 kinds of chicken wings. One with Secret Sauce and the other was Soy Garlic. We also ordered their fried rice, coleslaw and onion rings. From all of the items that we ordered, ONLY the fried rice and coleslaw are good. The chicken wings both are horrible. They tasted so fake, the sauces are heavy and tasted chemical. Came here around 7:30 pm with my girlfriend on a Thursday. Once we got here, there was a huge party, but, they already were leaving and wrapped things up so it wasn't that many people. This place is pretty small so there aren't a whole lot of seating available. You place your order either on the tablet, or sit down and there QR codes to order. You can get up and get chopsticks, napkins, etc. If you got drinks, you can grab them from the fridge. They bring the food to your table if you ordered for dine in. For food ~ Ddeok- Bokki: Super flavorful, the fish cakes and rice cakes are really good, the sauce is spicy so we were pretty spiced out. Sweet potato fries: Really good, not something outstanding but it was good to soak up the spiciness. Spicy Galbi Wings: Very good, the wings are well cooked and the sauce was also pretty spicy. Bb.q Chicken is my favorite place to get Korean fried chicken. I've been to multiple locations around California, but this was my first time at this location. We ordered online for pick up. It is located in the place near Apple Park. There is plenty of parking, but during busy hours, it may be difficult to grab an immediate parking since there are other restaurants around. I love their honey garlic boneless chicken. It's sweet, savory, and flavorful. I feel like the box of 8 is enough for two people which is nice! It came with a small container of pickled radish. I've tried the hot spicy wings, and it was pretty spicy. I would say if you could handle buldak ramen, it's probably manageable since it has a slight spicy kick to it. I ordered at the counter, and it took around 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The place itself is pretty casual with booths and tables. I love that they have a small trash can, and a tablet to order at the table. The only downside of coming here is having to deal with the parking lot, which can be crowded if you're here during major meal times. It's a plus for the business though, because I'm sure the 99 Ranch brings them business. I usually order online for pick up so have never dealt with ordering there and dining in. I like getting the lunch combos, it's always a great deal and turns into two meals. Me and my boyfriend went in to order and it was a typical Sunday night which meant a lot of customers were eating there too. We walk in and was greeted by the lovely Korean man in the front. He was sweet and told us the wait would be 18 minutes as it was pretty pack inside. Cheesling Buldalk (4.5/5): We have been to this location several times, but today we tried something new which was the cheesling with buldak sauce on it. It was surprisingly good, there was some part where you can eat just the cheesling alone. While most part was covered with it, and it almost like you're eating the actual buldak ramen. I've gotten almost all of their menu items (they don't have too many) such as: Golden Original Wings, Spicy Galbi Wings, Galbi, Gangnam Style, Wings of Fire, Spicy Original, Mala, etc. The flavors are all good but I would recommend not getting more than 2 spicy ones at once. They tend to seem as if they have the same taste...lol. The prices are okay but it does quickly add up if you want to try different flavors. The service is good and the restaurant itself is a bit small. So you might have to wait. In addition, they are located in a large strip mall they frequently runs out of parking. Best Korean fried chicken I've ever had! Even the leftovers were great, somehow the chicken was still crunchy. The first time I tried with the bone and it was so juicy and addicting. I have some allergies, so I couldn't try most of the flavors, but I was highly satisfied with the honey garlic. The second time I tried the boneless honey garlic, and I was amazed about how much I loved it. Usually I like my chicken with the bone. But this was so crunchy and flavorful and less messy to eat. I also enjoyed the carbonara ddeok-bokki. It was creamy and had big pieces of bacon in it. But it was more like Alfredo than traditional carbonara. And the cheesling fries are a MUST. Quite a bit of wait but worth it. The chicken was cooked to perfection with the crunch factor. Seasoned evenly. Rose pasta was very delicious, lots of sauce tho. Swimming in it. Maybe less sauce? The downside, it's $$$$. For two dishes it cost around $70 already. That's crazy inflation for chicken. I mean sure, it's a Korean chicken chain, but man... it's expensive. It is what it is tho. As far as ambience, very clean and quite small. They were playing goblin on one of the tvs and the rest were sports. I don't recall seeing any gloves to eat the chicken with. Tried this location for the first time and realized there are variations in offerings and portions depending on which restaurant you go to (Sunnyvale and Milpitas are slightly different, too). We typically get bone-in soy garlic and a variation for the second set of wings. I really like the flavor of the soy garlic at the Sunnyvale and Milpitas location, but thought this one was a little too salty. We tried the hot mala and it was a bit too spicy for me but husband liked it. The spice builds. For sides, we got a basket of fries and mozzarella sticks. The portion of the fries here are HUGE, bigger than the other locations. They were crispy, piping hot, and seasoned deliciously. The mozzarella sticks were satisfying, but I wish they offered marinara sauce as a dip. It came with a thousand island style dip. They also don't have draft beers at this location like the other two, but they have bottled beers. The cashier warned us that the amount of food we ordered might be too much but we didn't realize the portions were different. Definitely was a lot of food, but we enjoyed it as leftovers. They have a combination of booths and tables for seating with a casual ambiance. Overall it was a solid meal. I want to try their golden original and see if it's better than the other locations. Seriously the best location in the bay area and south bay. Each and every time we come here, the food and customer service is always so good. The fried chicken is always cooked to order and they are not stingy with the quantity. The customer is superb! I'm not sure if the man working the counter and also serving the food is the owner but he has great customer service. Always so welcoming and so polite. The restaurant is always clean and you dont have to ask for the disposable gloves, they are offered to you with your food.
