During my visit to Denver Colorado, one of the evening events for the conference I was attending to, was at the Yard House. The private event room inside the Yard House that was hosted in had a lot of people inside the room. There was pizza, chicken tenders and French fries that were offered, but instead of staying in the private room, several of my colleagues ended up going in the restaurant area and sitting at a table to order dinner instead. There were plenty of open tables on a Sunday evening around 8:00 P.M. We ended up eating at the Yard house from 8:00 P.M - 10:00 P.M. Inside the restaurant, there was a variety of TVs situated throughout the restaurant. There were several sports games playing at the time. The Yard House offers an extensive menu with a wide variety of options, including burgers, chicken, pizza, and pasta. Additionally, the menu offers a variety of appetizers, fresh salads, seafood, and even vegetarian and vegan dishes. With so many delicious options, it's easy to find the perfect meal! I ended up selecting the Philly Cheesesteak. For a drink, I decided to go with a soft-drink, Sprite. The team member came over and refilled my drink multiple times! The entrees arrived at our table around 30 minutes after placing the order! The Philly Cheesesteak was loaded with cheese! The steak was juicy and tender! The bread was fresh! I ended up saving the French Fries to bring back to the hotel room at the Hilton City Center. I would order the Philly Cheesesteak from the Yard House again! I normally order their truffle mac'n'cheese! The Yard House team member provided to-go containers for the food. The service was outstanding! The team member assisting our table, stopped by several times to check on us and ask if we needed anything! This is a great Yard House location in downtown Denver Colorado! read more

Been here a few times and the service is hit or miss. The food was good tho, got me the wings and they were great. Not on my top 10 but adequate for coming here after the GABF. Wait staff was okay this time around, however, I asked for a certain game and I was just completely ignored and never followed back up. Came here to watch a game and quickly just ate and left. Went to Yard House with my team for lunch and it was a hit! We got sat immediately and were really impressed with the variety of foods offered on their menu, from classic American to Asian- and Mexican-inspired dishes. I went with the steak bowl cooked to a perfect medium rare and heavily packed with sweet and umami flavors. The mix of veggies added extra color and texture which we love to see on our plates :) Even with a group of 7, the service was fast and on point. Perfect spot for team lunches or group outings. Yes, it's touristy. Yes, it a chain. But the Yard House can't be denied that it's a great spot for a bite and a beer when you don't want to spend your whole evening trying to find a place for food and fun. This location stands out for two reasons: 1) The service is fantastic. Way above what you would expect from a normal neighborhood sports bar. 2) They play great music. Visited the Denver Yard House on April 9, 2026 and honestly had one of the worst service experiences I've had in a long time. We waited 20-30 minutes just to get a server to the table to even take drink orders. I ordered the spicy beef garlic noodles, took one bite, immediately told the server I didn't like it, and did not eat it. I asked for it to be removed and was still charged anyway. We paid $140 cash on a ~$120 bill and left a tip regardless. To make it worse, we accidentally left a to-go order and came back within minutes, literally like 3-4 mins only to find the doors locked even though staff were still inside. The manager Greg Gibbs told my boyfriend the food was thrown away. When I go to the door The manager refused to open the door or have any real conversation about what happened and spoke to us in a dismissive, unprofessional way instead of trying to resolve anything. We were also told there was a "$0.13 shortage" despite us OVERPAYING in cash, which just added to how ridiculous the situation felt. Overall: slow service, poor communication, no accountability, and extremely unprofessional management. Definitely not what you expect from a well-known restaurant chain. read more

Came in for dinner with a friend. Service was good & staff was attentive. We ordered the crispy chicken wings, baked, but sauce on the side. Whiskey Black & Korean Chili Garlic. The wings were good but I didn't care for the sauces. I'm not even sure we received the whiskey black because all I tasted was mayo. I ordered the Korean Ribeye. It's always amusing to me when I order only the steak, no veggies, the plating is still the same as if they were there. The waitress was nice, food was just "ok", not the healthiest menu and it was a lot of fried food with little healthy options. This was a large typical sports bar, and I came here for a quick bite after a conference meeting. We had the Classic burger with cheese and the whiskey salmon entree. I want to give Yard House more stars, but there were so many things that were off, that it really diminished the overall experience. This location is attached to a large Sheraton Hotel, and also has dedicated entrance on the street. Whelp, wish we knew the entrance that we entered through had no host. We entered through the hotel and waited at the host stand for like 10 minutes. There was a line of people that formed behind us. After an unreasonably long wait, my husband went into the dining area and flagged a waiter down. Only there were we told there was another entrance and that's where we needed to check in. A simple sign at the host station could've let us know to go to the other side of the restaurant to check in. So once we finally were able to put our name on the list, we had about a 10 minute wait. This alone would not have diminished the overall experience. I get it there are many moving parts to restaurants. We were still really looking forward to eating here. Upon being seated, you are inundated with many television screens playing sports l, but the main draw are the classic music videos. Yes, this was a big reason why I wanted to come here. Sit back and chill to some good tunes. In that department they delivered. There were all kinds of great classic tunes to enjoy your meal to- think The Pretenders, The Cars, The Black Crowes, Journey, the list goes on...all the songs everyone seems to know, and it a happy place. For that, Yard Bird does a great job. The food and drinks were a mixed bag. We ordered sodas and they were pretty flat. I had an appetizer for my meal and got the Ahi Tuna Nachos. They were delicious! Now, I did have them modified, no Serrano peppers, and no cilantro. They still arrived with the Serrano peppers, but I just ate around them. The flavors were already on blast, so why would you need even more fuss? In any case, the nachos were great and the quality of the ahi tuna was good. I give this dish a full five stars. We had dessert and it was terrible. We ordered the bread pudding and everything was sub-par. It's served a La mode, and the ice cream is the worst. It doesn't taste creamy at all. It was like ice milk. The angleasise sauce didn't taste like much of anything. The bread pudding tasted like it was something that was microwaved. Not fresh. Basically, the dessert tasted like it was full of extenders and preservatives. It was very disappointing. Overall, Yard Bird is capable of great food, but the lack of consistency with said food is a let-down. The atmosphere is fun with the choice of music and the accompanying videos. Our waiter was nice and attentive, but the initial unnecessary wait at an abandoned check-in station felt like a huge annoyance that set the tone for things to come. read more

More beers on draught than you could imagine. If you cannot find a draught here that you like, then the only conclusion would be that you do not like beer at all. Everything you could think of, light lagers, ales, IPA, stout, wheat beer, ciders and more are available with a helpful menu split into types to aid in your decision making. Food is decent, and will certainly help soak up the alcohol as you try yet another beer you've never heard of. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and were more than willing for me to try a few small samples of some unusual beers to see what they tasted like. Yard House was the closest real food place to pride. We got there at ~5:30pm on Saturday. They asked us for a name and then told us it was 15 minutes wait. Most of the tables in this giant place were full, as well as the bar seats. I'm guessing they increased the staff for pride, but they were still slammed. About 15 minutes later we were seated. I was dehydrated but the staff got me a lot of water quickly for how busy it was. The venue itself is somewhat general but clean with lots of tables. It wasn't clear if they did beer flights or not but they did. Each is about 4 ounces and priced per beer. Most of our 4 were $2.90 each. I only had two and way after I ate and drank water. They were very clear about which beer was which but you should order it in the way you drink it (1st to last light to heavy) as they pour it in the order you order it. I was wrongly hesitant about the food walking in since they are a chain and busy. They have a ton of options, even a couple items under 750 calories. They let me upgrade from fries to a decent size Cesar salad. I got the Grilled Chicken with Avocado and it was great! One of the top grilled chickens I've had. My partner got the everything ahi crusted sandwich which was also very good. read more

How do you even choose what to eat? Let alone decide on a drink with all the choices? Lol! We decided late on the day of arrival to eat here and just missed the crowd. We walked in and were seated quickly. We ordered dinner, drinks and dessert. Both girls ordered tenders. One was a kids meal and the other off regular menu...but it was practically the same size. Go figure! My husband and decided to order a bunch of appetizers and were happy with what we ordered. Had a great night but to be honest, this partivuLr yard house is in a hotel, so unless you were there visiting or at a conference, I would not go here. I felt like I was in an underground city. This hotel has so many things going on in addition to so much going on, there were HUNDREDS of teenagers everywhere due to a conference. I was only there and meeting a friend who was in town actually at a conference lol, so we met here to make it easier on him. All in all, I'm not knocking this place. But you're in Denver and downtown, there are thousands of other options and going to what felt like a Disney world feeling conference hotel, is not where I would suggest going. read more

The Yard House is a staple safe bet on our layovers and I have been to a number of them across the country. Unfortunately this is one of the poorer ones in terms of food even though Heather was really great with her service. Fries - first batch came out cold and I had to send it back for a replacement. Calamari - I mean it's calamari and very hard to screw up but the pieces looked like a calamari that was in a famine. Other Yard House locations I have been to serve much larger pieces and portions. Molten lava cake - on Heather's recommendation I decided to give it a try. It was evident that it had been sitting on a counter because the ice cream was already melting and the cake was lukewarm and the inside was also lukewarm. More than likely not returning here and will recommend the same to my fellow pilots unless they just want to drink. read more

Was told to wait about 5 min from the hostess Sylvia, after waiting about 20 minutes we noticed another large party was sat before us. Normally I wouldn't have made it an issue, but we arrived before the party, & when I brought this up to Sylvia and the other host who was sitting parties with her Sylvia scoffed. When I asked them why were we still waiting she tried to deny that we were there before the other party. Completely unprofessional. We ended up leaving and taking our business to Earl's. Never had such an unpleasant experience at a Yardhouse before. Despite being very busy, the bartenders were quick and efficient. I didn't have to wait for anything. The music was a bit loud, but kept the place feeling lively. I had the sesame shrimp noodles and the bartender suggested he could make it spicier, since it's not very spicy to him. It came out a little too spicy, even though I eat a lot of spicy food. But it had good flavor, so I would try it again. The menu has such a variety of options across different types of cuisine. Made it hard to choose. I will say the tortilla soup is a little disappointing. It is creamy and not spicy. More like a chicken pot pie. The servers should probably give a heads up to anyone ordering it, that it's not the expected/typical tortilla soup (broth based) and more of a chowder almost. Very strong lemon flavor to it as well. The vampire tacos were not good at all. Most of the food I tried over my trip in Denver was just ok, and made me feel sick after. SO happy that Yard House is in the Sheraton in downtown Denver. It's often difficult for me for me to find vegan options when I'm traveling, so it's fantastic to have a conveniently located restaurant that has so many vegan options. I had a Beyond burger for lunch and an amazing Gardein orange chicken with rice for dinner. You can substitute Gardein for several of their regular entrees, like the beef bowl, or the chicken sandwich. They also have a huge drink menu, including a full page of local beers. read more

I have been to the Yard House over the years. Its one of my down town go to for the variety of their menu. It was a busy Monday lunch hour but despite the hour we were seated quickly. The server had a certain charm and joked with us as we reviewed the offerings. My friend and I settled on the same items for lunch. One that I have never had before. We each decided to do the trio of tacos and we got them done vampire style. The name makes no sense. It just means that the taco shell is crusted in cheese. Personally I didn't find that it made a difference and at the added cost wasn't really worth it. I wanted to try the different variety of tacos so I had one Carne Asada, one Baja Shrimp and one Korean Beef. The Carne Asada was my least favorite taco. It was a ribeye with roasted poblano and avocado. I found it bland and watery. The Baja Shrimp taco was delicious with the crust on the shrimp, cabbage and salsa roja. The Korean Beef taco was by far my favorite. It was spicy and tender with a sweet gochujang broccoli slaw. I would get this one again and again. The tacos came with Spanish rice and spicy pinto beans. The whole thing was very filling. What is lunch without a little sweet ending to the meal. My friend and I shared the decadent chocolate lava cake. It was rich and heavenly. With a little side of ice cream. I belong to their perks club and so the dessert was free for my birthday. They made it extra special with a candle and happy birthday written in cocoa. It was a bit hectic in the restaurant so everything took a bit longer than normal but we didn't mind. read more
