I haven't been here since dinner with the gals I used to work with before the girls were born. They had a salad I was able to eat. Their gluten free menu sure has come a long way since then! I took thr girls to play in the water. After I entertained them and my mom with lunch at the Yard House. I wish other places would take notes. This place was busy yet still clean! Menu options for gluten free were great. My mom wasn't sure about $15.99 for a lunch meal, but she wasn't paying. We all loved our meals and were very full afterwards which was such a treat. We are really tired of going out and spending $20 or more a person and still leaving hungry. Yard House totally nailed it. Mom had thr Turckey stack and OMGEE it was STACKED with turkey. She never ate dinner that night. Enjoyed my grilled chicken amd avocado. Thick, tender, warm, full of flavor and not tough. Just melt in your mouth wrapped in butter lettuce. The sandwiches came with fries or a salad. We chose salads. They use a mix of baby greens and butter lettuce. Every bite was fresh! The girls had French fries and grilled chicken. The fries came out perfect! Presentation was great, the food was great. Tomi our server was a joy. They have a kiosk at the table you can order at, see the menu, play games and pay. The service was absolutely trash. The bartenders who served me were extremely rude & were in a rush to get us out of the restaurant immediately. The bartender told me you have ten minutes to order, then as i was quickly rushed he came around 2 minutes later... "Did you decide already or what?" Excuse me?? I'm going to start off by saying I love Yard house. Never been disappointed at any location here or when I lived in Cali. They have a large selection of beer/ drinks and a great selection and variety of food. Their food is consistently great. The servers have been nice and it's a fairly large location as well right in the middle of westgate. If you haven't tried it, get their grilled cheese with tomato bisque. It's seriously one of the best items on their menu! The soup is so damn good and they don't skimp on the cheese in the grilled cheese, highly recommend adding avocado to the grilled cheese as well. The garlic shiitake noodles are a must try as well, straight addicting lol The poke nachos and the spicy tuna stack are really good. There are other items I know I have tried and love but those I mentioned have been the ones I constantly get over and over. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven't yet! read more

Oh man, this was different... Service: Our wait time was about 15 minutes because we requested to sit outside, but there was plenty of seating, so they must have just been short-staffed. Anyway, our waitress was very pleasant and sweet. She did a good job of keeping our cups full for the most part. Food: The food was good, I really miss the country fried chicken they used to have, but the Mac and cheese I had was good. The parmesan fries my husband got were really good, and so was the dessert I got. SO HERE IS THE KICKER. We were seated, and our order was taken relatively quickly. We waited for food FOREVER. So long that we talked about leaving! Someone finally noticed that we had been out there and came by. He assured us that our food was on its way. Not too long after that, we finally received our food, but we did wait, I would say, 45 minutes to an hour for food. The man did compensate us on our bill for the mistake (not sure what happened), and we did get to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather outdoors that night. We had no wait, tables were spaced out to be distanced from others. The heaters were on and tables were clean. We tried a couple drinks they were good. Been going to this spot over 10 years and glad to see it outlasted a lot of places at Westgate. We visited Friday for my birthday and shocked to see all the nice large tree's with light were gone but the inside still looked the same but kept up very well for being such a old location and shocked they had not redone it but it still was nice. We had a very large party and the server was on point she did not stress and kept making sure we had everything over and over but the food seemed to take a big dive since the "GOOD OLD DAYS"... The food look and tasted cheaper compared to what they had prior. The food almost tasted and looked like a fancy apple bee's. The appetizers look OKAY nothing fancy and seemed almost messy and did not taste 100. Ill go back if I need to grab a quick bite and a nice cold beer but that's it. read more

We arrived at Westgate Entertainment area extra about 430pm before our 730,pm concert at Gila River Arena. We put our name on the list (there were about 30 names ahead of us) and told about 35min wait & would text us when our table was ready There were diners ahead of us who were upset at the hostess for not being informed. They were attending the same concert & truthfully, they should have planned ahead & called the restaurant ahead like we did. When it was our turn to talk to the hostess, we thanked her for working on such a busy day. We.revd the text notification closer to 45min, but we enjoyed walking around the adjacent outlet to work up an appetite. Our server, Jessica, was delightful. We placed our appetizer dozen wings on the mini POS on the table. Jessica confirmed our order & took our drink order for us. We placed our main dishes on the same mini POS, but it gave us a notification to place the order with our server. When Jessica brought our drink orders, she confirmed we confirmed our main dish orders and asked for any special requests. Jessica was attentive to keep our drink orders (Arnold Palmer 1/2 ice tea & 1/2 lemonade) refilled. We started off with traditional wings (12) - we asked for the wings naked - fried plain with sauce on the side to keep the wing extra crispy longer. They used a coating on the wings that didn't add to the crispiness nor flavor. The Korean Chili Garlic sauce had a strange aftertaste, so we ended up finishing the wings dipping in the roasted jalapeño tartar, malt vinegar aïoli from the fish & chips. My favorite item is the Spicy Tuna Stack from the App / Starter section - every layer of the ingredients were fresh. The only thing I would suggest is a side of white rice or some type of chips to scoop up the delicious app. Beer Battered Fish & Chips was disappointing. The fries & the sauces;roasted jalapeño tartar& malt vinegar aïoli were more memorable. Fish wasn't as crispy & didn't have the distinct beer batter flavor. We went to Yard House for a business dinner. Our seats were decent and not in the dark, unfortunately we were across from a crowd celebrating a birthday. They were a bit loud and chatty but it didn't distract too much from our conversations. I had the Lavender Drop which is my favorite drink. It did not disappoint. We ordered the Firecracker Shrimp as an appetizer. It looked pretty but was friend a bit too hard. Main entree was the Lobster Garlic Noodles. They were tasty but the Lobster was a bit dry. The Yard house at Westgate is one of our favorite spots. They are consistent with the meals being delicious and I've tried quite a few. The ambiance is nice and I really enjoy the outdoor seating as sometimes it can be a little dark inside the restaurant. My one complaint is they do not offer a lunch menu. If you go for lunch be prepared to pay dinner prices. There should be another option. Most people aren't looking to spend $30 for a lunch meal. We usually have amazing service but last night our server Caitlyn was not very friendly or accommodating. But we do not normally have complaints about that. My husbands friends flew in from out of town and we all decided to meet up and try the yard house out. All of us enjoyed our food very much. There is a lot on the menu to choose from and two of us had the steaks. Cooked to perfection! The steaks melted in your mouth. Another had a bbq chicken salad she said was very fresh and tasty and another had the pizza. All very good. It's a busy place but the staff meet your needs and are very nice and knowledgeable about food dishes to try. Lots of different craft beers as well. Our waiter and other staff were extremely helpful and kind the entire time! The vibe is perfect for family setting or even dates! The food menu was great! We loved the food we ordered! Our first visit here was very tasty. We called 30 minutes ahead to get on the wait list and by the time we arrived, we were sat. Bri was our server and was outstanding! We started with drinks and their delicious Bavarian pretzel which was HUGE! It was served piping hot, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and with tons of hot cheese sauce and a spicy mustard for dipping. The table ordered the Ahi crunchy salad, Korean Cheesesteak sandwich (without cheese), Nashville Hot Chicken and the Ahi tuna entrée. The fries were cold but quickly corrected, my SIL didn't like a drink she ordered so they took it back and returned it with what she liked (no worry, no charge). They were also out of the sweet potato cakes typically served with the Nashville Hot Chicken so they comped the entire meal and offered an additional side for no charge. Everyone from the host out front to the lady who sat us from the server and manager who came out to apologize for the mistakes - it was friendly and top notch all around. The hubs and I had no kids for the night and ended up at Westgate. We decided on Yard House as it's been a few years since eating here. We walked in and were put on the waitlist. We were told it would be about a 15-20 minute wait. We grabbed our buzzer thing and waited. We were seated within 10 minutes. We had a nice big booth towards the back. Once we were seated with our menus that was the last time we saw someone. No waters. No one came up for a good 10 minutes or so to acknowledge we existed in our booth. The hubs was starting to get irritated and we almost left until our server came up. She was super friendly and took our drink and food order. We had enough time to decide what we wanted by the time she came. My salad came out pretty quickly and man it was sooo delicious!! Our food followed pretty quickly after. The pizza was thin, crisp and so so good! The other half is pretty picky but loved the grilled cheese and tomato bisque. Overall, the food was delicious our server was great but it was pretty annoying being ignored for at least 10 minutes after we first were sat. Just as we were finishing our first round, we got paged for our table. This was already going better than expected- it had only been about 20 minutes. We sat outside and reviewed their extensive menu. There is a dish for everyone. I was surprised to see lunch specials from 11am-5pm DAILY. Love places that offer lunch specials on the weekends!! Finally decided on the Spicy Jambalaya and Vampire Taco. Yes, the name peaked our interest. The jambalaya can be served over rice or pasta- our server recommended the pasta. You can order the jambalaya as a half order or full order. The half order was plenty of food with no leftovers. The jambalaya was filled with blackened shrimp, chicken, sausage, crawfish, and a tomato cream sauce. Delicious! The Vampire taco is a street taco wrapped in a grilled, crispy cheese-crusted flour tortilla shell. The taco was crunchy and loaded with carnitas, bacon chorizo, guacamole, and crema. Yum! Our first visit to the Yardhouse did not disappoint. We were pleased with the service and the food. I was amazed that our experience went smoothly with that many customers in the restaurant. I just want to say Our Server Travis was Excellent, no complaints what so ever with him. What I didn't like is that we went for my son's 14th birthday we let him choose a place to eat and he picked the Yard House. When we got there I asked the lady up front if she can let our server know it's my son's birthday, she told me to tell the server myself. She was an older lady with glasses and kinda long curly braided hair, very rude. Another host sat us and said she would let our server know which was nice of her. We paid our bill and I think our server forgot but we didn't make it a big deal as we had cake waiting for him at home. I did let the manger know what happened. We have to say the Yard House has the best Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich around. We have tried the same sandwich at several local restaurants and none can beat the Yard House! The flavors are fabulous, add in the Truffle fries and it doesn't get much better. The chicken is crispy and the slaw adds a nice sweetness. We have been here for happy hour as well, and enjoy the Cheese Curds. The tuna on the Tuna Poke seems mushy to me, so will not recommend that dish. We used to come here every week, and then realized how expensive the beers are, so we don't go as often anymore. If the drink prices were a bit more friendly then we would be regulars once again. read more
