This visit was my most disappointing of all my Yardhouse experiences. With multiple open tables we were seated in the farthest part of the facility (we aren't white). Sandwich order bun fell apart due to over saturated garlic aoli & server-Kyle- asked us what he should do instead of offering a new sandwich or even a discount. I love this place! I ate here by myself and sat at the bar and had such a great experience. The service is what really stuck out to me. The bartenders were so nice and funny. I ordered a margarita and the Cobb Salad. The Cobb salad was very unique. It had greens, kale, tomatoes, edamame, carrots, radish, egg, bleu cheese, corn, bacon, avocado, ranch. It was priced at $10.95 so not too bad for a nice part of town. They have a variety of different types of dishes which are very healthy but sound very tasty. The overall atmosphere was loud and fun. They have lots of TVs if you want to catch a game. Outside the day I was there, about 15 Corvettes were parked, so that was fun to see. read more

I seldom eat at places like this but we were in the area and hungry. The wine was nice and dry with quite a few choices on the wine list. The fish and chips were a recommendation from our server and he described the dish perfectly. Not a heavy breading but a crunchy tasty one with nicely cooked, hot cod inside. Not mushy or chewy. The quinoa salad, although it could have used a bit more kale, was very fresh and the beets and dates gave it a flavorful twist that worked nicely with the vinegarette dressing. I would not say it is as good as the quinoa kale salad at Charleston's but it certainly is good enough to order again. The pricing was typical of a place like this so no surprises there. This is a great pub for before or after a hockey or football game. It's walking distance to both stadiums. We stopped before a hockey game and had a short wait. They give you a beeper to let you know when a table is ready. We waited at the bar where they have a large selection of draft beers. Their bartenders really hustle! Their menu covers a lot of food ground and I always worry that too much means not so good. But everything we ordered was very good. The Nashville Hot ChIcken meal and the sandwiches were on target. With all the craziness going on these last few weeks it was nice to find an escape after a company meeting. We arrived around 330 on a Wednesday just after happy hour started. Of course with a lot of places closed down it was not very busy and we were seated right away. The waitress came around got our drink orders, having 9 of us in the group I must say she was very patient and answered all of our questions about the different beers and happy hour specials. Shortly after ordering our drinks came out and the waitress took our food orders. Most of ordered appetizers and we weren't disappointed. The group I say with split the Chicken Nachos, Egg Rolls, and Calamari. I was favorable to the egg rolls with a crisp she'll and warm inside! The calamari was fresh and the nachos had even coverage of toppings which is a huge plus! The beers were great and food was on par with other happy hours. I know Yard House is a staple at Westgate and always a safe bet to visit. I recommend the Ahi Stack alongside everything mentioned above and if you are looking for a good beer list this is your place. The beer list takes up half the menu! read more

I really like the Yard House - sentimental reasons (when I worked at Margaritaville, my then boss would have us meet there after work to go over things. Nice relaxing atmosphere, good food & drinks. I don't get out to Glendale much but we had an event on 10/2 so we stopped for a quick bite. I ordered the Cubano and it was delicious. Slightly different than I've had elsewhere but no complaints here. I chose tortilla soup as my side (which meant half the sandwich was going home with me!) Again no complaints as it made a great snack later. The beau chose to start with clam chowder. He rated it 'pretty good' though he left none in the bowl. His entree was the short rib ravioli. I sampled one & it was definitely not what was expected. The meat inside was really good. The beau said it was good but 'once was enough' (most likely translated as "not enough meat for my liking"). We didn't have time for drinks so I'll have to review those next time! read more

I've noticed a steady decline in quality during the last few visits to the Yard House. We've ordered a plethora of different items, and although the service has been good to great, the food hasn't been up to the standard I used to put this restaurant at. Some of the items, namely the sliders, have come out both cold and soggy. The pizza had come out burned/overcooked, and the wings much fattier than I remember them being previously. Needless to say that we've been disappointed as of late in a restaurant that we used to hold in pretty high regards. This is officially my favorite place it's a hidden gem. The food was amazing, my favorite item was the Poki Nachos. These were delicious and the toppings were a fresh and flavorful delight. We enjoyed our meals outside with the entertainment that was happening a short walk inside the brightly lit area with a lovely fountain. Tonight we tried something new with the fried chicken and sweet potato pancakes I think on the menu it's called Nashville hot chicken. Really good fried chicken, and the pancakes were bomb. My brother-in-law had some Fish salad stack and we had the shiitake noodles appetizer, as well as the spinach dip too. The noodles appetizer is actually really good and could be a meal for somebody. Yard House is a pretty typical chain restaurant when it comes to ones you hear about. But one thing that definitely sets them above the rest is the quality of food and their amazing beer selection. I visited this location for the second time now last week. FOOD: I've only had the food once and that was during my most recent visit. I ended up showing up late for the late night happy hour deals which were actually pretty cheap! I ended up ordering an onion ring tower, and a BBQ Pizza. The total time took about 15 minutes to get to the table. The onion rings could have been better, but overall weren't bad! The BBQ pizza was great and I am glad that I decided to order that. There was a good amount of chicken on it which was nice. The half yard jars are the way to go here. There are countless options for beers to try here. SERVICE: The service here both times that I have visited has been great. The bartender from my most recent visit was super friendly and really cared about my beer preferences. He gave me some great samples to try on some new taps. Everyone was really welcoming and helpful. OVERALL: Yard House is a great place to grab a drink and some food. Their food is a little pricey, but they have a great happy hour and late happy hour. Their staff is friendly and the bartenders are super helpful. She said it's a new thing that they just have for a few weeks. We tried to browse around the tablet to see if we able to order food from there, but I guess not. Worst Yardhouse you can work at. Employees get treated very unfairly especially in the kitchen where none of the clients get to see. If you're a full time employee forget it you will never have your 40 hours as promised. They rather hire new employees and waist time and effort than fulfill the contract with the full time employees. The ONLY time a full time employee gets full hours is when they end up short staffed and can't take the work after sending staff unwillingly home early every other day. If that isn't bad enough the only day that they actually worked their 8 hours they get only ONE 10 min. Break And no one in the kitchen gets tipped. TALK ABOUT MODERN DAY SLAVERY. For staff that inadequately constantly check up on their employees when are they going to be inspected by their work ethic Instead of the food their slaves of a staff cooked up. read more
