This Glendale Yard House is a hopping place to get great food, wonderful service, and a good time! My husband and I had date night and decided (very quickly due to me getting hangry) we should try the Yard House. We were immediately seated at a big comfy booth in the back with lots of space and a great view of the restaurant and games on tv. Once we were seated our waitress greeted us and took our drink order as well as snuck in a happy hour appetizer for us just in time. She was the perfect waitress; very attentive (our drinks were always full and food prompt and correct) yet not overly present. The menu at the Yard House appeals to just about every palate. Choose from salads, pizza, steak, fish and chips, chicken, pasta, sandwiches etc. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip, ribeye steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes, a Caesar salad, and fish and chips. Everything we ordered came out perfectly. The fish and chips were divine and cooked beautifully, the steak was medium rare and tasty, and the dip was sinfully scrumptious. Along with our meal I may have had a few too many diet cokes and got to visit the restroom which I am pleased to report is clean and easy access (important for us ladies). The restaurant is huge and quite full, so you know they are good at what they do. It's a fantastic place to catch a game as they have TVs all over the place and are located fairly close to the arena as well as the casino if you are a betting individual. I was impressed with the food, service, efficiency and speed at which the Yard House is run, and the entire experience. The prices are reasonable and the portions generous. Yard House is an awesome place for a meal at anytime. Make it a friends gathering, family outing, date night, or just a casual dinner; there is something for everyone. read more

Add that to a car or bike show at Westgate and you've got a the makings for a really great afternoon. Next, they have a complete menu with selections for any appetite. This was a busy Saturday night many Rams fan in for the weekend game. My reason for being in Arizona with my son. The wait was about 20-25 minutes and of course it is understandable. We ordered and spent the time talking and reminiscing about his childhood and teen years. My son is 32 and we had not seen each other since June. So we took advantage to catch up. I'm guessing it was the manager who approached us and apologized for the delay in getting the food out. We understood because it was a busy night. My food was not great it looked like a sad BBQ bacon burger that was over cooked and dry. He brought me mayo and bbq sauce which helped. We'd been here a few years back and didn't have the best experience, but some out of town guests wanted to come so we gave it another try and we had a great time! It gets VERY busy which can be frustrating. Come early, and not only will you beat the crowd but they have an outstanding happy hour. I feel a lot of happy hours have gone downhill thanks to the pandemic and inflation but this place still hits the mark. We ordered 8 appetizers and 5 alcoholic beverages and our bill was only $100! This place is located North of State Farm Stadium and South of Glendale Ave. it is right in the middle of the complex with many restaurants. We went on a Friday night so we had to wait about 20-30 mins. They text you when the table is ready. I am not sure if they take reservations. It was worth the wait. All the food and drinks were excellent. We did not make it for Happy Hour because we were too late. But if you can get in for Happy Hour which is only Monday - Friday there are some deals we want to try out. The spicy tuna stack and blackened ahi were great. My wife and I flew in for the Arizona Cardinals game on a Thursday morning. Our hotel was right next to the stadium so it was perfect. Around lunch time after traveling all morning we were hungry. We looked on our trusted Yelp app and Yard House came up. It was close by and got great ratings. Cori was our bartender and she was amazing with an amazing attitude go go with it. We made small talk s out where we were from etc. she told us about how busy the restaurant was about to get. We ordered drinks and then ordered our food. I ordered the beefsteak and my wife ordered the turkey and ham sandwich. Both were DELICIOUS. We went inside and I asked the hostess if they had any vegan friendly food on the menu and she said yes they have gardein. Gardein Nashville hot - spicy sweet slaw, white cheddar, toasted brioche bun. The chicken was nice in the spicy. Gardein chicken wings I had the bbq and korean chili garlic they were very good. First of all, the service was exceptional! We (6) were seated outside with no wait, and the server arrived promptly. She balanced being table side consistently, but not overbearing, perfectly. The food order was reasonably prompt for 6 people, along with drink orders and appetizers. Everyone thought their dinner selection was fresh and delicious, and the presentation of plates was excellent. The fact that the dinners all came out at the same time, and everything was still hot, was exceptional. We came here relatively early this evening to beat the typical Westgate crowd. Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Zero issues. Super clean establishment. We were seated immediately thereafter. Drinks were brought immediately. Zero issues. I went with the everything ahi sandwich. Tuna was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The arugala was fresh and added a great flavor to the sandwich. The bun was soft. I got onion rings as a side and they were also very nice. Crispy without being burned. No greasy fingers or feeling like you've gargled with vegetable oil. Very well done. It wasn't as loud as I expected it to be which nice. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. Pricing is on par with most other Westgate establishments. I wish their dessert menu was a bit more varied, but there are other sweet treat shops sprinkled around Westgate. We'll definitely be back. Service was friendly and efficient. Went to Yard House on a busy Sunday night. Got seated within 10 minutes and had food out by 20 minutes. Staff was welcoming and service was great. The restaurant is a little loud but manageable to carry a conversation. I got Spicy Jambalaya with shellfish, chicken, and shrimp. As a prior southerner, I was a bit skeptical before ordering. The Jambalaya had great taste though! The sauce was a little soupy but blended well with the rice. The sausage has a great taste but isnt quite the same texture as the traditional sausage. I asked for a credit which they gave on one meal but they never took accountability. Later patrons we're getting food before us. Never apologized and at one point the server blamed my friend and I. I've been to this location before and the Scottsdale location without problems. The hamburger I ordered that day medium was practically bloody and could eat some edges but that's it. I have not been to Yard House in soooo long! Before a game we stopped with friends. It was busy but the service was still very good and we were not rushed at all. I like to think of myself as a macaroni and cheese connoisseur(it is my ultimate cheat meal for sure) and theirs.....white truffle, bacon, chicken, mushrooms, Parmesan and Panko crusts! And let me start by saying it is fairly wet, I assume it's the truffle oil or other oil or butter, you will certainly notice when you clean your plate and there is a layer of oil on the bottom of the bowl but what a time you are going to have eating it...DELICIOUS! Do I wish it wasn't so wet sure but darn if it doesn't taste amazing! Spicy tuna stack was fresh and tasty. We had a team builder today, and this was our lunch destination. I was very impressed! I went with a cheesesteak and fries and had a strawberry lemonade to drink. Cheesesteak was delicious! It came on a warm toasted bun, with lots of steak and onion straws. The cheese got a little bit lost with all the onion straws, but still, a solid cheesesteak. Fries were hot and crispy. Strawberry lemonade wasn't too sweet and was very refreshing on the first 90 degree day of the year here in AZ. The thing that took it to 5 stars was the service! Our hostess and waitress were great! They were on top of everything! They would bring drink refills without asking, and were quick to clear the table when we were done. Really, really good service! We started with an IPA flight to accompany the calamari which were lightly battered and tender, then moved on to the flavorful lettuce wraps (walnut, tofu, scallions, chicken, in peanut chili sauce), and ended with the cheeseburger sliders 'n fries. Eating outside was a delight, but don't do it without a walk around inside to eye the numerous taps to help you make your selection.
