We had already eaten elsewhere and were simply looking for a place to relax, enjoy a few drinks, and have a conversation. There were several places to choose from, but this one seemed like a good fit because it wasn't overly loud, and we wanted to be able to hear each other. We initially sat outside, but we were told they had stopped serving the outdoor seating area, so we moved inside. Rather than wait for a server, we decided to order directly from the bar since it seemed like the faster option. There weren't enough seats at the bar for our group of five, so we grabbed a nearby booth. The bartender was friendly, and our drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Although people were not coming in, but some people were eating, and enjoying drinks throughout the restaurant, it seemed like the staff had started cleaning up for the night. A server came over, and we explained that we were only there for drinks. After we received our drinks from the bar, he returned and told us that we would soon have to get up so he could clean the table. Seriously? I looked around and saw several other tables where some guests were simply sitting, talking, and enjoying their drinks. They weren't eating either. It made us feel as though, because we had only ordered beverages, we weren't as welcome as everyone else. I chose not to let one person's behavior ruin our evening because I'd rather believe that one employee doesn't represent the entire establishment. In fact, the bartender was great, and the drinks were very well made. What disappointed me was the server's attitude. I wasn't aware that ordering drinks at a restaurant with a full bar wasn't enough to be considered a paying customer, especially when there weren't enough bar stools to accommodate our group. His approach came across as rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Needless to say, we were not going to get up until we had finished out drinks, and we did not. I may return to try the food because the drinks were impressive, but if I ever encounter that same server again, I definitely won't be sitting in his section.
Came here late at night with a party of 5, was told we needed to wait 15 minutes for a high top then they pulled us inside only a few minutes after waiting and sat us at a lower table, which was fine. It took a while for our server to greet us so we started ordering through the Ziosk. She took our drink order and brought out our drinks, and our ordered food came out. My poke nachos came without avocado and the waitress was quite snippy with me when I asked if she could look into it, then she came back and dropped the avocado off and immediately walked away. We ordered more food through the ziosk and finished our meal. With our odd-feeling interactions with the waitress and the food not coming out correctly, I hope my next visit is better than this one was.
Yard house is one of our favorite date night spots on I Drive. We stopped by since we were in the area. We didn't have a reservation and the wait time was over 40 minutes but we were able to find a couple seats at the bar. We came in for a couple drinks and some appetizers. The shrimp was delicious, the queso was to die for and the drinks were made to perfection. My husband loves their beer collection. I enjoy their expresso martinis. Honestly all the drinks I've had here have been great, that's just my go to at the moment. They were playing the game so we ordered a couple more drinks and sat at the bar for a bit. Great energy from everyone, including the staff. Loud but not super loud where we couldn't hold a conversation. Yard house has not let us down. I would suggest going on the website and reserving your spot ahead of time. It lets you enter the number of people in your party and gives you an estimated wait time, which I found to be pretty accurate. It sends you text updates, and the technology is actually pretty cool. It can tell when you're not close enough yet and will tell you to check in once you're closer to the restaurant. There were 6 of us in the group, so reserving ahead definitely helped. I actually had to do it twice because we reserved our spot before we left, and by the time we got there, it had timed out. I checked in again, and when we arrived, the host said, "I see you checked in twice." He told us the wait would probably be about 10 minutes, and we ended up waiting less than that before being seated. Considering it's at Icon Park and it was the night of a game, the place was packed with a lot of hustle and bustle. I was impressed that we were seated so quickly, especially with a party of 6. Our waiter, Matt, was amazing, and the food was amazing too. We ordered what felt like almost every appetizer on the menu. We had the Cali Roll Stack, Parmesan truffle fries, crispy Brussels sprouts, spinach dip, and the vegan Gardein wings. The Cali Roll Stack was probably my favorite appetizer. It was so good, and it was made with real crab. Most places use imitation crab, and Matt even told us that's why it's his favorite appetizer too. He was absolutely right. The Gardein wings were surprisingly good. We ordered the Korean chili garlic and Buffalo flavors, and if nobody had told me they were vegan, I probably wouldn't have known. I'd never had a soy-based wing before, but I would definitely order them again. The Parmesan truffle fries were exactly what you want them to be, and the crispy Brussels sprouts disappeared fast. At that point, it seemed like everyone else was tapped out, but somehow we still had room to eat. We ordered the lobster garlic noodles, and they were amazing. They didn't skimp on the lobster either. There were big chunks of real lobster throughout the dish, along with spinach and garlic noodles. Definitely one of my favorite entrées of the night. I also tried the Key Lime Cider, and I liked that they let me sample it before ordering. It ended up being really refreshing and exactly what I was looking for. For dessert, we shared the brownie cookie topped with ice cream. Oh my God. I don't even like chocolate like that, and it was amazing. Yard House has never really disappointed me, but this visit was especially good. I don't know if we were just starving or if the chef was having an exceptional night, but kudos and hats off to the kitchen. Parking was easy too. Levels 3 and 4 of the garage were free, so there was no need to pay or get anything validated. Overall, everything was smooth from start to finish. Great service, great food, easy parking, and a surprisingly short wait despite how busy it was. 10/10, highly recommend.
Christine, Robert, and leadership who offered to pack up our dinner tonight - Thank you! Little did you know, I celebrated my new dream job today and out of all the restaurants - we wanted to celebrate here. Happy hour is affordable and the selections for apps are to-die for. We shared the calamari and queso dip, and my fiance got the pork chop and I got the steak bowl. Pork chop and steak was cooked to tender and the veggies were seasoned perfectly. It was a reminder why we chose this place as a celebration. Thank you for a wonderful night! I wish we got the manager's name, but he was with Robert and we thank-you for hosting us and creating a special space of hospitality. We enjoyed the night and can't wait to come back and bring our friends and family. Spent my first dream job paycheck here. That says something!
Great service, food and environment. Everything was cooked exactly to order and came quickly.
We have never seen a Yard House so we decided to give it a try. It's owned by Darden who owns Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, etc. I think this is probably one of their best restaurant concepts. The place is large and there are lots of staffing moving around quickly. It can be a bit loud inside so if you want to carry on a relaxing conversation I would recommend getting a table outside. The inside is large with plenty of seating options. Food - We both had burgers and they were cooked perfectly. The Bacon and Blue could have used just a bit more blue cheese. The bacon was plentiful and crispy (not two little 4 inch fatty pieces like fast food placed). My friend opted to swap out fries for Mac and cheese. The portion size was large enough for two, but it wasn't the best mac we've had - tasted mostly like cheddar cheese and not creamy. Beverages - lots of choices from the bar. I tried a Key Lime Cider that was so refreshing and there is a full bar. There is a brewery above the resturant - not sure it's in use but it looks neat. Atmosphere - it's a large place and can get loud inside. We checked out several places in Icon park and this was the only place that had a wait, but it was worth it. There are lots of places to choose from in the area, but I'm sure we will be back and looking for other locations in other cities.
I was in Orlando for a conference and came here for lunch with members of my office. The steak bowl is delicious! The steak is cooked to order-makes a big difference. I had it cooked to medium....it was so tender. The mushrooms and the sauce added so much flavor! And as an added bonus it was in the under 600 calorie menu. Our server was also great-she was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. It also is a large location-perfect for groups.
We came here over the weekend for lunch and enjoyed our time and meal here! There was plenty of seating available both in and outdoors. We decided to sit outside since it was so nice out! Our server was prompt and friendly. Our food came out quickly and correctly! Everyone enjoyed their meal, and the portioning was very fair. Overall we had a great experience and would come back again if in the area!
Went here on a vacation and I honestly don't think I've ever had better service. Our waitress was top line and incredibly impressive. How she remembered our huge groups order without even writing anything down is still a mystery to me. She filled our drinks when they were not even a quarter of the way empty. Her knowledge of what's on tap and her recommendations were on point. If you are lucky enough to get Sinead as your server, you won't be disappointed. She deserves all the raises.
Came here after a long day. There was a long wait time, which is understandable because of the location. We were seated near the kitchen, so it was a bit noisy while trying to dine. It was very busy, but the waiters were really nice and attentive, but if you are easily sensory overloaded, it would be best to let the host know that you would want to be seated either outside or not close to the kitchen. The food was delicious. The salmon with mashed potatoes and vegetables is my go to. We also had the lettuce wraps which were phenomenal. The menu is very diverse so you can pick anything that you're feeling or if you are dining with picky eaters, I would dine back here, but I would make the host aware of my ambience needs beforehand.
Yum! We stopped in here for a Friday lunch and ordered some beers and lunch - it was super busy but we were sat right away. We ordered drinks and waters and our waitress brought them out quickly. Then we ordered a few entrees, and one of the great things is one of our party members is Vegan and she had a few options to choose from! We also love Yardhouse as a staple if we can't choose where to go
We went to this Yard House because we've enjoyed other locations, and this one definitely holds its own. It's a huge space, so even on a busy Saturday night it felt well organized. My husband and I split the fried calamari, which was just so-so, and the orange chicken with Korean rice, which was actually very good. Big plus for our waiter being attentive, especially given how busy it was. One tip: add your name to the waitlist ahead of time. We did, and by the time we arrived, our table was ready -- super smooth and worth doing. Be aware that it gets very noisy inside. It was too cold to sit outside when we went, so that wasn't an option. Still, overall it's decent, reliable, and does the trick when you're looking for a lively spot with consistent food. To me its not fantastic, its decent. And that's something I know is good. Decent value as well.

The boneless wings (flavors- Korean BQQ/BBQ) were phenomenal!!! Surprisingly not super spicy as I was hoping/expecting, which is a plus if you're just looking for a tasty spiciness but if you want your tongue burned off I suggest getting some hotter flavor. Either way, very delicious. I ordered the Spicy Jambalaya which you can get in a lunch portion or dinner portion (the dinner portion is the same as the lunch portion except you get DOUBLE the protein aka more food). The waitress was very kind and our food and drinks came out very quickly! We arrived at this location while hanging out in Icon Park so we didn't make any reservations or preemptively plan a visit here. It was a total of 12 of us so I didn't think we would get sat quickly but to my surprise we waited a total of maybe 10 minutes. It was also during a very busy time! Once we were sat, our server came and was very knowledgeable of the menu and was also very professional and friendly! He let us know he would do his best to move as quickly as possible due to it being quite busy. The ambiance was very nice! We needed up sitting outside so we had a wonderful view of the park and it was the perfect weather! Not too loud and they had great music playing. We waited for about 20 minutes before our food came which was also faster than I expected and our food was great! I had the garlic lobster noodles and my family ended up getting pizza and the Korean BBQ Tacos with a side salad. It was all prepared fresh and the service was wonderful! Yard House just always seems to me like a safe bet to eat out. Like the one I tried in Denver the locations was packed we had a fifteen minute wait for a table. My buddy and I started at the bar and grabbed a quick beer. I went with the Honey Blonde and it was ice cold and very good. We had a little trouble paying our bartender as she was really busy. We were seated at a booth and we started with the Whiskey Black Pepper wings. We ordered crispy and they were perfect. Requested extra sauce but that was a no show. The wings were great and the sauce was delicious. Be ready as the sauce is really sticky! Our server was very pleasant but he had a lot of tables to attend to. The restaurant was loud as it was packed and there was the Thursday night football game. My buddy ordered the fish tacos and I went with the spicy Jambalaya (small portion) with white rice. The portion was huge. I enjoyed the blackened shrimp as they were hot and juicy. The crunch sear was nice. The sausage had a lot going on - nice heat! I would give the meal a solid 4. It was very very loud, but service was surprisingly fantastic even though this is nestled in icon park aka deep in tourist land. As a local, I knew what I was getting myself into but food and beer was solid, and they turned on the exact game we were looking for for us. :) Also wasn't expecting to be able to get lobster garlic noodles but they were good! read more

Spent the evening at Icon Park and decided to dine at Yard Bird. I've been to locations in Hawaii and Vegas and this was on par with those. Vince was our server and he recommended items for us to try. We had a pork chop dish with cous cous and the sliders with sweet potato fries. We also had bourbon and a margarita. Everything came out in good timing at the perfect temps. We were too full for desserts. The ambiance is chill and louder. They have a bar as well as indoor and outdoor seating. It gets busy so I'd recommend you go online to get on wait list. The parking garage can get crazy as well so keep that in mind. read more

Upon entering YardHouse employees are always welcoming. Expect crowds and a wait almost any time you come. I am currently here on a Monday date night and we waited about 25-30 minutes as the greeter specifically said. The food here is always amazing, fresh and to order. Keep in mind your cheapest appetizer is about $9, so it is a bit pricey. Besides this, the restaurant is always clean, food is always fresh and even when waiting to long for a service they always have a manager coming around asking how everything is going. First time at Yard House on I-Drive, and it did not disappoint! My absolute favorite dish was the Spicy Tuna Stack ahi tuna with crispy nachos, an easy 10/10. I came starving and left completely satisfied, especially after the Firecracker Shrimp and Classic Sliders both were solid choices. I came during football season, so the energy was there & the waitress and waiter we had were very nice, plus great indoor and outdoor seating. The food, vibes, and atmosphere were all on point--definitely coming back for more! read more

- We arrived with a party of 9 4 kids, 5 adults. We were seated right away Saturday after noon mind you, our waitress (Avale) I think I spelled that correctly was wonderful she noticed we need some time to settle in grabbing apps and water while we figured out our situation. I had the Spicy Jambalaya w/ spicy rice (okay, it's their own version) I believe it was more of an etoufee meets jambalaya, however the food and taste delish, spicey, flavorful, colorful, and had ample meat of shrimp, chicken, sausage, and crawfish tails, I defiantly try it again however I would opt for the Jasmin rice as the waitress pointed out not the spicey rice. Some the the bites of spicy rice was hard as if it was just sitting as no one orderes it. Daughter ordered a small Mac & cheese and she said it was delish, I wouldn't try it on the count of it having mushrooms , however she said it was delish. My son had a pepperoni pizza basic but yet effective. Another person on our group had a BLT w/ truffles fries and it was HUGE, she couldn't finish it all and said was delicious and she would absolutely have this again. - Overall a good experience great friends, great food, great vibes all around. I showed up on a Saturday night and it was definitely busy in there, as expected. I was able to sit at the bar since I was solo, and there were plenty of seats available on one side thankfully. Please note there is a waitlist option on their website if you know you want to eat here in advance. Victor waited on me at the bar, and everything came out perfectly. I ordered the midnight sangria (yum) and some gardein tenders and truffle fries. I also got a few additional sauces to try. Service was great. We went in at 4:30pm and was seated right away, no wait times. Server had great recommendations and was prompt with check ins. We also got the Korean Ribeye (not pictured) but it was way too chewy, even at medium rare. The ambiance was good and the bathrooms were clean. I actually told the server "I'll take the pork chop" not realizing thinking of the Thai Pork Chop, they came out with the Bavarian Pork Chop instead - which I think was a happy mistake! I really liked it. My son said that Nashville hot chicken sandwich wasn't hot at all. My husband was pretty happy with the Jambalaya. If you like pasta, it might be the dish for you. Have always seen the Yard House as it is a chain restaurant. The atmosphere is very contemporary with a brewery on the second floor. The piping is visible and gives an industrial look. The bar is located in the center of the restaurant and would be a great place to catch a game. I ordered the grilled Korean beef tacos. They were delicious with plenty of beef with cabbage, I also had to get the sweet potato fries. Service was good we had lots of people and they double teamed our group. Looking forward to returning to try some other items on the menu and some of the beer as I was on company time. read more

Had to do another review as this is still a great Happy Hour place! Always having a ton of brews to pick from and great bartenders who are so friendly and make sure you are attended to. The food is also fresh and delicious, they even make a napkin placemat at the bar to keep you eating area clean. I always recommend yardhouse to everyone looking for a good happy hour! read more

Myself and a few colleagues enjoyed dining at Yard House for lunch. We arrived just before noon and were out by 1pm due to fast service and no waiting times. We all ordered some type of salad. I enjoyed my BBQ chicken salad. Our waiter, Jessica, was lovely! Yard House is always fun, especially to watch a big game! read more

Visited this location in Icon Park. The location is surrounded by several other eateries and a small live music venue. We arrived on a Saturday evening and it was crowded. There was a 45 minute wait to sit on the patio. The server was friendly and my only complaint was that my salad arrived with dressing on it instead of on the side. They quickly offered to remake it which I appreciated, however they then forgot to remove the boiled egg as I had initially requested. Fortunately, the egg was on the side of the salad and not sprinkled throughout so it was easy to remove. The menu was filled with a variety of "American" food, including some items that could be made vegetarian style. I ordered wings and a salad. The sauce on the wings, particularly the Korean barbecue flavor was very good and had a unique flavor. I would reorder this dish. The patio was relaxing and offered a view suitable for people watching, and observing the various rides from a distance. read more
This is a known national chain but does some great happy hour pricing for weeknights till 6 pm. We had mushroom pizza which was thin crust and generous with cheese and probably the best thing we ordered. The chicken wings boneless were not cooked well and over sauced. The ahi tuna nachos had limited tuna over dressed. Portions are very generous though and our server was very prompt and attentive. read more

I think you can't go wrong with yard house, I've been to the different locations , tried different dishes every time and it always amazes me, I honestly love it ! The service is always really good , the ambiance is more of a restaurant bairsh so it's a good vibe at any time . This time we ordered the the house cheesesteak it was honestly my favorite, so cheesy and delicious I would definitely recommend it, the pasta had the best sauce I would definitely get that again , even the kids menu the chicken tasted super fresh . I would definitely recommend it again . read more
Boy, where do I start... This place was spot on on everything. The smoked old fashions were made to perfection and would highly recommend. The crunchy wings were the best wings I've had in a long time. Definitely in the top 5 wings. The crunchiness is awesome... The pork chops perfect and the service spectacular.
