I was in Orlando for a conference and came here for lunch with members of my office. The steak bowl is delicious! The steak is cooked to order-makes a big difference. I had it cooked to medium....it was so tender. The mushrooms and the sauce added so much flavor! And as an added bonus it was in the under 600 calorie menu. Our server was also great-she was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. It also is a large location-perfect for groups.

I would suggest going on the website and reserving your spot ahead of time. It lets you enter the number of people in your party and gives you an estimated wait time, which I found to be pretty accurate. It sends you text updates, and the technology is actually pretty cool. It can tell when you're not close enough yet and will tell you to check in once you're closer to the restaurant. There were 6 of us in the group, so reserving ahead definitely helped. I actually had to do it twice because we reserved our spot before we left, and by the time we got there, it had timed out. I checked in again, and when we arrived, the host said, "I see you checked in twice." He told us the wait would probably be about 10 minutes, and we ended up waiting less than that before being seated. Considering it's at Icon Park and it was the night of a game, the place was packed with a lot of hustle and bustle. I was impressed that we were seated so quickly, especially with a party of 6. Our waiter, Matt, was amazing, and the food was amazing too. We ordered what felt like almost every appetizer on the menu. We had the Cali Roll Stack, Parmesan truffle fries, crispy Brussels sprouts, spinach dip, and the vegan Gardein wings. The Cali Roll Stack was probably my favorite appetizer. It was so good, and it was made with real crab. Most places use imitation crab, and Matt even told us that's why it's his favorite appetizer too. He was absolutely right. The Gardein wings were surprisingly good. We ordered the Korean chili garlic and Buffalo flavors, and if nobody had told me they were vegan, I probably wouldn't have known. I'd never had a soy-based wing before, but I would definitely order them again. The Parmesan truffle fries were exactly what you want them to be, and the crispy Brussels sprouts disappeared fast. At that point, it seemed like everyone else was tapped out, but somehow we still had room to eat. We ordered the lobster garlic noodles, and they were amazing. They didn't skimp on the lobster either. There were big chunks of real lobster throughout the dish, along with spinach and garlic noodles. Definitely one of my favorite entrées of the night. I also tried the Key Lime Cider, and I liked that they let me sample it before ordering. It ended up being really refreshing and exactly what I was looking for. For dessert, we shared the brownie cookie topped with ice cream. Oh my God. I don't even like chocolate like that, and it was amazing. Yard House has never really disappointed me, but this visit was especially good. I don't know if we were just starving or if the chef was having an exceptional night, but kudos and hats off to the kitchen. Parking was easy too. Levels 3 and 4 of the garage were free, so there was no need to pay or get anything validated. Overall, everything was smooth from start to finish. Great service, great food, easy parking, and a surprisingly short wait despite how busy it was. 10/10, highly recommend.

Christine, Robert, and leadership who offered to pack up our dinner tonight - Thank you! Little did you know, I celebrated my new dream job today and out of all the restaurants - we wanted to celebrate here. Happy hour is affordable and the selections for apps are to-die for. We shared the calamari and queso dip, and my fiance got the pork chop and I got the steak bowl. Pork chop and steak was cooked to tender and the veggies were seasoned perfectly. It was a reminder why we chose this place as a celebration. Thank you for a wonderful night! I wish we got the manager's name, but he was with Robert and we thank-you for hosting us and creating a special space of hospitality. We enjoyed the night and can't wait to come back and bring our friends and family. Spent my first dream job paycheck here. That says something!

Went here on a vacation and I honestly don't think I've ever had better service. Our waitress was top line and incredibly impressive. How she remembered our huge groups order without even writing anything down is still a mystery to me. She filled our drinks when they were not even a quarter of the way empty. Her knowledge of what's on tap and her recommendations were on point. If you are lucky enough to get Sinead as your server, you won't be disappointed. She deserves all the raises.

We have never seen a Yard House so we decided to give it a try. It's owned by Darden who owns Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, etc. I think this is probably one of their best restaurant concepts. The place is large and there are lots of staffing moving around quickly. It can be a bit loud inside so if you want to carry on a relaxing conversation I would recommend getting a table outside. The inside is large with plenty of seating options. Food - We both had burgers and they were cooked perfectly. The Bacon and Blue could have used just a bit more blue cheese. The bacon was plentiful and crispy (not two little 4 inch fatty pieces like fast food placed). My friend opted to swap out fries for Mac and cheese. The portion size was large enough for two, but it wasn't the best mac we've had - tasted mostly like cheddar cheese and not creamy. Beverages - lots of choices from the bar. I tried a Key Lime Cider that was so refreshing and there is a full bar. There is a brewery above the resturant - not sure it's in use but it looks neat. Atmosphere - it's a large place and can get loud inside. We checked out several places in Icon park and this was the only place that had a wait, but it was worth it. There are lots of places to choose from in the area, but I'm sure we will be back and looking for other locations in other cities.

Came here after a long day. There was a long wait time, which is understandable because of the location. We were seated near the kitchen, so it was a bit noisy while trying to dine. It was very busy, but the waiters were really nice and attentive, but if you are easily sensory overloaded, it would be best to let the host know that you would want to be seated either outside or not close to the kitchen. The food was delicious. The salmon with mashed potatoes and vegetables is my go to. We also had the lettuce wraps which were phenomenal. The menu is very diverse so you can pick anything that you're feeling or if you are dining with picky eaters, I would dine back here, but I would make the host aware of my ambience needs beforehand.

We came here over the weekend for lunch and enjoyed our time and meal here! There was plenty of seating available both in and outdoors. We decided to sit outside since it was so nice out! Yum! We stopped in here for a Friday lunch and ordered some beers and lunch - it was super busy but we were sat right away. We ordered drinks and waters and our waitress brought them out quickly. Then we ordered a few entrees, and one of the great things is one of our party members is Vegan and she had a few options to choose from! Our server Ashley was amazing! She was efficient, diligent and outstanding! She gave us some great food suggestions such as the pork chop, ahi tuna and cheese curds! Ashley always refilled our water and soda water glasses before we had to ask her! Even when we had an issue with our salmon where the cauliflower fried rice was over seasoned, she immediately reported it to the kitchen and they gave us a replacement! Yard House is lucky to have Ashley represent them! The dining experience here with Ashley was really a positive one! Thank you Ashley!

Met family for lunch here while visiting Orlando. This location is in Icon Park and has a very open and airy feel compared to others. I got my favorite dish that I always get at my local Yardhouse in Vegas...the one here was exceptionally good - the amazing tuna stack. My other guests got the vampire tacos and liked them, as well. Definitely a fun location & great menu...if in Orlando it's worth a stop.

We went to this Yard House because we've enjoyed other locations, and this one definitely holds its own. It's a huge space, so even on a busy Saturday night it felt well organized. My husband and I split the fried calamari, which was just so-so, and the orange chicken with Korean rice, which was actually very good. Big plus for our waiter being attentive, especially given how busy it was. One tip: add your name to the waitlist ahead of time. We did, and by the time we arrived, our table was ready -- super smooth and worth doing. Be aware that it gets very noisy inside. It was too cold to sit outside when we went, so that wasn't an option. Still, overall it's decent, reliable, and does the trick when you're looking for a lively spot with consistent food. To me its not fantastic, its decent. And that's something I know is good. Decent value as well.

We stopped in for a late lunch at Yard House in Orlando and lucked out by arriving right as happy hour was getting started -- always a win. Let's start with the drinks. My wife ordered a Blue Moon with an orange wedge, and our server Brandon suggested a Key Lime cider for me since I like citrus beers and ciders. I'm a big key lime pie fan, so that was an easy yes -- and it did not disappoint. Super refreshing. For happy hour apps, we went a little wild (no regrets). First up were the chicken lettuce wraps served in a fried wonton shell -- seriously delicious and packed with flavor. Next was Miguel's Queso Dip, a rich blend of queso and spices baked in a cast iron skillet. We added taco meat for a small upcharge, and it was 100% worth it. We also ordered the beef sliders: four sliders with cheese and garlic dill pickles on sweet Hawaiian rolls, served with fries. Solid, satisfying, and perfect for sharing. Happy hour runs Monday-Thursday from 3-6 PM, with half-priced appetizers and $2 off beers and cocktails, which makes it an even better deal. The place wasn't too busy when we arrived but was definitely filling up by the time we left. We don't have a Yard House near where we live, so we always try to stop by when we're in Orlando. Brandon was fantastic -- super friendly, helpful, and had a great positive attitude that really added to the experience. If you're visiting Orlando and staying near International Drive, Yard House is absolutely worth checking out.

Came to Yard House for drinks and appetizers and had a great experience. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and service was quick and friendly. The gin and tonics were perfectly balanced and refreshing. For apps, we ordered the Poke Nachos and the Spicy Tuna Stack -- both were fantastic. The Poke Nachos were fresh and flavorful with just the right crunch, and the Spicy Tuna Stack was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. Great spot to unwind, grab drinks, and share some appetizers. We'll definitely be back next time we're on International Drive!

I do not recommend this location if you have dietary restrictions or moral convictions about Dairy or Eggs. I have dietary sensitivities, so I don't eat out often. To clarify, cross contamination isn't usually an issue for me. I don't need a sterile kitchen or have severe allergies, I just have digestive issues if I eat actual dairy or eggs or gluten. But I figured Yard House would be safe because they have a dedicated gluten free menu and symbols for vegetarian options. The waitress discussed how I could safely eat there and what substitutions could be made... But when the food came out, nothing was correct. I think they may have given me someone else's meal entirely...the same meal, but without the dairy free options. Regardless, I have been feeling poorly for days after eating there. They also messed up another meal at my table and didn't bring part of it until everyone else had finished eating. I understand that accidents happen, but I think the staff needs to be better trained to serve people with dietary needs. read more

This particular Yard House is on International Drive at Icon Park and is a great spot that has become a great destination for craft beer and great food with an emphasis on bar food (or if you prefer the term, "Pub grub"). This Yard House has a very cool ambiance and the service here was friendly and professional. I am a fan of Yard House. They have great hamburgers and I am a huge fan of their parmesan truffle fries. Their onion rings are pretty stellar, as well. The Yard House was started back in 1996 in Long Beach, California and has grown into a sizable restaurant chain that boasts over eighty locations. The Yard House is now owned by Darden Restaurants. This particular Yard House is a great choice, especially if you are in the tourist section of Orlando, Florida. I will give this location an overall rating of five stars and it definitely has earned my recommendation. read more

Beautiful restaurant, food was divine, happy hour was great and love the HUGE beer glasses. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive. Helpful and friendly staff. Most definitely will be coming back. It is on the pricey side but it's worth the $$. Had an amazing time and have been recommending this restaurant to my family and friends. This place was the only place we could get seated without waiting because of the NPE show. However, it was packed, super loud and hot. There were too many people in the restaurant and AC did not seem to be doing it's job. Hot and very very loud. Could not wait to be out of this place. The wait time was 1-2 hours if we had not called to reserve the table. Food was decent. Definitely not worth waiting for 1-2 hours with how hot and super loud it was in the restaurant. Whiskey Glazed Salmon $24.99 was okay. I did not care for the grilled veggies. One of the carrots were green-ish. I have never had green carrots before and it was not good. read more

We were in Orlando to visit Harry Potter world, and this was the perfect evening meal. I ordered the Whiskey Glazed Salmon, and I loved every bite of it. Our service was fantastic as well. The restaurant is also in a neat location. After our meal, we were able to swing by the carousel for our niece. There was also a Ferris wheel within walking distance. I highly recommend stopping here for a bite to eat. read more

This was my first time at this restaurant, and I can't wait to return! Our waitress, Chrissy, was fantastic. She helped me easily with my gluten allergy and she was very attentive. She even made sure that our dessert came with a happy birthday message on it. She made my day! There were three of us together for lunch and everyone's meal was delicious. I got the small Cobb salad but don't be fooled - it's plenty big! The dessert was wonderful and especially so for me because it's rare that I find a restaurant that has gluten-free desserts available. Just in time for my birthday, too! Our first time at the Yard House & Icon Park. We chose to sit outside because the noise level was too loud to have a conversation. Our server was patient and helpful offering suggestions and options. I had the chicken nachos which were very tasty. The others in my party had the Kale & Romaine Cesar Salad with a side of sweet potato fries and the fried calamari all of which were made perfectly. After we finished we were not rushed out which was nice. The rest room was clean with the the exception of one stall not have TP! read more

Been here so many times! It's a go-to for a bigger group because their menu is large with different cuisine options which can accommodate a lot of preferences. Large drink menu as well! Ambiance can get a little loud depending on the night but I'd say it's always been family friendly. They offer inside and outside seating. Bar seating is available also. Staff is always nice and knowledgeable. I usually get something with an Asian flair while I've seen others really enjoy the burgers and pizza too. Prices and plate sizes are fair. All in all, I'd recommend for a ground outing! read more

We stopped to get a drink on the patio and sat for 15 minutes and there was no service. I went inside to the bar to buy myself and husband a drink so I could bring it out to the patio. The bartender would not sell me two drinks (oh and I am definitely not near 21). He then called manager over who then said we shouldn't be sitting outside there is going to be a private party. There were no signs outside that said such a thing. I have been to many yard houses and that was my last. read more

So at the start of our evening, the waiter was phenomenal with being attentive to our table (including the kids!) and making suggestions with the menu. However after we had our meals. We never saw him again. Good thing no one needed drink refills or wanted to order desert. We ended up flagging down then hostess and paid our bill there and then left. Food and atmosphere was pretty good, but for the 5-star pricing of this restaurant, I think we should get better than 3-star service. read more

Such a good place to enjoy food! We went when it wasn't to busy and place was clean. Our server was great! Order the lobster garlic noodles and fell in love! Great portion and great flavor! I ordered a beer but something happened to what keeps their beer cold. I ended up switching to a pineapple express drink and it was really good. read more

My daughter's favorite place. She ordered her enchiladas and she says they were over the top great. I had the best Korean rib eye ever it was tender and grilled to perfection med rare. My boyfriend had the grilled pork chop he loved it. It looked great also grilled to perfection. The reason I could not commit to 5 stars I ordered a side salad and ahhhh it came just as I was almost done with my dinner I even asked several times where it was. I was going to cancel it but hate doing that. And ordered Kim chee it came after dinner too all in all waiter was good not perfect but friendly and ok. Will for sure be going back again and again. read more

Came in for NYE! The service was awesome and the food came out very quick. We did get chicken tenders and fries for the kids which were delicious. I enjoyed the pretzel and very cool presentation. However, the food was very mediocre to me. The noodles were not my favorite and the beef tasted like I was chewing on rubber. My husband said the Philly cheesesteak was okay. We didn't really find anything special about the place besides the location being convenient. read more

My all time favorite place! Always nice environment & excellent service! The food quality is always so delicious! Our server Amyaran was amazing! He made me and my boyfriend's date night special! It was my bfs first time at yard house and he was amazed by the food quality, drinks and service! I always rave about Yard house. Our server great friendly service, one of our drinks was taking a bit and kept us updated, and due to waiting a while he, told us he had us some samples to taste in the meantime, that was super nice! & had us a sweet dessert! Had a lovely meal. John, our server, was friendly and helpful. It was our first time at a Yard House, so we had lots of questions. I ended up with a Belgian amber that was very nice, and my daughter had a flight, 2 beers, 2 sours. She had two tacos, and I had a pork burger with sweet potato fries. My daughter said the rice was a bit hard, but the beans were good. We liked the outdoor seating and the relative quiet. Would definitely go back. read more

Ordered the calamari, Mediterranean Salmon, and the everything crusted ahi tuna sandwich. Please do not sleep on the everything tuna sandwich. It actually my absolute favorite thing on the menu. Sometimes I crave it because it's so good. The Mediterranean salmon serving was huge and the cauliflower rice/salad was so good. It was tangy and had a great texture. Ambiance and service were great! Came here as a party of 6, got a table no problem during lunch. During late lunch it definitely got more crowded. I ended up ordering the penne pasta + Caesar salad. The pasta was good! Just really salty - not sure if it was because or the cheese they used or not. But the grilled chicken on it was amazing. And the salad was good too! I was on a business trip and my team decided on Yardhouse for dinner. I was excited because they had a lot of vegetarian options. The restaurant is large and open, making it a little loud. So, not a great place for dates or conversations. I started with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts. There was a hint of heat, but they were delicious. Then, I had the BBQ salad. The portion was HUGE. It was very good, but the Gardein vegetarian chicken was a little dry (maybe overcooked?). I'd love to try again and try a different dish to see if it was just a bad night. Everything else was great. Paper lanterns, Japanese signs covering the walls, colorful vintage décor, wooden stools that politely remind you to finish eating instead of lingering for three hours--it all adds to the charm. It's casual, lively, and full of personality. The menu has plenty to explore, but I came for the yakitori. Since everything is ordered à la carte, I built my own assortment of skewers, and every single one was grilled beautifully over charcoal. The meats were juicy, the vegetables had that perfect smoky char, and the chimichurri-style dipping sauce they served alongside was something I found myself dipping absolutely everything into. Yes, ordering several skewers can add up faster than your Lightning Lane budget, but the quality absolutely justifies it. Sometimes simple food, done exceptionally well, is worth every penny. I believe it may have been the Havana Ballroom. There was plenty of food, drinks, and mingling. The Cuba Libre Restaurant staff were great, and the venue was well laid out and worked for this event very well. When we arrived around 6:30 PM on a Saturday evening for our event, we first mingled around the tables and near the cash bar. There were a bunch of large tables that we began to fill out. As our program began and announces made and awards given out, appetizers were passed out. We were offered Guacamole Cubano, Mama Amelia's Empanadas, and Shrimp Cocktail which we passed around to the entire table. Personally, I skipped the guacamole and shrimp dishes but absolutely loved the empanadas. Yum! Then, an individual Cuban House Salad was passed out with red wine vinaigrette. This was also quite tasty. Next came the entrees including a choice of Salmon Paradiso, Ropa Vieja, Citrus Chicken, or Paella Vegetariana. I was trying to decide between the Ropa Vieja (beef brisket) and the Citrus Chicken. While the Citrus Chicken sounded perfect, I asked the serving staff their advice, and they recommended the Ropa Vieja for a true taste of Cuba. I was happy that I did even though it may have been more heavy and with a kick than I was expecting. I'm still glad I ordered it though. It was wonderfully prepared! And then, everyone received Cuban Flan for dessert. The Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar celebrates Cuban heritage and explores Cuban flavors, music, art, and traditions. The mission of the restaurant is to provide an "escape" to Havana through exciting food and beverages and entertainment experiences to celebrate the Cuban people and their culture. Orlando hosts one of several of this restaurant around the United States. This restaurant is in the midst of the Pointe Orlando. Throughout the evening, our server was helpful and engaging, and started us off with some bread for the table. It seemed fresh baked with a crisp crust and wonderfully soft in the middle. For our entrées, we had the Chilean Sea Bass, which absolutely melted in our mouths, and the 10oz center-cut filet, which was perfectly cooked to order with no fat or tendons -- just pure quality. You can tell they take pride in what comes out of that kitchen. They finished our meal by bringing out a special plate for my mom with a trio of strawberry sorbet, a chocolate cookie, and banana foster. It was beautifully presented, and that banana foster was fantastic! We will definitely consider ordering a full-sized one on our next visit. Overall, Eddie V's delivered an outstanding experience -- from the atmosphere to the service to every single bite. We'll absolutely be back.

We are from out of town and come here same time every year with a group for the conference that is here. We made reservations to come and added to the reservations 5 hours before the time slot. We got to the Restruant and were very impressed when we first walked in we got seated within 10 minutes. The waiter and waitress was very nice and excited to have our table. We ordered our drinks and took 25 minutes just to get them, was told new bartender and had 50 tickets behind on orders which fine understandable being new, no big deal. Well we had 23 people then added more who joined us after we ordered total of 25. You would think on a slower Friday night they would be happy about this NOPE! We got our food orders and 4 peoples meals were missing thought ok they will bring in a couple minutes, nothing so I get up and talk to the manager who was speaking with someone at the other end of our table bc they wouldn't serve him because his drivers license was expired but his passport wasn't but I guess that wasn't good enough. I told manager about missing dinners he said they should be out soon. 10 minutes they come out, I ordered gluten free and the waitress and waiter knew it to and my dinner didn't come out gluten free. It got sent back and by the time I got my dinner everyone was done eating. After spending well over $950 of food and drinks we were extremely disappointed in our service. We were looking for new place as our meeting dinner spot for our large group every year but not after this experience. Especially as we were leaving was the breaking point for our group. Couple of us went up to head manager and said "Hope we didn't disturb things to much." The head manger goes and I quote "To late now". I really hope this business isn't how they treat big groups that come to spend their night at. This could have been a much better experience but we all left with a very bad taste in our mouth! I recently visited Yard House and had a really good overall experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere stood out and it has a modern, upbeat vibe that feels both casual and a little upscale at the same time. It's a great place whether you're going out with friends, on a date, or just looking for a nice spot to relax and eat. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a lively energy without feeling overwhelming. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the visit. We were greeted pretty quickly and seated without much of a wait. Our server was professional, checked in on us consistently, and made sure we had everything we needed. They were also helpful with menu questions and made the experience feel smooth and comfortable. The food was really good across the board. Everything came out fresh and in a reasonable amount of time, even as the restaurant started getting busier. The menu has a huge variety of options, which is one of the best parts about Yard House and you can find just about anything you're in the mood for. The flavors were solid, and the presentation was nice. The drinks were also well-made and tasted great, which definitely added to the experience. The only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars instead of a full 5 is because while everything was good and enjoyable, nothing really stood out as "wow" or unforgettable. I recently dined at Yard House, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The Good: The atmosphere was dim and lively--definitely on the louder side, but it fit the environment. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks refilled throughout the meal. The calamari was a bit over-breaded but still had great flavor. The Not-So-Good: I ordered the lobster pasta ($35), and while it looked amazing, the pasta was severely overcooked and mushy. It was also extremely bland--I had to ask for extra seasoning just to give it some flavor. I only managed a few bites before giving up. The other dish, pineapple chicken, had some issues as well. The broccoli that came with it was served ice-cold and had to be sent back. The chicken sauce had a nice taste, but the texture was off. In the end, both entrees were barely touched, and we ended up boxing them, though not because we were eager to eat them later. We were still hungry, so we ordered dessert, which thankfully was great. Final Thoughts: Spending $100 on two entrees, an appetizer, and a dessert (no drinks) felt steep, especially considering the quality of the food. I also wish our server had noticed that our plates were nearly untouched and checked in about it. While I appreciate the good service in other areas, that would have made a difference. Terrible service. If it wasn't for the bar manager (I assumed) checking on us it would it gladly been 1 star. Our server came to us right the way and gave us drink menus. We ordered and asked for just 1 water. Came back with the beers we asked for and at the same time we asked for food menu since they were separate(keep in mind this is my 10th/11th time here). We got our food in and asked for 2 burgers. One was the pepper jack and the other one was he lamb burger. Medium on both. My fiancé and I chat a bit. Meantime the burgers come in and as my habit I. Cut them in half to check the temp in front of the server. One is perfect(lamb one) the other is killed. I point it out and I don't want it fixed since I am starving(All day no food). We start eating and half way through still no water while the server keeps working in front us going back and forth. So I ask again since my girl needs to take her medicine. Finally get it. Finish my beer, server doesn't even notice but manager does and kindly asks for it. Decided for the 2nd time since I moved to Orlando to leave no tip to the gentlemen serving us. The location is superb, you can't drive on International Drive without seeing it, it is a few steps from the entrance of the triple Eye / Wax Museum / Aquarium attraction in Orlando, with abundant free parking. So then, why is this gigantic establishment almost empty at the top of the lunch hour? Is it the pretend edgy decor that gives it that vague empty warehouse feeling? Or is it the appearance of the waiting staff, looking stressed out and unkempt? No. It is the food, which is mediocre, bland, sloppily put together, and overpriced. Their menu is huge, pages and pages covering almost every type of food imaginable: steaks, chicken, seafood, sushi, Italian, pizza, lamb, sandwiches, soups. Oh how we wished that they had only five dishes to offer, but done correctly. Party of four, no one happy. Overcooked, bland chicken, tasteless thin burger sliders, turkey club with almost no turkey, stale fries. $100 for four with only water to drink and no dessert. Not a good choice, especially when within a mile radius there are tons of other restaurants to choose from. read more

I eat here with my family all the time. The food is always good and if you don't like it all you have to do is complain and they will buy it for you. The service is top notch but one of there managers should be fired. If you run into this guy you'll say that I'm right. He's a short chubby guy that thinks he's the main man, he's condescending and was so rude. I asked my server to get her manager because I was unhappy with how my steak was cooked. Cisco or Francisco came to my table and was a Complete Jerk, saying that I didn't know what I was talking about. I told him it was well done and he argued that it wasn't. It's unfortunate because I love eating there but Cisco is the worst manager I've ever come across in all my life of eating out at restaurants. I called the next day to talk to the GM but he was on vacation, go figure. Hopefully when I go back I'll never see that troll again. Let me just say that my past experiences at Yard House have been OK...to be honest. That last time I went this week, it was the first time I felt completely at ease and comfortable. A lot of it was due to the service. My server Mario was amazing!!! It's obvious the food and drinks are great, but to have an all around great experience, it all comes down to the server and Mario was the best, and it was busy!!! I felt like he guided me through the menu, and he didn't just recommend the expensive items, he was extremely attentive yet not overbearing. I felt like I trusted him so I let him choose my 2 appetizers... He brought out chicken nachos and lobster dip and it was to die for!!! I would come back just for him!!!! No offense, if he's not there, I might be tempted to move on to the next spot!! International Drive has a lot to offer... Visited the Yard House couple yesterday for a late lunch/early dinner sorta date. We have heard many good things about the restaurant and yesterday was the perfect day. We were greeted and seated promptly in, what I consider, the largest booth I have ever seen!!! It was perfect! Our waiter VIRGINIA brought her A game, she was professional, attentive and knowledgeable. She gave us ample time to look over the menu since it's perry extensive and suggested a few things. We ordered the onion ring tower that came with two amazing dipping sauces; my better half ordered the 2 chicken tinga tacos and French Onion soup and I ordered the savory Lamb burger with sweet potato fries. We showed at happy hour so of course I had a couple of beers!! The total bill came out to $49 for the two us. The place is pretty awesome, the food was amazing and the service was impeccable!! These guys have done a wonderful job of keeping this place well sanitized and practicing social distancing, at least... to SOME degree! The menu is limited these days, and the deviled eggs are unfortunately cut out, which is too bad because - together with the asada tacos, they combine to make a very tasty low-carb option! I've been replacing the eggs lately with the seasoned fries, which is definitely NOT low-carb, but a guy has gotta eat! I just hope that, when they bring back the full menu that the deviled eggs will be a part of that menu once again! The trick to make the whole meal low carb is to replace the asada tacos wrap with Mission tortillas Carb count variety and ask the server that the deviled eggs come WITHOUT the sauce, so they only have that little wedge of bacon sticking out, like so. read more

First off a couple things, I'm in the food service industry which hopefully can help validate some of what I'm saying. I know the pains of the service industry and I also know how shallow the labor pool can be on Orlando. When we go out, we really go out. Several cocktails and three courses. Got duck wings, the hot chicken, skirt Steak and cheddar eggs, and the dessert sampler. The service from Tara was awesome. She was attentive and quick but most importantly genuine. It's so hard to find good servers in Florida! She is the reason I'm writing at all. The food was pretty awesome for a chain restaurant. I think we have a good easy decision restaurant to go to now. Yard House is one of my favorite restaurant chains -- every visit has been a great experience. The service is always friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere has that perfect mix of sports bar and modern vibe. Plus, their beer selection is top-notch. This was my first time at this particular location, and it was just as good as the others. I love how their menu always includes creative dishes. This time, I had the Korean BBQ Cheesesteak -- it was amazing! On a previous visit, I tried the Nashville Hot Chicken with sweet potato pancakes, which was such a unique and flavorful combo. This was my 2nd time here. First time was like 4 yrs ago on a second date with my now husband. Today we decided to eat there again for good ol time sake. The service was good but my food was terrible. The menu was limited which I can understand due to covid. I decided to try the braised beef ravioli... $17 for the most bland food I've ever eaten, was only given like 7 raviolis for that much and the cheese STUNK AWFUL!!!! it smelled so rotten like butt. I couldn't get past the disgusting smell of the cheese I couldn't even finish my dish. It would have been edible and ok if you guys didn't use old stinky cheese. Parmesan is not supposed to smell like a toilet. read more

Phenomenal phenomenal phenomenal! From the second I walked in, I was impressed with the atmosphere and how everyone working was so friendly. Our waitress was Brittany, and she's awesome! It was my first time there and she gave me good tips on what to get; I'm very picky. She got our drinks out in a matter of minutes, she was very friendly, great smile, and just a positive attitude. I ordered the Orange Chicken Peel, with Spicy Rice (Vegan dish) and it was the absolute best. It tastes just as real chicken! This was one of the most horrific experiences me & my family had at a restaurant in a very long time. We were mistreated & disrespected by the manager Philip just because we voicing our concern about food quality and then were discriminated against. Corporate should do better and hire a manager who can treat regular customers with respect & kindness. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never go again. If the manager is feeling miserable, he shouldn't take his frustration on customers! Extremely poor quality service and awful treatment. It's a shame! Dissappointed. I came here on business for the first time when I was in Orlando back in February and it was great. Food was good, as was the service. I came back to Orlando for the fourth of july, and was not happy. The service was so slow, which is odd because the restaurant wasn't even that busy at 10PM. The food wasn't good either. My Atlantic ginger salmon did not have a lot of sauce, and my mashed potatoes were not the wasabi ones, even though the waitress told me they were. It took them almost 15 minutes to get our drinks to the table. I was so Dissappinted. I don't expect this to be the norm, but it should be addressed. read more

Came here last Sunday for SNF, I sat at the bar and ordered a few beers and food. Well.... tried to order food. I ordered off there October fest menu and decided on the pretzel. After 20 minutes go by a bartender comes up and says they ran out of pretzels. That's fine, but why did it take 20 minutes to figure that out?! Next I tried to order the poutine, but they were out of the meat that was supposed to come with it. So I settled for the fried Mac and cheese. Been here a while ago. Decided to stop in as we were Visiting I-Drive with out of town guests and family. Hostess wasn't so friendly or pleasant, but, we were seated ok. Waitress Jamie was prompt and attentive. We order a bunch of appetizers and drinks. The chicken wings were extremely tasty and crunchy. Lemon pepper Sauce was tasty. I honestly don't have pictures because me and my fiancé ate it all. LOL! If your a tuna lover defiantly try to poke nachos. Delicious sauce sweet with avocados. We also tried the fish and chips. Fish was delicious. Little batter which made them light! The fries sucked though. Oh and we tried the tacos! Vampire and Korean beef.
