I am writing this review just after eating lunch here.. Will say the food here is very very good but the service initially good and then ended damn right appalling and horrible. We sat at the bar and Alessandra the bartender very friendly was "taking care" of us until we started ordering food. We ordered the tuna nachos, pork burger and chicken ceaser. The tuna tacos took 40 min to receive because Alessandra obviously FORGOT to put the order in. She didn't even apologize and admit it was her fault but rather blame the kitchen and said "oh I'll tell the kitchen to send them out right away they come out fast " if thats the case why the hell didn't they come out fast in the first place.. 2 people sat next to us and they got there food right away. The place was empty so I cannot fathom how you can forget to put an order in. next my salad comes out with raisins when i SPECIFICALLY requested them WITHOUT. Sent it back and they fixed it. Once again she did not apologize and said "oh I sent the order in without raisins" please give me an effin break. You would think that after screwing up the entire lunch and lying she would at least ACKNOWLEDGE, APOLOGIZE and say SORRY maybe even comp the appetizer to make up for her mistakes. Learn to apologize and fess up to the customer then make up BS stories and blame the kitchen for your shitty customer service. read more

Yard House is an amazing brewery/wing spot that is modern and fun that serves exceptional bar food and craft beers. Both Yardhouses , one in Boca and the one by Sawgrass both have wonderful interior, beautiful very cozy. Service always super attentive and friendly. Their fries and mac and cheese is what we usually go for. The prices are fair so you don't have to worry about breaking the bank having a few brews in here. They're kitchen is open late and the wait times for large parties are not too long on the weekends. read more

If I was the Executive Chef, I would be embarrassed by what was sent out to my table. Your sous chefs should be taken off the window and put back on the line to learn what's acceptable quality and presentation. You're bad knockoff of the Cheesecake Factory. Your team should feel blessed at how busy your place is and come out shining. Instead, walking across to Shake Shake would have been the better option. The runner dropped off our meals, said something like 'here you go..' and walked away, promptly. Like she knew these meals were going to be awful. Our fries were soggy, lifeless, and covered in salt - Covered more than Kim Kardashian in the tabloids. It looked like someone used their fist to push them into that portion basket. Our burgers were ordered medium...one came out med-well and the other rare. Not to mention the add-ons and side upgrades were not part of the dishes. Not even a piece of lettuce or tomato on either burger. The burgers were room temp at best- nothing was hot. The only thing colder on the table was the beer. I wanted to apologize to my burger because of how badly it was wronged by the kitchen. Even the pickle looked liked someone put it on the floor, stepped on it, and put it on the plate. I would have sent it back but the server touched the table 3 times - drink, food, bill. I told the server what was wrong when he dropped the bill - Chad was MOD - never touched the table after. I got his name from the hostess. Actually, the star you're getting is for the host team. They were the friendliest, best part of my experience. There's more that went wrong but hopefully you get the picture. Please do better. I don't want to come back, I don't want any comps, I don't want any hand outs - do better! The reason for the 2 star rating is simply due to the inefficiency of the establishment. Once we got our food we didn't have any silverware. After asking the waitress for silverware we had to wait about 5 minutes for the silverware to appear. At this point they let us know that they were out of silverware and that they could only supply us with 2 sets (we were a party of 4) . To sum it up we basically ended up sharing silverware as well as napkins. Never have I experienced a restaurant not having enough silverware, let alone napkins!!! Only reason I rated two stars is because the food was good. Other than that you can expect to wait 30+ min for a table and possibly have to share silverware/napkins with your entire table. Great environment for my husband and I for date night! Noisy but the booths are large enough that if you want an intimate feel you can sit next to each other and not feel too crowded. The food was great including the appetizer of the cauliflower. We also had the seafood spaghetti which was my main dish and my husband had a wonderful tasting ginger crusted salmon! To top it all off we indulged with desserts such as the brownie with the ice cream on top and I had the trio sample taster. read more

Good for a casual date or tome with a friend. Music loud enough for good environment but you can still talk. Park by the theater and just walk over. I was visiting South Florida, and met with some friends for Happy Hour. The food was ok, but the SERVICE was TERRIBLE ! The waitress pretty much neglected our table and was rude when she did come over. Also, she had the audacity to push us to pay our bill because her shift was ending. Even though, we were still finishing up our beer. We had more people in our party joining who wanted to order food and beer, but we were so disgusted we just left. I think if you are in customer service especially in an area that caters to visitors, you should employ and train people who are interacting with customers better. I will never go back. Ok we really love this place. And I feel awful because it was my friends birthday and I'm the one who pushed to go here instead of Mojitos. We sat down ordered a couple of appetizers and drinks, then ordered entrees. As the entrees were cooking I noticed I was being bit on my feet which were exposed due to wearing flip flops. It's South Florida but we were inside! Then my Goddaughter started getting eat up all on her feet and she was wearing flipflops as well. One friend used his flashlight and there was a swarm of mojitos. Management took forever to come, then just moved us tables. We ordered sushi type food and I didn't want to stay there at that point bc we had of infant with us. Needless to say, we paid for and threw the food away. This place is truly a gem. The service was incredible! In addition to that, my husband is vegan and was wanting stir-fry vegetables with a spicy sauce. Not only did the manager come over and take his custom order accommodating him, but also the chef came to check on things after his dish was served. This says a lot about character, customer care, and service. They exceeded our expectations with our WHOLE experience. The Vegetable dish was BETTER than expected. Spicy, savory, and FULL. Ok. So I'm going to have to try this place for a 4th time to really get the scoop. The first time I came I was blown away. The food was on point, service was on point, we went for dinner and there were no complaints. Went back a second time for brunch. Food was great with many options, they had unlimited mimosas and the server was on top of everything making sure our cups were always full again no complaints here. Went back today for a quick bite to eat (partner just graduated a masters program so we thoughT maybe hit this place up and begin celebrating plus it was our anniversary) bad choice this time!! We got there for lunch and the server right off the bat was rude as we could feel a negative vibe that was uncomfortable. He was kind of pushy when we were ordering even though we had no questions and knew what we wanted. We got chips and quac. The chips were straight stale and the quac needed salt and lemon yuck too plain. We didn't even eat it. Nashville chicken it was bland and very gritty/chewy I could have done with our order as again we didn't eat much of it. Also ordered a cheese burger which was pretty good don't really have a complaint for that it was actually quite good. Service took a bit too!! Wasn't packed either. David was an absolute delight as our sever. He was super attentive and a sweetheart. A special thanks to the chef because the food was delicious. He also sent out complimentary crostini that were a nice little touch at the beginning of our meal. There was a slight hiccup in our meal that was so minor due to the exquisite service, still Alev went out of his way to address our concerns. I have always been a fan of yardhouse as they have a great happy hour special and some awesome tasting appetizers, however the most recent visit and experience I had at this location on Thursday was very disappointing to say the least. I was meeting up with some friends after a long day of work to grab something to eat. We were greeted by the server, who initially took our drink orders. When the drinks arrived I was firstly given a drink that I did not order at all, and when the server went to check on the correct beverage I had ordered she returned to say that they ran out of the beer and proceeded to walk away from the table without checking to see if I wanted to order another drink instead. So I decided I was just going to stick to the water I was drinking. When she finally did return to the table several minutes later was when she inquired if I wanted anything else to drink instead. I declined, and we placed our orders while we were still waiting on three more of our party to arrive. Shortly after one of the managers dropped off a beer at our table, the one I had ordered from the start. The manager explained that the beer keg was out and that they had had to tap a new one - not that they were out of the beer completely as we had been told by our server. We then ordered several appetizers, 2 taco combo, and a pizza. It wasn't until about 15 minutes later that a gentlemen who I am assuming was one of the managers came over to our table to inform us that they only have enough fried macaroni and cheese left to fulfill two out of the three orders we had placed. One being for myself. This was strike two in my books. I decided against ordering any additional appetizers and stuck to the cheeseburger sliders that I had initially ordered. I was definitely bummed out and not in the best of moods after this. Yardhouse has some delicious fried macaroni and cheese so to be told they were all out was saddening. Our order arrived shortly after the remainder of our party joined us at the table. We did have to wait a bit for our server to return back to the table to get their drink and food orders in and we had to flag down another server to get some ketchup to our rescue prior to this. While they placed their orders I figured I would go ahead and add some poke nachos to my order as well to fill the void of my Mac - n - cheese less night. She took the orders and left the table once again and we probably didn't see her for another 20-25 minutes or so. My friends' meals arrived and yet the poke nachos I had ordered were no where to be seen. There was no way fried wontons and raw ahi tuna should take longer than an order for a bbq pizza, boneless wings and chicken tenders. As a Darden employee who has worked for the Yardhouse concept in another state's location I know this shouldn't be the case. When my friend inquired about the nachos. The server said she had forgotten to put the order in and went ahead to do so. And that was strike three. At this point after having to wait 30+ minutes from the time I initially had placed the order I didn't even want the nachos anymore and I let the server know when she did arrive with the plate. The poor service was a turn off. We asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation to her. Lisette Pate was very apologetic and helpful in regards to the situation and understood how frustrating it could be to not have service that is up to par. Our server returned to our table to apologize and claimed that she had never heard me because it was loud and she had a hearing impairment, though she had confirmed previously that she had forgotten to put the order in which contradicts that statement. All I ask for is honesty. If you forgot to ring it in, you forgot to ring it in. Don't go ahead and tell me you never heard me. I simply let it be at that point. As someone who has worked and works in the restaurant industry myself in all facets hosting, serving and bartending; I am aware that sometimes things can get a little hectic and that we are human and can sometimes make mistakes and forget things. I get that. But to have service where we have to flag down other servers to assist us in getting condiments, drinks, etc. because our server the entire time was practically nowhere to be seen near our table, that's just not right. And I am one of the last people when it comes to going out to ever complain or make a scene about anything. I don't know if the server was having a rough night or what but it certainly was a disappointing experience. I do want to thank the manager Miss Lisette Pate however for going out of her way to assist and aid us throughout the night in rectifying the situation. Something as simple as good management reaching out can turn a situation around and her hospitality did better the end of my night. I do hope yardhouse works to better their service so future guests do not have to go through the experience that I had to. read more

Before Covid, this place hit the spot with service and food. Post Covid, very disappointing. Disclaimer: Review is not related to food since we didn't even stay. As soon as we enter there are signs posted with social distance guidelines. Based on the posted sign, you had to wear the mask at all times, until seated. Yep, not being followed very well. Saw a group go to the bar, congregate at the bar and then come to lobby area to have their drinks, obviously with no mask but very close to our group. At the same time another group came in and sat down and removed masks. Then another patron came in, sat down, and removed mask immediately. At this point we were just waiting to see if staff would address considering that the all the lobby seats were taken and people were standing. Nope, not one staff member addressed it. At that point the lobby space was uncomfortably filling up, and we decided not to stay. On a positive they did have the tables spaced out, although we saw some waiters not wearing their mask correctly. This was definitely not what we wanted on our first outing. Perhaps my outing was premature and expectations were high but it was definitely disappointing. Hope they tighten up their ship soon and with time their practices improve. read more

The table next to us actually got up and left because they had been waiting over an hour and a half. Servers dropped the food on the table and didn't even say sorry or picked it up. My roast beef dip with fries was cold, My friends California roll was cold and the rice was very hard, the calamari was cold and hard as well. Yard house is one of the first places I've gone out to eat since this whole pandemic, and I must say I'm very impressed with their cleanliness. Everyone had on masks (worn properly) and their menus are thrown out after every use. The bar has been converted into separate tables next to the bar to ensure social distancing. Our bartender was sweet and attentive. The menu is a "limited" menu and although you may not find some of your favorite items on there, the menu still offers a variety of options. read more

I went today around 5 there was no waiting. My party of 5 and I were seated immediately. The place still looks new super clean. Our waiter was nice but average nothing amazing. We did have to ask for refills instead of him providing them and we had to ask for a few things twice but it was not that serious. I ordered the Carribean Rum punch which was tasty but for $10 and change, it came in a small glass with alot of ice. I wouldn't order it again. For my meal, I had the Spicy Jambalaya with Jasmine rice, which is their take on New Orleans Jambalaya and boy was that good. Not authentic but delicious in their own right! My only regret is that I ordered the half portion and not the full portion. The half was a nice size and was able to fill me up. The full portion I believe would have provided me with left overs to take home. All in all I was happy with my experience here and can't wait to try more stuff on my next visit! read more

For a chain restaurant Yard House is the absolute best for vegans and vegetarians. With a whole section of Gardin items, lots of vegan and vegetarian apps, and pizzas, a vegan/vegetarian cannot go wrong. What a pleasant experience! We came to eat at the Yard House before shopping on Saturday around 5:30pm. The wait time was 20 minutes, they sign you up at the entrance and send you a text when your table is ready. We were given options to choose from a table, high table or a booth. Seating at the bar doesn't require wait, as long as there is space available. Our waitress, Rachel M came over as soon as we were seated and took our order. She was polite, friendly and took her time to patiently go over the details of the dishes we were interested in. We ordered Kale salad with shrimp, Seared Ahi Tuna, Fried Calamari and Spicy Tuna Roll. Wow. All of those were delicious. The table was dressed right away with extra things like paper napkins (normally we have to ask for those, as I have allergies). The drinks arrived in 10 minutes and food in 15. Even though the restaurant was packed, the whole time we were there Rachel was around and was taking care of us and her other customers, so all our requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. We loved everything about our visit and wanted to say Thank You guys for this experience. We will be back. read more

I just want to review this place because as many times as I have been here with people. I and everyone else I have been with have never had a bad meal. For the drinkers, the beer selection is unparalleled. There are flavors here that I (a non drinker) actually enjoy. If your a vegetarian or vegan you will also find selections here as the Gardin products are delicious and can be put in place of any chicken dish. This place is new at the Saw Grass been to the others Mizner, Gulf stream and now here that's closer to me then the others. They have an awesome Happy Hour 4 till 6. 60 bucks 3 adults 1 child 3 drinks 5 appetizers and a child's meal. I think that is fabulous. This place as the others huge, nice and opened its new and very clean, bathrooms also, nice clean modern. bar area is huge wrap around James and the other gentlemen was very nice attentive. I hung out at the bar while waiting for the other 2. Then transferred to a table once they arrived. Michael was our server, what a HONEY!!!! Attentive a sweetheart with a wonderful smile. Service was fabulous again attentive server filled every time we went low checked on us enough but not overboard. The appetizers were good, the queso was my favorite. sliders were awesome, 4 sliders I was expecting 2 pleasantly surprised. Lettuce wraps yummy, the jerk wings were good filled with flavor but holy moly they are HOT LOL so be aware. We also ordered the edamame spicy again lots of flavor but very hot. This is a great local hang out for a beer and appetizer spot for sure. Its right across from the movie theater great opportunity to come early hang at Yard house then go hit you movie. The new location at sawgrass was nice. Used to be billiard club. We went with group of kids place is loud enough that kids did not disturb any of the other parties as the place is dark and loud. Food was amazing everyone enjoyed their appetizers and meals. Lobster noodles yummy! Vegan chicken sandwich tasted just like grilled Chicken. Kids menu had many choices Will definitely try again but next time no kids just adult time read more
