The jalapeño bomb is literally THE BOMB!!!!! Soooooo goooood and the flavors chefs kiss! Love this place an office favorite

Love this place and the people are always so friendly! I still can't believe they cook such amazing food in a truck! In the middle of nowhere at that. The food Gods blessed us with Yatai. Try the jalapeño bomb!!!!!!!!!! Life changing

Good crunch, but the filling was mush.

I was excited to try out this spot while on a camping trip. After a long day in the sun, the last thing I wanted to do was cook over a campfire. The menu offers everything from sushi, to hibachi plates. I ordered a few sushi rolls and some spring rolls. Although the sushi was good, the spring rolls seemed to be from a frozen box and was nothing to write home about. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area next to try the hibachi.

Tried this place out today and was not disappointed! The portions are very generous and the prices are cheap. The food was great and didn't take long. You can also call ahead. You can get this for $10.00...salmon hibachi. It's comes with sauce too. There are also shaded picnic tables. Fed a family of 4 for under $50. I will definitely be going back. It's right next to Wilt's Fruit Stand so get some fresh fruit and veggies while you wait.

Great pit stop for fried rice or sushi. Outdoor seating only, small food truck. The staff was very friendly and proud to serve his food.

The sign was so small you couldn't read it from the road. We had a reservation but they seemed surprised to see us and not ready for a party of 7. However, they quickly recovered and seated us in a back room all to ourselves, which was nice, however, it was one of those 90 degree days and I didn't feel any AC. The furniture was a little hodgepodge and the chairs seemed like something from an old conference room rather than a restaurant. Not very easy to get in and out of. No matter. We got settled in with menus and drink orders taken. I had a chicken teriyaki rice bowl. It was okay nothing outstanding. One lady had a chicken teriyaki noodle bowl. The rest of our group had various rolls. I thought for the price the food was average and a little on the pricey side. The service was good and we did have this little private room to ourselves. Would I go there again? I would but it wouldn't be my first choice. I was really disappointed because I love the charm of Berryville and I was hoping this place would a little gem I had yet to discover. Hopefully it gets better after they settle into their new location.

We made our drink orders and decided on out meal choice. I chose the filet mignon & scallop combo. Each meal comes with fried rice, miso, 2 shrimp and salad. Our chef was fantastic. The rice was well-seasoned: eggs, soy, butter, salt and maybe something else. Absolutely delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The scallops were cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. The salad was fresh, but the dressing, just ok. Definitely not Japanese style as advertised. (I lived in Japan, so can attest to it). The portions are hugh and well-worth the cost (which is reasonable) This was a great find and we will definitely visit again.

We opted for a regular dining over the sitting at the grill. The portions were delicious and HUGE, definitely enough for two meals for me. Service was also phenomenal. I had asked if there was mushrooms in the spring rolls, which I personally don't like. The waitress remembered and proceeded to serve my soup and hibachi dish without mushrooms. This was something I didn't even think of myself. Highly recommend giving Ginza a go!

SU ordered Kung Pao Shrimp, her "go-to" and every Asian restaurant, and compares each one to China Garden's version. Her verdict: Modern Asia's was "OK", and she told me I could eat the leftovers for my lunch. I did. My verdict was the same: OK, but nothing to write home to Mother about. (My comparison, BTW, is to a restaurant we enjoyed in Ithaca New York that made Kung Pao with peppers that would flay your face from the inside if you dared to eat one. Modern Asia's didn't even tickle, making it a let down). I ordered Seafood Combination Chinese Yellow Curry, a new dish for me. It was yummy. Described as one-pepper spicy on the menu, it had less heat than the Kung Pao, but the curry sauce had layers of flavor. It featured shrimp, scallops, and calmari plus a wonderful mix of peppers, onions, and other veg. All were nicely (crisply) cooked, even taking into account the Door Dash delivery time. I really enjoyed it. Next time I may ask for a bit more heat, but as it is, I hoovered up every morsel. Try it - you'll like it!

I went here 3 times and the third was the worst and last. I was served water that tasted metallic and it really soured my stomach. I was belching/ and had to run to the bathroom to vomit volcano fire from whatever was in the water. It was not water, it was either standing in some chemical or musty because I am allergic to mold but I don't know how mold would get into a fresh pitcher of water. I told them and they smelled it and said it did smell strange and they gave me a bottle of regular water, which was a little bizarre because they initially asked if I wanted sparkling and I said yes because my stomach was already burning and feeling belchy after the few sips of the nasty water..and sparking can help me with the unpleasant feeling... But whatever. The water was sitting on a cart in a metal canister and they poured it over ice, no idea what went to straight metallic nasty flavor and sickening me but water definitely wouldn't cause that! I ordered the same meal 3 times I went . The first time the meat was ok, I sent back for a better sear. Somehow they properly seared it and it was actually decent. Second time meat tasted sour. Like vinegar soaked sour. I have no idea what it was I kept wondering what they marinated it in because it's not supposed to be marinated and they said nothing... so somehow it tasted like a balsamic vinegar mostly on the bottom area but apparently nothing was on it ..I sent it back and just ate bone marrow. Third time it was edible but not really flavorful and definitely more like a choice steak I'd get from Martin's...I had bone marrow and they're good but last time it was unsalted and it was really brown and no white which was strange, tasted ok though visually odd. It's not worth the price they are charging. I only used my points. Also I was se The end point was the cheesecake I was excited about but it was pretty terrible. The crust has copius spice of ginger and who knows what but it's nasty and mushy I thought nutmeg at first and I'm allergic luckily I didn't have any severe reactions. The cheese part is weirdly fluffy and just not really creamy very strange texture for cheesecake, definitely not nasty like local store sugary cheesecake but also nothing like real bakery cheesecake or ones I've homemade. I wondered if it was fresh or not the bottom was rather soggy. I think it's full of flour or starch and mostly a heavy cream or something, there was very little cheese flavor and nothing else really no vanilla or amaretto or any of the usual flavors.
