Had an issue where I thought that the paint on a portion of the hood of my car was oxidized white due to bird poop. Swing by Old Town Auto Body to get an estimate, Irwin took a look and let me know he thought it was lime scale that had dripped from piping onto my car. Irwin spent about 15 minutes buffing out the lime scale on the spot, and didn't even charge me for it. I appreciate that Yates offers free estimates and seems well-intentioned, but my experience highlighted a lack of accuracy and attention to detail that I think others should be aware of. I was quoted around $3,000 for a repair that another reputable shop completed for $2,000. Additionally, when I asked about a second area of damage (roof repair), I was told it would be "well over $3,000"--but I ended up getting it repaired elsewhere for $1,500. That's a pretty significant difference, and it suggests the estimates here are often off-the-cuff rather than thoroughly assessed. I'd strongly recommend shopping around and getting multiple estimates before committing. Yates may be one option, but they're certainly not the only one--and in my case, not the most accurate or cost-effective. I have used Yates for three repairs over the last two years. My experience recently was the absolute worst. In addition to not having my car ready it was delivered every time with issues. I had to leave the truck two times to either correct paint issues, non working switches in the door they fixed and damage to existing tint on the window. After reaching out to upper management, I thought the issues would be rectified quickly but they were not. This past Tuesday I went to pick up my car and still found issues with the paint and the keyless entry. I brought this up their manager Matt Clark and bitch, ahe proceeded to curse me out. He called me a whiney bitch, faggot, and said when he was in the military he didn't bitch like I was doing. I spoke to Matt's manager, Joey who apologized but I still have paint issues with my car and will never take my vehicle back this shop. After taking possession of a used vehicle, there were some minor cosmetic paint issues that I wanted to be fixed. Irwin at Old Town Auto Body and Paint was my first call after a terrific previous experience with his team. He accommodated my phone call with ease and had me drop in for an estimate. The whole initial consultation took all of 15 minutes and once the dealership approved the costs, his shop needed 2.5 days to have the necessary work completed (repaint some small paint chips on the rear door and re-paint the rear bumper). This place went from awesome to terrible when Yates took over. I have been taking my cars to "Old Town Auto Body and Paint" for years and they were the masters! Body repairs came back like nothing had ever happened. Plus the openness and honesty was exceptional. Then, last year, I took my Jeep there for a door repair. I will forgive the three month delay waiting for parts due to the pandemic, but the ineptness of the administrative staff, the TERRIBLE quality of work, and the down right unfair and tricky tactics astounded me to the point that I won't even take the Jeep back to them to fix the missing parts, the numerous runs and drips in the paint finish and the overspray damage. I found similar shady tactics at the car care center. Then I had a plumbing issue, and the plumber who arrived looked familiar. Turns out, he worked for a company taken over by the Yates family. Just my luck, this was my second time here in less than a year. I was referred by my insurance company USAA last Fall and Old Town Auto did a great job with the repairs. This time I chose them to fulfill an estimate made by Allstate after one of their insured backed into me...and again I am satisfied. The workmanship is great and so is the service. I dropped my vehicle off and they called Enterprise in old town to pick me up for a rental car reservation. Old Town Auto called me the next day with an update and they were done by the time they promised. They even contacted Allstate directly for a part that was left off the estimate which I greatly appreciated not having to get involved with due to my busy schedule. As you can see from the photos, the damage is undetectable. I hope to not be back again anytime soon, but I would trust them with my vehicle in the future. I got rear ended so my bumper needed to be replaced. I chose to have the other person's insurance pay for the damages since they accepted liability. It was a complete nightmare trying to deal with this insurance company because of their lack of communication. Yates Collision, more specifically Akash, was so helpful with the whole situation. He explained everything to me and tried to accommodate my situation as best as possible. His customer service was amazing and went above and beyond my expectations! He didn't have to get involved with communicating to the insurance company, but he chose to help me out as well as ensure I wasn't paying anything out of pocket since the accident was not my fault. I would not recommend this shop or the Automotive Service Garage next door. My truck had a flat so I had to have the truck towed in because the spare tire winch was rusted out and there was no way to get the spare tire down. I asked them to to fix the flat tire and give me a quote for replacing the rusted out winch. When I picked up the truck and drove it home I measured the tire pressure and the tire is still not retaining air. ... They quoted me over $500 to replace the spare tire winch which is a $50 - $150 part and all it takes to replace is unscrewing two bolts. They also tried to up sell me $220 to have a repair made on one of the rear tires which does not have anything wrong with it. The person trying to up sell me on the rear tire repair did not even know that I brought the truck in to have the flat tire in the front fixed. I originally had Old Town Auto quote body damage on the front of the truck, they quoted a little over $1000. My insurance re-quoted the damage at $2,900 and then Old town ended up charging over $3200 for the repairs. I was quoted to have the repairs made in 7 days and it took over 2 weeks for them to finish the repairs. Do not trust this shop, they are dishonest and will not charge you a fair price. read more

TLDR: Avoid...that is unless you really love transport by WMATA. Incompetence seems to abound. Calls back don't happen. Your car will sit in their lot for over a week before they bother creating an estimate. When the estimate finally gets created, they won't bother submitting it to insurance for three business days. Excuses you should expect them to toss your way: weather (despite public schools being open), Caroline is busy (maybe Caroline needs some help or retraining), parts aren't available (you need the parts to send the estimate to insurance?). Serious accident on 5-22 and had a serious repair in the past at the business previously at this location. Spoke with TIffany on 5-23 after taking photos at tow yard. Agreed to having my car towed to Yates based on commitment to quickly review the damage and provide cost to repair my car. Arranged to have my car towed from tow yard to Yates the morning of 5-24. Called to confirm my car had arrived and would be looked at the same day. Five days since first talking with Tiffany and no one has looked at my car or could provide the free estimate for the repairs. So frustrated as this is already a stressful situation. As of discussion this morning, my car had only been moved around into different spots. Impossible to make a decision until Yates acts. I made an appointment through their website to get an estimate for some body work and painting on my 85 Eldorado. The appointment was accepted. Email confirmation. I took off work to take it in, when I arrived the staff was friendly but they could not find my appointment in their system, apparently their online appointment system and phone appointment system does not work well together. Then they informed me they do not work on cars that old... a 1985. Seems like if they do not work on cars that old those years should not be a option on their website let alone their confirmation system. Meh. I crashed my own car pulling out of a parking spot in the garage of my own building. Can't tell you how embarrassing that was, but I digress. I brought my car here to get fixed up and with a tiny exception on the door handle, it looks good as new. It was just beautiful work, really. I don't know what I expected, but it was definitely an impressive improvement over the state it was in when I dropped it off. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the interior was covered in a dusting of something I couldn't quite identify, but it was a pain to have to clean it up. That's just a little customer service issue, though. This joint is jumping, so I recommend making an appointment when possible. They do a swift business and are located almost in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. read more

Very unhappy with my experience. I had looked forward to finding a realiable car shop after moving to the area a few months ago, only to leave with frustration and disappointment. When I picked up my car after getting a collision damage fixed, I had to point out that the damge on my hub cap was not repaired, eventhough it was clearly stated on the insurance claim. Mistakes happen, I get it, and the staff promised to contact the wheel repair service and get this sorted out for me by the end of the day. By the end of the day, no one called me from their wheel repair service OR Olde Towne. Frustrated, I called Olde Towne to ask why no one has contacted me yet, only to be told "Oh I think they are closed"... Clearly, no one from Olde Towne bothered contacting the mobile service for me. Next day, still no call from anyone. So again, I called Olde Towne. I was again assured that they will take care of it and make sure I would be contacted about my wheel asap. Well, the "asap" never happened. Finally, I was fed up having to keep calling Olde Towne to remind them to do their job, and hear them blame the wheel repair service. It was a complete waste of my time on something that should have gotten fixed weeks ago when car was in the shop. Instead, I asked for a check on the amount from the estimate. Got myself a new hubcap for $40 and replaced it within 15mins. Done. Simple and easy. It's a shame I won't be coming back here, because this place is within walking distance to both my home and work. Hooray! My car is all better! When USAA's list of places to get my car fixed had an option that's only 3 blocks from home, I immediately came over here to read the reviews. Seeing mostly positives, I figured it was meant to be - I barely had to drive my poor wrecked Jethro (yes, its my car's name, don't judge) and nobody had to follow me to get me home. From the beginning, I was happy with the folks at Olde Towne Auto - they did a full look at the car, took pictures, and told me when to expect the estimate. Once it was in, they gave me an estimated repair date of 3 weeks later - understandable, there was a pretty solid amount of damage to three separate panels, lots of parts to order, and lots of work to be done. This accident, since the beginning, has been a huge comedy of errors. So when I got the reminder call from my insurance that I was going to go over my rental car max a couple of days before the car was supposed to ready, I called to check on the progress. Turns out, everything was going beautifully except for one little detail - one of the panels that had been delivered to the back of the shop was stolen. Seriously?? Who does that?? Its not like someone could just walk up and take it and walk down the street with it. That put them about a week back on the repairs, but they were SUPER apologetic, and since I had already hit my rental car limit, they offered me a free loaner car. They pre-warned me that it was nothing exciting. They were right. Think about the most pimp-tastic 1994 Buick Park Ave you can imagine - that was it. Forest green, with the camel colored fabric on top, and buttons for EVERYTHING. I will ding them on not making sure the car was clean before they gave it to me though - it needed a good vaccuum, and there was some trash in it. But the tank was full, and it drove just fine. And it was free, which was a plus since we're still not sure which insurance is accepting liability, and therefore we don't know when I'll be reimbursed. They got the car fixed on the revised promised date, and everything is beautiful - the paint job is superb, all the bits are back in place, and they even washed him real good for me. Even though I get high every time I get in the car from the paint fumes, I'm thrilled to have Jethro back, and absolutely happy with the work from the guys at Olde Towne Auto. A concrete pole ran into me and my insurance told me that if I wanted to take the faster (easier) route, I could choose from their list of auto body detail companies. The company would handle all of it, and it was be the most streamlined process. I immediately thought these would be "B-level" type auto shops, but I went to yelp and saw that this auto shop had the best reviews in the area, and was like "i'm going here!!" Once I turned the car in, their customer services was EXCELLENT. Never once did I feel like the "girl who knows nothing about cars" target. They overestimated the time it'd take to work on the car. They said 2-3 weeks. The car was finished earlier than I expected. After the rental car company dropped me off, I paid the amount, and then the car was pulled around. I was so happy to see it. It looked great (passenger side is where the accident was), and I thought I was looking at a brand new car. well... the quarter panel was new, haha I walked around to the driver door about to leave... and stopped. Granted when I dropped off my car it was dirty, but I don't remember those series of scratches being there under the handle. I didn't want to be "that" customer, but I wanted their opinion if the scratches were fresh or not, I think a series of small scratches spanning 4 inches. Not realizing this, but I approached the owner of the shop. He was a very professional, cordial. He reminded me of a man who lived a fulfilled life... very grand-father like. He looked at the scratches. Then told me to pull my car back in the shop and they'd see what they can do. He said it might even be worse if they tried to take touch-up paint to it. He walked off for a second. One of their employees appraoched me and said "he's the owner; he'll treat you well". One of auto-paint guys came over. The paint guy said he didn't know how fresh the scratch was, but it wasn't deep. He mixed up 2 things (totally forgot what they were) and didn't even need to use paint to fix the scratches. He said he could see where the scratches were, but I couldn't... still can't :) Very much tres muy happy, I turned to the owner and asked how much I owed him for the touch up. He said don't worry about it. At that moment, I really wanted to pay for going the extra mile... but he was insistent it was on the house. I highly recommend this shop. His company is called Blue Ridge Dents, and his P.O. box is in Centreville area, though he'll drive anywhere in NOVa to fix your car. **ORIGINAL REVIEW*** I went here to have my car appraised for a nice dent that appeared in my rear door panel after parking in too many parking lots in the VA area (a shock, i know). I had to wait a couple of minutes before someone came up to me, and the guy took one at the car and told me he wasn't the best person to fix my SUV since he would have to repaint the whole door when all it needed was some dent repair. I'm torn here because I appreciated his honesty, but what self respecting auto body place can't pop a dent back out? Maybe I'm not understanding how these shops work, but he recommended a traveling dent guy who would fix my car. That guy worked out rather well, and will be reviewed separately. Don't fret, I will write another review here if I actually have some work done here in the future. I'm moving to Chicago in a week, but having used Old Towne twice for two relatively major car issues, I had to write a review to let everyone know how great they are. My first issue was a somewhat major fender bender - I was rear-ended, and had to have a lot of reconstructive body work. They provided the work early and beautifully - kept me updated on how everything was going, and were generally just amazing. I can't say enough about the body shop - they are the best of the best. The second issue didn't end as beautifully for me, but that's through not fault of theirs. My Honda CR-V blew out the A/C compressor, and lost a fan belt, then everything kind of followed suit. They did everything they could to keep the cost down, but when they failed in the end, they even helped me find someone to buy the car on salvage - and drove it around the corner to my apartment because the power steering had failed. They're great people, and deserve their many praises. I'm very sad to leave them for the Windy City. read more

One of the brake lights on my car was pushed in, due to a slight accident, making it impossible to pass the VA State Inspection. My car was sideswiped by a hit and run. I brought it in for an estimate/repairs and unfortunately had to deal with Drew who was absolutely terrible in regards to customer service and completely lacked any sense of professionalism. If I had to return to Olde Towne Auto Body for whatever reason, I would request a different person to help me. They did an okay job on my car. It took 9 days to repair the dents and repaint the entire passenger side in the middle of winter. Originally my insurance told me it should only take 5 days and Drew couldn't give me a straight answer. I ended up talking to the owner after calling on my own (while they had my vehicle in their shop), who informed me that my car would be returned in 9 days. Since it was the middle of winter, it was pitch black outside by the time I got there to pick up my car (around 5pm). It would have been nice for them to show me my car in the shop so I could see the repairs that were made instead of outside on the poorly lit street. However, their work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle so I could bring it back any time if something went wrong. Also, I completely agree with Andrew W. that their waiting room is pretty gross and creepy. It has a bench in there with two old vending machines and an old TV. Completed by a nasty bathroom. Overall, the repairs were reasonably priced... I just really would recommend taking Drew off of the phones and get another individual with a professional demeanor to interact with your future customers. read more

Although I hate to give this secret away :-), just have to write a positive review about what I think is a reasonable and honest car shop. I told them the estimate my insurance gave for some damage, and they said they would not go over that. And indeed they didn't! Only downside was that I had to wait a couple of weeks before they had an appointment available. But the Better Business Bureau had favorable stats. on them (I think they are BBB accredited in fact), so I was willing to wait. Also, they did a good job! They even repaired part of the car that was in a little worse shape than one of the covered parts that actually got damaged (scratched up paint). I will start by saying this is my first Yelp review. I've long realized it would take a lot of muscle for a business to motivate me to write, but I am fortunate that Old Town Auto Body and Paint can be my first. This morning, while leisurely listening to the Kane Show on my foggy drive to work and lusting for my first cup of coffee, a black Passat crossed one lane of Route 50 to cut in front of me on the Rosslyn on ramp. Wailing on my horn, I braced for impact. The driver grazed my driver's side quarter panel, but I did not hear the telltale "crunch" sound of something more serious. I stopped at the next stoplight to survey the potential damage. In the early morning darkness, I surveyed the potential injury that may have befallen my beloved Audi. I saw none, but noted the Passat's plate number, just in case I spotted a knick under improved lighting. In my mind, I will always remember the Passat's University of Maryland alumni vanity license plate and the reckless driver who came with them. "Fear the turtle" indeed. 5 minutes later, I arrived at my office and realized I was interested in obtaining an automotive sanity check for the very minor scuff on the driver's side wheel well I noticed under the garage's florescent lighting. My hunch was that the streak buff out, and that my brave little station wagon had not sustained any frame or lighting damage. I called Old Town Auto Body and Paint for an estimate. They scheduled me for a lunch time appointment today. I made my way to their Fayette Street. I was 10 minutes early, but Irwin was available, and kindly answered my novice questions without condescension. I asked for confirmation of my understanding, that the incident from the morning had resulted in very, very minor cosmetic damage, but that there was no damage to the frame or the driver's side light. He confirmed my layman's opinion and suggested a wet sand to buff the small scuffs out. If my schedule allowed, he stated, the shop could complete the task in 10 to 15 minutes while I was there. He and Mike patiently answered my questions as the buffing occurred. I braced myself for this auto shop to nickel and dime me. After all, the industry does possess that worn out stereotype. Instead, I was fortunate to receive the best of care. In conclusion, I would like to extend my thanks to Mike and to Irwin for their patience and their timely assistance today. They both went above and beyond for me, providing peace of mind after my "Passat Encounter of the Third Kind" from this morning. I dinged my two-year old car in an Alexandria parking garage, just enough to scrape off the paint and leave some scratches. Not knowing where to go, I found three different auto body shops in Alexandria and went to get estimates. When I went to Olde Towne Auto Body and Paint, I went without an appointment and had no problem (the other two places indicated I needed an appointment; one took me anyway and the other turned me away). The gentleman who had provided the estimate at Olde Towne Auto Body and Paint, told me I could do one of two things: (1) just have the yellow paint removed (I had hit a yellow pole) and have touch up paint applied or (2) have it done right -- remove the fender, sand it down and have it painted. I asked him what the cost of both options would be and he told me Option #1 would be free -- just bring the car by and he would do it for no cost. That, in itself, I thought was nice! Needless to say, I knew Option #1 wasn't the route I would take so I brought my car to two other places for estimates. In the end, I decided to take my car to Olde Towne Auto Body and Paint. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was surprised to find that it would be two weeks before they could take in and that they only made appointments for Monday and Tuesday. I was in no hurry, so the two-week wait was not much of a problem. I brought my car in Monday morning and the work was done by Thursday afternoon. They did such an awesome job. If I ever needed work on my car again (and I'm hoping that's not the case) I wouldn't hesitate taking my car there. It was a tad bit expensive, but it was worth it. Someone ran into the back corner of my car where it was parked in the street in front of our house. I agreed to settle outside of the insurance companies, although I did inform our insurance company of what we were doing. USAA recommended we go through Olde Towne Auto Body & Paint. We actually got several different estimates and not only was this place the least expensive but it was also by far the most professional and helpful. We explained the situation to Pat when he was doing the estimate and he said that if there was any problem with receiving the payment everything was already in the correct format on the computer to be transferred instantly into a USAA claim instead. There did end up being quite a few problems with the guy not wanting to pay, but the guys dealt with him for us, and he did end up paying in the end. The car came back in less time than had been expected and the damage was repaired perfectly. *BEWARE* and never come here if you are in the Alexandria area. This shop is absolutely horrendous with no communication and no one there seems to know whats going on. I've never had such horrible customer service and service done to my car. When I took my car in they did not fix the main problem and never communicated that with me until after I picked the car and noticed. They also told me to drop my car off a certain without even having the parts which made the car take a week longer which I had to pay extra for my rental because they quoted my insurance wrong for how long it would take. A women named Carolynn was the main one contacting me and seemed to be very confused and dazed each time on the phone it was extremely off putting and odd, she never once a apologized for the amount of mistakes. They also ordered the wrong door for my car to put on which made it take even longer. They were never in proper communication with my insurance either. When I told them they did not fix the main concern for my car a man named Robert who claimed to be a manager specifically told me to drop my car off another day for them to fix and told me I didn't need to make another claim. I informed him I was going out of the country and can pick up when I come back, a week and 1/2 later nothing has been done to my car and they inform that Robert was basically lying and I needed another claim. The most disorganized and horrible customer service. Will be picking my car up and never taking it there again. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

I came here because they were only a few blocks from my house and were certified through USAA after my car was struck at work. The car had a pretty nasty dent and multiple scratches. I was a bit nervous about their ability to get it back to normal, but it honestly looks completely brand new. The colors matched perfectly and I was told that it has a lifetime guarantee, in case they start to fade at a different rate from the rest of the car. While they were fixing my car, someone appeared to have broken the cover for my cup holder in the front seat. Although I couldn't prove it wasn't already broken, they immediately took responsibility, ordered an entirely new cup holder, and replaced that as well. I was very happy with the work they did and will be going here in the future for body work. read more

About 3.5 years ago I went to Yates to get some damage to my rear passenger side repaired at the recommendation of my insurance company. They were helpful and the process was smooth. At the beginning on this year I noticed a bubble coming through where the repair was conducted along with other scratches (not related). I went back to Yates to get an estimate not realizing at the time it was related to their prior work. They did not acknowledge an issue with their work and wanted to charge me $1300 to repair. Then covid hit so I didn't go ahead. I took it to a family friend last week and he explained the bubble was caused because Yates had rushed the job likely. He repaired it at his shop for half the price. So my take away is that Yates work does not last more than a couple of years, they do not acknowledge their mistakes, and their prices are exorbitant. read more

If I could give no stars I would feel better about this rating. Customer Service was terrible! I just stopped in the shop today about 20 minutes ago thinking it would be a good time to get some information on getting a simple scratch/minor dent fixed that in total was about 5'x5" on a rear fender. I parked my car on the curb directly in front of the shop. I will say that one of the repair men acknowledged me right away and pointed me towards to office door. Upon walking in no one said hi or made any attempt to make me feel welcome. I was greeted with a "yes?" My response was "I would like to get an estimate to have some minor repair work done on my car." I was then questioned with, "well do you want to make an appointment?" Which I thought was odd considering I was standing in front of him and my car was 10' away right outside the door of where he was sitting. There were no other customers anywhere to be seen nor were either of the two people working in this space on the phone. I always thought in business you would want to help your customers as quickly as possible and make it as easy for them as possible, clearly not the mindset in this business. He finally agreed to give me a verbal estimate but told me if I wanted a written estimate I would need to make an appointment and come back. Throughout this entire time he is acting very inconvenienced and rude. As were walking he questioned who would be paying and I responded with I will be paying. We walk the 10' out the door to the car and he say's "oh that's more than a scratch, it's a dent too and it will be over $1k." I was just shocked my the entire process, lack of professionalism and complete lack of customer service. Bottom line is I wanted an estimate to have my car fixed, I was excited to support a shop in my neighborhood but after this terrible experience I will steer clear and make sure my friends/neighbors do as well. read more

I picked up my 2014 Buick Regal GS yesterday evening and  I was very pleased with the quality results and attention to detail. At every step of the way, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Although the collision damage incurred from another reckless driver was minor, Old Town Auto Body & Paint was responsive and professional, keeping me updated and returned my vehicle to me in less than half the time estimated. I would especially like to commend Carolyn who was ever-responsive, knowledgeable courteous  polite and professional  regarding processing my claim, Secondly due to my work schedule, I was in Baltimore, MD stuck in heavy traffic.  Bill, in accounting was patient and most supportive in processing the billing  (since my bank had set a daily limit) so I could conduct after hours pick-up. From acknowledging  the highly skilled technicians and painting artisans I can tell they are all talented quality conscious experts. There is no visible residual indications or traces of any previous damage! I will make this report to my insurance company  and happy to refer others to Old Town Auto Body & Paint, as wells as provide additional praiseworthy  comments on "yelp", and other social media. Well done!  My Town Auto Body & Paint  experience  is by far the most superior expertise I've ever received in auto body repair industry anywhere! read more

We brought our 1996 Infiniti I30 to replace one of the side view mirrors and repaint both side view mirrors. The mirrors are both electrically adjustable, and Old Town Autobody ("OTA") removed both mirrors from the vehicle when it painted them. When we picked up the vehicle, we were unable to adjust either side view mirror. We pointed this out to the body shop service manager, who brought the vehicle back into their shop to investigate. The service manager was unable to find the cause of the malfunction and told us that in order to find the cause, we would have to schedule a diagnostic appointment with their repair shop. The manager explained that if the staff were to determine that the body repair staff had caused the malfunction, there would be no charge for the diagnostic exam or the repair. However, in the event that the repair staff did not conclude that the autobody staff had caused the malfunction, we would have to pay for the diagnostic exam and the repair. We did not agree because we had taken the car to the OTA with 2 perfectly working sideview mirrors and they no longer functioned when the car was returned to us. We wanted OTA to commit to fixing the mirrors at their own expense. After several telephone calls to owner, Dennis Whitestone, OTA refused. So, we disputed the charge with our credit card company and took the car to an Inifiniti dealership. The dealer told us that the 2nd hand sideview mirror that OTA had installed was defective (it kept shorting out). Finally, the credit card company ruled in our favor and refunded the entire amount we'd paid to OTA. Of course, we had to pay for a proper repair by the dealership, but we love our car and, so, it was worth it. In fairness to OTA, all autobody shops use 2nd hand replacement parts. So, there was no harm in having sold us a used sideview mirror. However, it was easy for the dealership to determine that the mirror OTA had installed was faulty and, therefore, OTA should have been able to make that determination on its own. We do not know whether they lacked the competence to find the source of the malfunction, or were too dishonest to admit and remedy their error. However, we will never patronize OTA again and will not recommend them to other consumers. read more
