Falcons is like the local pub in any town - a little slow on the service, friendly, and okay bucket specials ($10 for bud light). It's nice that it's close to campus and a bunch of us can head over after a long day/week of classes. Music is good sometimes and not so good others. This is the first restaurant I have ever been to that made me pay for a dish I didn't even order.. The server was new and messed up the order and I told his server trainer I HATED the dish that is didn't taste anything like the description I took one bite of it.. I didn't eat half like most people do.. Upon explaining I was expecting the chicken to be crispy it was determined that they gave me a different dish.. The check came with the dish still on it. The person paying didn't want to make a big deal about it so said they would just take it home since we were already being charged for it... This place has a great beer selection 50 different beers on tap and the selection is forever changing friendly staff and good pub style food. Great place for hanging of with friends, getting drunk. They have that fire. Food is awesome. The wings are amazing especially with chunky garlic uffffff. Their stuffed mushrooms and chicken tenders are so delicious. Drinks are expensive but the food is reasonably priced. Atmosphere is young and loud. I don't mind it but sometimes people get a bit too wasted and makes it seem trashy. Food and drinks are nice, but the service, waiters/waitresses, and manager are awful. Terrible! They are rude, and they are anti tourists. If you have foreign identifications, they won't accept it. They don't care if they lose business. All my friends will no longer going there again. read more

this pub has been open since 1989 (that's as old as me) so I like it for that, I like that it's family owned and operated, I like the great beer selction. I don't like the prices, I don't like the food, and I don't like the old dart boards that SERIOUSLY need to be replaced with new ones, come on people! Honestly the service really sucks. Half the bartenders don't know the drinks on the menu, or any basic drink. Rude as all hell. If you want to talk at night with your party you have to go outside because the bartenders inside BLAST the music so high you can't hear yourself think. But if you go outside hope you're okay with the smoke cloud that permanently hangs there. If you ask to turn it down they might turn down the music before waiting 5 minutes and blasting it again. I've been several times because my friends like that it's close to their house and I've never had a good experience with this place. I grew up in south Florida. After moving around and ending up in WA, even though it's been about 4 years; every single time I come home I visit this pub and every single time I get a shepherd's pie, it tastes exactly the same. Not happy tonight. Very small Dewars pours even though they had an extra "tall" charge (served in short glass). We asked the waitress about it, but she refused to acknowledge it. One member of our party waited 30 minutes for a drink before finally getting one from the bar (where our waitress was eating a sandwich), again no apology or acknowledgement for his wait. And then the waitress came out to complain that her tip wasn't good enough, as if she didn't understand why. It's a fun bar, but even the best places can be ruined by bad service. read more

Worst service I have ever received! We sat at the bar and ordered a round 1... not bad, then we ordered the fried pickles also not bad. Well here comes round two we ordered to draft beers... my friend got hers and I wait... and wait... and wait... after 15 minutes of having no one behind the bar the bartender comes back out and I pleasantly remind her that I ordered a beer. She was kind of apologetic but had more of and attitude that said I was bothering her. She turned around and poured the beer and then started talking to her friend and only after I called her three times I received the warm beer with an attitude. One of the best craft beer bars in Broward County. Falcon Pub is constantly rotating their kegs and introducing new and unique craft beers. Gigi and Holly are the best bartenders. They have made Friday lunch a weekly can't-miss event. Gigi is endlessly entertaining and both her and Holly provide incredible service. The only thing at Falcon that may be better than the craft beer is the food! Chef Delroy never disappoints and always delivers an incredible meal. I highly recommend the jerk chicken wings. What a disappointment. We hadn't been here for about a year. The service was horrible, and our waitress gave one of our party trouble over his i.d. almost to the point of harassment. The food was really disappointing. The fish and chips wasn't as good as it used to be. The waitress insisted on taking our cards before we ordered as "collateral" to make sure we didnt "slip out". When we were ready to check out, apparently the computer system was down.
