It was truly ridiculous. I'm appalled that they put up such a fight for this uni. We didn't order it, yet they made it our problem that it arrived and we didn't say anything. Truly not our responsibility to double check. Lowkey feel like they're trying to pull something on us. Would not come back. Sadly would not recommend due to this experience.
